Great job done today by Joe and Rob to get my car recovered. Surrounded by many trees it was looking like a bigger job, but Joe was able to pull my car out of a snow filled ditch leaving no scratch with both him and Rob giving updates and suggestions throughout the recovery. Thank you Kruczeks Garage for saving my day.

Biggest thank you to Joe and Rob for helping in sub 20 temperatures, harsh wind, and snow. Joe worked from start to finish to help remove my brother’s car from a bad snowbank. The car was wedged between many trees, all of which Joe was able to completely avoid. He was also very calm and friendly throughout the entire situation which helped calm down nerves and make the bad weather more bearable. Thank you Joe and Rob!!

They did a regular maintenance check as well as alignment and tire rotation. Quick, very professional. Thought the starter needed to be replaced but it turned out something else simple was the problem. They charged NOTHING to diagnose that problem!! I am impressed and thankful for their gracious efforts. NEW POST: It’s now approaching Christmas Eve 2025 and most service places are closed. But not Kruczek’s!! I had a bad tire that needed replacing. They ordered a new one quickly and replaced the leaking one just now. It’s about noon on Christmas Eve. Most folks are warm at home. Not Nicole et al. Thank you so much for your friendly, professional service. There’s snow on the ground and having a tire blow out would have been a disaster. Disaster avoided!!!

Bailed us out in a huge way, towing our car out of the snow up against a tree, late at night in the freezing cold. Showed up inside 20 minutes and made everything easy. Friendly, kind, and helpful, on top of professional and competent. Can’t say enough good things. Great folks.

In a day and age where people are very skeptical of the service they get in the quality of work. It is absolutely wonderful and such a relief to find an amazing garage. The team explained exactly what they were doing. What needed to be done and how long it was going to take. Inspection, new tires, brake job, and general maintenance review is making me go into the winter season feeling a lot more confident in my car!!! Highly recommend

They are the best tow company I have ever dealt with they have done multiple things for me they have towed me out of a ditch they have repaired multiple of my vehicles they also came for an emergency tow after my car accident they are fair priced they're very professional

Honest, straightforward shop with old school style service. This is where to go to get solid work at a fair price rather than to drink a latte in a fancy dealer lobby while they overcharge you.

I had a great experience here! I got an insane quote at a different garage and they cut the estimate I was given by 2/3s. They were also able to fit me in within two days of my initial call (they had to order a part for me) and I was so grateful. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a reasonable price and a quick turnaround time.

I was on my way home to Upstate NY from a celebration of life in Maine, and my tire pressure sensor was off. I pulled off at an exit and reported my issue to AAA. Within less than a half hour, a gentleman from this business showed up to the convenience store where I was parked. The end result was that only my front driver tire had too much air...the gentleman quickly extracted air from that tire, and I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this business!

Great service and friendly! I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted a pre-inspection since I recently moved from out of state. I needed a windshield and a light fixed to pass. They recommended a great glass place and when I got my windshield replaced, I went back. They fixed the light and installed the new license plates and some other parts for free. They just charged me for the inspection. I will be back for sure. Way to win over a new customer!

Had a flat tire today and AAA sent out a mechanic from Kruczek to me on 111 in Exeter. Prompt response and quick tire change. Very friendly and greatly appreciated the help! Scissor jack with a flat 35” tire was not going to be fun for me!

First time customer this morning with no appointment. Had an emergency issue with my oil that Nicole quickly resolved and had me on my way in no time. She was beyond friendly and professional and kindly assisted when she could have easily turned me away. I'll definitely call them the next time I have an issue with my car.

Put in a call for a tow truck through AAA on a Saturday morning, Rob showed up within 20 minutes and took care of business. There was an issue with my aaa plan and he took care of it right away. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Kruczek’s staff are awesome. Always extremely helpful and transparent about what’s needed. When I want to work on my car, they’ve always been cool with that. I can’t recommend them enough! Update 1: Once again they knocked it out of the park. They gave a fair quote for the condenser replacement in my truck, and got it done super fast. Having a truck without AC when you have to transport a 3 mo is invaluable and they helped me out big time by getting it done so fast. Update 2: I brought my wife’s vehicle in for an oil change and they knocked it out fast and everything with this hell hole of a car is working great. Once again, they met and exceeded expectations on a super tech car without any issues. They have the best shop in town and their business practice is better than any other shop in the area!

Rob was phénoménal. Had an issue with my batteries. Needed AAA and was recommended to you guys. He was attentive, even brainstormed with my partner and I about the car. He jump started it and recommended me you guys. You’ll be seeing more of us! Now my car works! Thank you!

Utilized the business as a AAA authorized towing operation. Best service possible. Arrived quickly Chris was helpful and very professional. Had some difficulty in getting into the cab of the truck due to my bad knees and mobility issues but Chris was very patient and helpful . Highest satisfaction possible.

After AAA dropped the ball 3 fudgin times, Kruczeks was contacted and not only made it out in under 20 minutes but was very professional, courteous and conscientious of the yard/driveway and apologetic for something they had no control over. Would recommend them all day and night....AAA on the other hand is pretty useless considering the call went out at 10:17pm and these guys didn't get the call until almost 1am. Thanks a bunch guys!

Dropped in this morning unexpectedly with my infant on the way by because my car was driving weird. I asked if they could drain/change my oil as I suspected that was the issue, and they were able to take my car right then and fixed the problem for me. They were kind, worked very quickly, and I was very grateful for their help!

Brought in my car for an inspection and oil change. Dropped it off at 8, and they called me just after 9 to let me know it’s ready for pickup. Wow! So fast. It was my 2nd or 3rd time bringing my car here and I don’t plan on stopping. Great service!

Definitely my go to for getting work done and for getting inspections done. Very trustworthy and everything is done correctly and for a great rate too. Definitely consider going here for work or anything your car may need. They also have the best dog in the world.

Happy with service from Kruczek’s. They were able to get me a quick and accurate quote for the work needed and replaced my rear wheel bearings the next week. My car was ready for pickup in just a couple hours. Great experience and I recommend them. Convenient location in Newmarket.

Went in to have my brakes replaced it was done same day and I couldn't be happier. Also very much appreciate that it did not cost me an arm and a leg. It was noticed one of my brake lights were out so they replaced it without me knowing until after. I definitely will go back. Plus there's a shop dog who is very fun to hang out with. I feel like they were upfront and honest with letting me know what needed to be fixed.
