I had an oil change scheduled today and I also needed to have a tire re seated to a wheel for my snowblower. Lia was able to get that done for me too. Very happy with the service here. I take all my vehicles here for oil changes.

Firestone is always great. They give me a computerized copy of everything they completed and a copy of all recommended maintenance work that still needs to be completed. Very thorough.

I have been to my local Firestone in Somersworth, NH several times and the ladies I have dealt with at the counter are always upfront, honest about pricing and always answer my questions. Highly recommend !

Had new tires put on my car, as well as an alignment. Very pleased. The young ladies at the counter were friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought the tires I got, before and liked how they handled.

We had a great experience here from the get-go! I called in the evening about 20 minutes before they closed and I got cheerful and helpful service from Leah. I had an appointment to bring my car in first thing the next morning and I got the same level of service and care from caesi. The price was right for the quick service

I have been a long time customer at Firestone shops as I’ve moved around. Always dependable and fair. The manager there is exceptionally good at her job and does a great job explaining what’s going on.

Such a joke! Went there tonight for their $29.99 oil change! First they called me at work to see if I could come earlier than my original appointment. I said I will try. I got there a half hour earlier and John told me it would be $105.00 for my oil change. I asked him how is that possible I signed up, and showed him what was emailed to me and he said, “OH”. Well that will be $74 and I said why??? He said my truck takes 7 and a half quarts and the special only covers five. And I said it is over $40 for two more quarts?? And he said yes. And I said goodbye! I have nbeen there on multiple occasions to get work done. This was the first time I felt they were ripping me off. Great job John!! You lost a 3 year customer! I will never return! Terrible customer service calling me at work to come earlier so you could go home! You should be ashamed!!!

Great customer service. Professional and Courteous. Staff didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of products and services and stuck to explaining my actual needs. As a result, I ended up upselling myself. LOL. They completed my vehicle in a timely manner. I would come back again and recommend others to this Firestone location.

I have been using Firestone in Somersworth for 4 years and recently have been working with Leah. Shes always very professional, kind and helping me navigate the best tires for my vehicle. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Best customer service I've ever had at a tire shop. Usually I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of at car repair/maintenance places. Instead today I dealt with Lea, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. I never felt like I was being pushed something that I didn't need. Price for my 4 bridgestone tires (with installation) was also better than I found anywhere else. The tech who came out from the garage (I think his name was joshua?) to get coffee was also very nice and friendly, making it obvious that it's a good environment to work in. Truly an example of how customer service should be everywhere!

Have gone here before to have tires put on wheels for the racecar. This visit i had tires mounted and balanced on my mother's car. Still cheaper than Tire Warehouse.

This place is great. Recently I havent been in the best position. Lea and John have really worked with me helping me keep my car on the road and always listening to my concerns even if I have a weird way of explaining the problem. Very grateful for their help and understanding. They really will work on pricing with you the best they can.

Im not from the area and got a bolt in my tire. As a healthcare traveler that drives cross country, I knew I needed to replace my tires soon but was trying to wait. After they assessed my damaged tire, it was recommended that it gets replaced. Not once did I feel like they were being dishonest or unreasonable. Very grateful that they were able to do all my tires before closing. Great customer service, genuine and honest.

The staff at this location had the absolute best customer service than any other tire/brake repair shop I have ever been to. I was immediately greeted. Lea was the wonderful employee that helped me. She was so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to get my service ticket taken care of. You have an absolute keeper with Lea as your employee! The other gentleman working with Lea was also helpful.

In and out in less than an hour with no appointment for alignment. Friendly knowledgeable techs, and one of the few shops in the area with a modern calibrated alignment rack.

Saved us! We showed up with a hole in our gas tank. They took us right away and kept in touch while looking for a way to fix it. We ended up needing to go back to Connecticut without the truck. They got it done in a week! Awesome.

I came in for an alignment, and the process was quick and easy. While I was there, it got pretty busy, and some customers seemed to be in a bad mood. The staff handled the rude and impatient customers with professionalism and kept things running smoothly.

I had a headlight assembly that wouldn’t mount correctly, and after going to multiple shops, Firestone was the only place that got it right. The manager Lea was professional, and john, the mechanic, was a lifesaver—he fixed it quickly and didn’t charge crazy money at all. Honest, skilled, and reliable service—I highly recommend them!

Leah and the team at the Somersworth Firestone were GREAT! Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday, in pulling the plastic engine cover off a coolant line fitting broke. Leah instantly come out to me in the waiting room, explained what happened and showed me the part. It was VERY clear that the plastic fitting was a dry-rotted ticking time-bomb. It was going to break no matter who touched that engine cover. Leah said that they would cover the cost of the repair AND the service I had already scheduled for that day, AND they had it done within 2 hours. Customer service was impeccable! I will definitely be back. Thank you again to the Firestone team!

The whole team was amazing and quick, I walked in needing new lug nuts as mine were swollen and Josh had them replaced in under 20 minutes. The team was very professional and very knowledgeable.

When I call firestone or walk in it starts with great customer service. As they check on my car it gets even more professional as they try to explain what is wrong with the vehicle. It finishes with a invoice and a estimate they do a great job on giving you a quote and getting the job done on time! I have been going here for over a year!

Bought a new vehicle and had them do a quick inspection + oil change as a walk-in (no appointment). They started very quickly and the information they provided for us was easy to understand. We left with a nice print out of everything they looked at. Highly recommended!

One of the best places I have gone. I know I can trust them to get the work done and each time I go they are faster. Customer service is great. Overall great people and good company to have in your pocket when you need them. They have saved me many a times when I needed help.
