My Subaru Crosstrek was towed there after a collision at Prospect/Pleasant Streets. The pretty young woman who works there could not have been any nicer in helping us out. She made our past disastrous experience so good! Her pleasantness, kindness & business experience leaves a lot to be desired! Her boss is lucky to have her. 🙂☘️
Had my car towed per the police and this place towed it. The car is low to the ground and the front end was dragged up the flat bed which wasn't his fault but he had a attitude getting into my business with my issue with the PD. I find that to be unprofessional to make comments to me as i paid 308 dollars to get my car back when all they did was tow the car 1/4 mile to the PD....... The price and the rubbing of the front end isn't the issue as much as the talking crap about the situation that brought the car to get towed!!! Unprofessional for sure!!!!
If your on the road and break down like we did see TOM were from maine and we had an issue with front brake, and strut . they brought us right in and fixed it.Thanx Tom.
Nice enough but prices are completely outrageous by any standard along with the attitude of if you don't like it too bad. It's one thing to earn a living and another to gouge a fortune from the everyday human being and it's not right.
VERY over priced towing fees and wouldn't admit to any damages caused while towing, even when I offered to pay for it, just didn't wanna "go out of his way" to fix it.
I had my radiator go in my truck and called around and he had a great price they did a great job and was very friendly and delightful staff if I have to have any thing done I can’t do my self great service

They just replaced my engine and did a awesome job great people to work with wish I could have them do all my work I live in Sidney Maine if I was able to do it they would have all my work
My truck was making really loud noises as we were driving down the road. We decided to stop in and see if they had time to look at it. Thank god they did. Apparently my wheel bearings on the passenger side was ready to let go. They took care of the problem right away. The guy looked at the truck knew immediately what was wrong and ordered the part. Within 10 mins the part was there. About a hr late we were on our way home. Thank you guys so much for fixing my truck!!!!!!
