Ken s. and Alan l at manville location, are literally the worst employees i have ever delt with. Both have no business in retail auto parts business. Another customer and i walked out after waiting 15mins for one of these two employees to simply do there job and tend the counter. There rude and incompetent. Hope management takes a look at this stores quarterly earnings, im sure sales have dropped enough to notice a problem. I would strongly recommend employee restructuring. I would start with removing these two clowns from your payroll.

I normally shop here since I moved to the area five years ago I and have great experience but lately there’s been a change of people in the store condescending and a bit snooty. I told him I’m a vet. He asked me to prove it. I will not step foot that store. I’m gonna go to a local auto store like we used to go to where they’re friendly where they come out they look at your car they talk to you for some reason they changed personnel in the store and that one guy is a snotty person the rest of a bunch is fine and I’m sure you know who I’m talking about The guy with the gray hair who calls me, Connie is a gem his manager no good not to me not as a person and I doubt he’s a God-fearing person

I would give 0 Stars if it was an option. I buy car parts 23 times a week from various stores. Disadvantage is walking distance from me so I come here a lot but today was the last time from now on I will not set foot in the store again horrible experience the employees are unfriendly for the most part the manager should not have a this Job. I don't want to go into details because this would be too long but as I said I'll never set foot in the store again as long as this person is working

An unpleasant experience. I asked them if they had a jump starter and they answered me in a heavy way that they didn't. When I looked in the store they had an area full of them. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working.

Was here at 5pm today stood there 25 mins for lady to get off the phone couldn't belive she was rude afterward Said she's a night manager really u wouldn't be a toilet cleaner anywhere else

It is always appreciated when a Manager of a Store does a great Job, A Manager that is Product knowledgeable is A plus. And my visit with Greg today was just that, very informative and gave some history of product. Thank you Greg.

this is my nearest auto parts, but these lazy boys there will literally do anything to avoid work. a sloth moves faster... shelves are mess, very unorganized, and don't you dare to ask for help. most likely you'll not get any. there's autozone not far that does great job, don't waste your time at this location.

Purchased a set of Rotors on July 26th 23... I installed them w/a new set of pads (pads i had and were 100% new).. not even 3 weeks later! the rotors went bad! warped, purple in color, heat spots,,, HORRIBLE.... - the only good thing is they took em back... after i told them they only lasted 2-3 weeks.. I had to give my phone # and my Drivers License ... and my money was returned... horrible horrible rotors... & no, I will never be in this companies stores ever again -today, you lost a customer........

Had three car batteries replaced here and although the first car wasn't successful, the other two went nice and smooth with the help of AJ. you can clearly see he knows what he's doing, if you need your car battery replaced make sure to ask for him!

My partner and I went here to pick up an AGM battery and air filter for my Hyundai Elantra. I wanted something that would last, and they had a 3 year warranty for replacement. Dave helped us, and his customer service was quick and exceptional. He also made the experience fun and entertaining, which we appreciated. 10/10 recommend to family/friends.

I went in looking for a headlight bulb. Store employee asked if I needed help. He seemed friendly at first. I remained friendly and asked if he would honor a price match. He got extremely defensive and he was very rude. He told me I could go away. I ended up going to a different nearby Advance Auto Parts and they were much friendlier and had no problem honoring the price match.

Arrived with my parts expecting to collect my $100 core charge at 8:52pm. Lights on floors locked and safe open. Called no answer. Then called at 8:58 from the parking lot and was told that the worker was alone and just closed the register. Only problem. Nobody was near the registers since 8:52. If you are open till 9pm then be open. Otherwise change your hours and say open until we feel like it. #falsehours

Beware, this store always closes early and at random times. Even if you call to cofirm, they will say they're open until 9pm and when you get there at 8:43, the door is locked and the guy inside just stares at you.

5:30 PM no free battery installation because “is dark outside “ next day 7:40 “no free battery installation because I’m the only one here, I can let you use the tools for free” had free installation somewhere else. *Update my wife just went with her car and 2 person working and they told her they can’t leave the store because they are short staff

I was fully convinced I needed a new battery, and was prepared to drop a decent amount of money on one. Thanks to Advanced Autos honesty I did not have to. Battery was just drained a bit,all fine now. Thank you for being one of the few honest companies around.

Great staffs, easy to communicate and very effective fixing my VW. I had to make several calls for checking Gold battery warranty and Joe and others gave me follow up calls with updates so that I was able to upgrade my battery to AGM quickly and save trips to the shop for testing/recharging the battery. I used their website for the customer service via a chat, but making a call to this shop is way better to get my problem resolved, no waiting phone line and they remember what my problem was, no need to explain again and again. My experience is outstanding.

Most AAP I've visited have a ton of people in line, with one person working there who is miserable. You can never get help and it takes forever to get anything. Not this place. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me immediately. I was picking up an online order, but realized I had ordered one of the parts in the wrong size. The employee helped me find the correct part, and verified it was the correct part with one of the other employees. They also let me borrow their push cart, since one of my parts was bulky and very heavy. Prices are higher than other places, but there's almost always a 20-25% coupon available so make sure you check online first.

Visited here two times, different set of staff both times and friendly/willing to help. First time was to buy an air filter which unfortunately they didn't carry. Second time was to buy a ratchet set to unscrew the cover to the filter (Phillips head almost stripped it). They came out to my car to make sure I knew the right size to get and helped save me money by finding the cheapest combination to buy. Worked out perfectly and this woman just did her first air filter change, saving $75 from what the dealer wanted to charge.

I was in this store this past weekend and have to say I was very pleased with my service. Bought some defective wiper blades and they were exchanged no problem. Thank you for taking care of your customers no matter what the situation.

Sadly they ran out of the Castro 0W-40 at my time of need. They then recommended mobi 1 0W-40. My car is still running so I guess mixing brands is fine as long as the weight remain the same.

Not a bad store just would like to see a little more friendly people there. There was one employee ( didn’t see his name but had a beard :) ) he was very pleasant and willing to help. The others did it because they had to. Other than that, normal shopping day.

I've bought parts for different cars over half a dozen times and have never had a problem. I'm a car guy who knows basically what I want when I arrive, they pull up the parts list and let me know what choices they have in stock. I make my choice and I'm quickly out the door. If you know what your looking for its a good place to grab n go n get to working.

0 stars. Called asking to see if they carried the keys or pins to take out a stereo head unit out of my car. I gave them my car information and everything. Both employees were lost for words and had no idea what I was talking about. Changing out the head unit is one of the most common upgrades in cars. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then hung up on me. They have always been great in the store the few times I have been there, but I haven't been there in months now. This call today makes me not want to shop there anymore.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered a battery for pick up and install. There were two staff who seemed busy on their phones and had zero customer support. Extemely abusive, rude and kept talking in their language. when I requested for help, the lady told this other guy (Christian) not to talk and started taking pictures. The guy even had the audacity to tell me that as a man you should install battery yourself!! I have told all my friends, neighbors and relatives never to go that store ever again. Finally went to Pepboys and bought/installed it in 20 minutes. Even after requesting they have not cancelled my order. I will be talking to my CC company and lodging a complaint against them. If there was a -5 * they would get it.
