Incredible auction. Body work under $800 PER PANEL is not arbitratable, they only allow you 50 miles to arb, you can’t arbitrate without a BOL, meaning you can’t pick up the car yourself. What panel cost $800 to repair???? That’s insane. They try really hard to get out of arb, even lying about their policy. I called arbitration and they told me you don’t need a BOL to arb and it’s too late to reopen my arb. What really pushed me to the edge was when I went to pick up a car that had no gas they told me I have to get my own gas or come back another day! I took an uber there! How am I going to get my own gas!

Visited the facility for the first time in November and I was greeted by Wilfredo Vady. He was a wonderful representative who introduced me to the Adesa clear platform! He provided me with great insight and was helpful all the way through. Whenever I have a question about Adesa or Adesa clear, he's always happy to help till this day. Looking forward to purchasing more cars through Adesa and their clear platform from this auction!

Once I was able to get an appointment to pick up my vehicle it went well . Staff was very kind and helpful. They had the wrong vehicle waiting for me but the staff member helping me went above and beyond quickly straightened it and guided me all the way out .

Don’t do a mistake and buy from this place specifically when you have issues with title and you had to deal with Robin Brygier. She need to go back to school and learn how to speak with dealer. She using a bad word and cussing in phone I never had like today experience.

My Experience with This Auction – Completely Negative The time for interesting stories is over. I bought a car from this auction just last week. After driving it for literally one day, the alternator completely failed. The repair cost me $1,100 out of pocket. So basically, they’re selling garbage here. No one takes any responsibility for the condition of the vehicles. This was my first and definitely my last time dealing with this auction. I’ve already advised all of my friends and colleagues — and I have a big network — to avoid this place at all costs. I honestly don’t even know what to do with the car now. I’ll keep driving it for the time being, but my experience with these people has been extremely disappointing. I didn’t like their communication at all. From what I can tell, they really don’t care about their customers. I had to fix everything myself, with zero support from them. My overall experience was completely negative, and I absolutely do not recommend this auction to anyone.

Wost experience ever we bought a car there when came to pickup the car we couldn't find it ,they move it to a different location.when we were finally find the vehicle the car was dead we can't take the vehicle home .just not acceptable .Be careful when doing business with this company.

Adesa has stepped it up in recent years. Competing heavily with manheim. Great arb process and transparent CRs. My rep Wilfredo Vady has been reachable anytime I call and actually gets things done. Wilfredo has made my experience in the last month extremely pleasant and has outperformed any rep I’ve had in any other auction

I have to give this place a 1 Star now and this is due to security and the gates closing to early. The heavyset lady needs to be fired. They also need to let customers get their cars at least till 12 AM closing the gate at 10PM is not fair especially to people coming from out of state to pick up 5 to 7 cars. management please let gates stay open later and fire this lady. And also for a short time, they were even closing the gate at 9:30

Went to buy car. There’s was rude old black lady not welcoming at all. I’m not racist. They was rude & certified lairs. Please do a favor to yourself avoid this place.

mina ibrahim he does not deserve to be a general manager over there the worst service ever I bought a car since December 26th and I paid for it online supposed to hold that release date for 5 days past 10 days I didn't get it a gate pass for my vehicle tor elease I call over 25 times and I left three voice messages to the general manager Vicky from front desk she told me she got a gate pass for me and as in the driver there's no gate pass was issued and the general manager MINA he didn't even want to call me back the worst management the worst service

The stupidest management of all the Odessa auctions is over here. They created the most complicated and absolutely useless way to pick up the vehicle and placed at the counter the person who care the less and has a goal to make as less moves and even say as less words as possible. So you wouldn't have any verbal instruction almost at all as they already printed out all over the places. You have to fill out the stupidest form including your mom's maden name and whta is your favorite color, then send the email and patiently and silently wait for "The Security Representative" to print it out for you. And don't ask how to find a car, as there is no QR code printed out in the room, because if you'll ask - you'll get a portion of rude speach about how stupid you are and how dare you are to disturb "Them", as they already printed out everything and even marked the location code of the vehicle (wich include around 200-500 vehicles) where you can start looking the car instead of bothering them. And if you will be still brave enought to tell that GPS will be way more accurate - you'll get another portion of explanation how stupid you are, as GPS not always accurate and can lead you to the wrong place, and by searching through the whole lot - you'll definitely find the car. If not at the first try - than at the second or third you should be good. So it still more reliable than some stupid GPS, I guess. By the way from my experience - 95% of the car will be found by the GPS in a seconds, once you'll get to the place. But who cares? They are professionals here, not you...

This auction is terrible for an auto transporter. Horrible management. Horrible security. They go out of their way to leave cars on and running when they park them to run them clean out of gas and kill the battery. Make sure if your a transporter you have a good jump box and at least a couple gallons of gas for these baffoons. Also unless you have a car puller, well I hope you like walking. Horrible place.

Inaccurate credit reports. Will take your money and you’ll have to fight to get it back. They love taking money not returning or taking care of their customers. They should shut this place down. Rude workers as well

Completely disrespected by this company all fluff. No mio assist manager should be asking if I want to supersize my fries. I left three calls for the manager never return calls the title manager it’s terrible Bad attitude and it shows in the whole place I will never buy a car here again no lien release no one cares Got a case number with corporate which had no result No call back I had to fix the problem myself by calling with a selling dealer bought the car to get in touch with a customer to get their lien release I ask for a refund of the fee was told no. I would’ve gave the car back by already sold it because it show title received which I was told with a glitch

This Auction Is Just Horrible All Staff Need To Be Fired Or Put In Check. I Declined An “ If “ Offer And They Ended Up Selling It To Me For Whatever Reason, I Spoke To The General Manager And He Basically Told Me I’m Screwed In All Angles. Completely Over Paid For A Car That I Did Not Want At All. They Also Never Answer The Phone I Called Them Over 20 Times From 2 Different Phones. Most Cars Here Suck! Usually Have Transmission and Engine Problems So Make Sure To Triple Check Your Watchlist.

Purchased an Escalade for $50,000 which was supposed to be in MINT condition rated 4.6. At time of pick up truck was missing both tail lights. Now dealing with arbitration which is refusing to refund my money and rather order some lights for me...... Horrible first time experience, i completely dont trust the condition report at this time.

This place has a lot of terrible reviews. I bought a car from my employer and picked it up here. Other than a somewhat understandable expectation by most employees that I already knew how it worked there, I had nothing resembling a bad experience.
