My Volvo experienced significant water intrusion due to a faulty seal, which resulted in approximately six inches of standing water inside the vehicle. This completely submerged the electrical components beneath the seats and ultimately led to the car being deemed a total loss. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, Bob and Chris were outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were consistently professional, respectful, and transparent. As a 20-year-old and a first-time car owner, this situation was overwhelming, but Bob took the time to reassure me that I wasn’t alone in the process and that they would help guide me through everything. Unfortunately, my insurance company made the situation far more difficult than it needed to be, delaying the total loss decision by nearly three weeks. Despite this, Midway went above and beyond, advocating on my behalf, communicating with my insurance company, and doing everything possible to move the process forward. Even during an extremely frustrating experience, they made sure I was taken care of and supported. Midway’s team is completely transparent, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I never once doubted their recommendations or decisions. Their professionalism and commitment truly set them apart. I cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely continue to bring my vehicles to them in the future.

I trusted Midway with my new Mercedes after an unfortunate accident concerning the rear door. I am pleased to say them at there is no evidence whatsoever of any bodywork. The repair, paint, and clear was flawless; an exact factory match. Not to mention, customer communication was top tier. I cannot recommend Midway Collision more highly.

Recently brought my BMW X3, less than a year old, to be repaired and I could not be happier that I chose Mid-Way. Bob and John were extremely helpful from the start. The communication throughout the entire process was great. Bob was kind and patient while dealing with the other parties insurance. The estimate and repair were quick and efficient and my car looks as good as new! I cannot recommend them enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Midway Auto Center / Midway Collision (Somersworth, NH) I can’t say enough good things about Bob and Chris Demers at Midway Auto Center. This is the second time they’ve helped me, and both times they’ve gone above and beyond. They treat people with real respect and honesty, which is rare these days. After my recent accident on October 5th, I’ve been dealing with a nightmare trying to get Allstate to do their part. They still haven’t even completed their own appraisal, but Bob stepped up right away, did a full and fair estimate, and kept me updated every step of the way. He and Chris genuinely care about their customers and make a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Bob and Chris are truly great people—it’s nice to know that the world still goes around with good people in it. If you want a local shop that actually does what they say, takes pride in their work, and treats you like a person instead of a number, Midway Auto Center is the place to go. My Volvo was hit in the parking lot where I work. Midway negotiated beautifully with their insurance company. They got me right in for an estimate and repairs followed quickly. My car looks good as new. I am Type A, and Midway far exceeded my expectations. Logan was the technician who completed the repairs. Job well done!

Midway Collision Center did an incredible job fixing my car. Communication with Bob was excellent and they kept me up to date at all times. The customer service was second to none and they dealt with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional experience.

I never leave reviews for companies but thought it was necessary for Midway. From start to finish, they kept constant communication through text which is very convenient. Using all factory parts, the job was done in an exceptional amount of time and they even took some of the costs off. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Job well done!

Truly exceptional customer service. I was driving from Boston suburbs up north to ski and my bumper came loose and was flapping back and forth. Pulled off the highway immediately. Midway was first car repair that came up - extremely fortunate it was. I can't think of a car place I got better service from in 30+ years. Came out immediately to take a look, took it in the shop and repaired it, and got me on the way. I live 2+ hours away - for the folk in southeastern NH, consider yourself lucky to have such a great place for car collision/repair work.

Mid-Way Collision Center provides exceptional service -- in serving customers and performing high quality repairs. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring high quality and timely repairs while (in my scenario) also dealing with my exceptionally uncooperative car insurance company. The insurance company was continuously difficult to negotiate and communicate with (e.g., the car insurance company [1] didn't want to pay a fair hourly wage and [2] were selective about which emails and phone calls they would respond to, leading to delays and frustration for both me and Mid-Way). As a side note, I hope Mid-Way never has to work with this insurance company again. Nevertheless, from start to finish, Mid-Way stuck with (and advocated for) me. A special thank you to Bob, for providing continuous updates to me on the progress of my repairs, and to Chris for never relenting in his efforts to communicate with my car insurance company. My car looks great and is running phenomenally! If you are looking for post-collision repairs in the area, I unwaveringly and unequivocally recommend Mid-Way.

My experience with Mid-Way Collision was so wonderful that it's been a challenge to figure out how to describe it without sounding like a paid-for advertisement. They were a dream to work with, got my car in fast for an estimate, were quick to get the parts, kept in touch by text every day, with only one delay because they were not satisfied with how one part fit. They have high standards for everything -- from human communication to car-body repair. They did a little bonus work to make the old headlight look more like the new one. They are friendly, funny, and honest. And they took care of all the coordination with the insurance company. An almost unbelievably great experience with an amazing shop!

Had the best experience at Midway, top notch service all around. Communication and updates were clear and consistent from Bob throughout the entire process. I will recommend them to anybody who will listen, couldn't sing their praises enough. My car is good as new!

Easy to work with Midway. John and Bob kept me updated daily with work progress and answered all my questions quickly, and they did all the hard work dealing the insurance company. I am very satisfied with the results after the work was done. Matching a pearl paint job isn't easy, but you would never know there's a new fender on the truck. Very happy with the experience.

Great experience Huge chunk of snow and ice fell on the hood of my car, Mid-way quickly got my car in and repaired it ahead of the estimated time, they gave me daily updates so i knew what was going on and where i was in the process, they cleaned the inside of my car better then some local detial shops around here. They were always kind and the work came out great.

I had a great experience with Midway. I worked with John, Bob and Chris and they were great about keeping me updated and answering all my questions. They dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. I am completely satisfied with my results after the work was done.

Had an accident was told 2 weeks. Over a month later, we get the truck back. The ball joints messed up in the accident . Deal with that and now the axle is broken. They didnt guarantee their work . Quote for over a grand my personal mechanic 225....

I recently worked with Chris with an insurance claim after someone backed into my car. My experience with Mid-Way was wonderful! Chris' communication during repairs was easy and fast. I had another scuff on the car that I was hoping he could repair during the time it was there for the accident and he worked it right in! I also got my car back looking polished and brand new! I can't say enough! We will be back if we need any other body work (hope not!). Thank you Chris!

Midway was an excellent choice for my collision repair. They definitely went the extra mile. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing the big dent on my Subaru, they cleaned, polished the exterior and interior and they even gave me a nice Midway winter hat. Their communication was top notch with updates almost daily and a friendly staff that ushered me through the process. 5 stars!

My sedan was rear-ended and Mid-Way did an excellent job repairing it and dealing with the insurance companies. They kept me updated either by phone or email. And having a car-rental place right next door was convenient too.

These folks kept me updated and did everything possible. My insurance company was difficult and I was thankful they knew how to navigate the waters. Hopefully I won't need collision repair again but so I know where to go!
