Great restaurant, food as expected. Friendly staff, waitresses, etc, but what bothers me is the ever increasing prices, as regular customers, do we keep coming back. The bill for two can be over $50 dollars including tip. Nothing personal but very sad.
We stop here to eat almost every time we go to Concord for appointments. Monday was no different. Food was great and the service was great! But it will be the last time we eat there until much warmer weather. It was so cold in there that our food cooled off almost instantly. As older people, my husband and I cannot stand the cold like that. We mentioned it to our waitress and she laughed. Makes me very sad, but it was not a good experience.
Our family favorite, with something for everyone. The service is exceptional and always takes great care of our whole family, and often friends we bring with us.
Always seems just a little slow to be acknowledged here as a guest. Food is great and great variety of options of what you can order, breakfast is all day!
We are of town from Connecticut, stopped for dinner. Service was amazing. Food was perfect, fresh, and portions are generous for the price. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the amazing dinner.
Wow! I’m visiting from out of town and was a little doubtful beforehand, not going to lie. But everything at this spot was delicious! I ordered the grilled haddock, sweet potato fries, butternut squash, and apple pie! My dad ordered the fried haddock sandwich and he LOVED it. Every part of our meal was SO enjoyable, tasty, and flavorful. The apple pie was incredible too, you can taste the love in the crust, in the apples, and in the apple filling. I would eat here again for sure and I recommend stopping by!
Group was at diner when we entered. Staff was obviously overwhelmed. Piper was great and took our order. Best country fried steak we have ever had. Definitely must stop here for a meal.

Our server, Aidan, embodied the essence of exceptional service, exuding warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We both opted for omelets, and the culinary mastery on display was awe-inspiring. My vegetable omelet, accompanied by home fries cooked to a perfect, tender crispness and a side of whole wheat toast, was a testament to the chef's skill. Gilbert's meat omelet, paired with hash browns and white toast, was equally impressive. The crowning glory, however, was the homemade bread, lightly buttered and baked to a fluffy, ethereal perfection. The bacon was insane, a delightful smokiness, its crispy texture and rich flavor elevating the entire dish to unprecedented heights. Our experience was a resounding triumph, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next visit to this gastronomic haven.
Since being back in NH i think has been our most frequented location. Near liquor stores helps. I probably already reviewed here last year. So then updated, the food is quite delish. To be honest I have been die'ng for a cheese steak wrap and this is the place to go. My wife got the fried shrimp and onion rings. Have to say 10 out of 10. Everything was fantastic. The waitress, and damn I forgot her name, was right on point. Can't wait for the next liquor run so I can get my wrap.
This was the first restaurant I went to when I first moved to NH and I have gone back many times. The food is always great and the prices are very reasonable. I am sure I will go again

Fun stop for dinner!! Lots of menu options, excellent service, absolutely huge portions, lots of delicious dessert and reasonable prices! I had the chicken parm and my mom had the turkey dinner, both delicious! We ordered chocolate cream, coconut cream, and lemon meringue pie slices. Can't wait to go back!
Server did the best they could, it was very busy and the seemed short staffed. Menu was clear, and had many good choices. Food came out fresh and hot. Pastrami sandwich, and Fish sandwich were both much better than expected for a roadside dinner.
Parking lot was a little rough, and almost full.

Nice traditional roadside diner. Food is good, and very consistent, if you have a picky eater you don't need to worry about varying ingredients or quality. The do seasonal and holiday appropriate specials and the whole place has a home kitchen feel. I am oddly critical of fries, and I really like the ones here. Staff is great and the owner is likely to strike up a conversation with you if he's around.
Can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. First time trying was about 2 years ago and every time in between has been fantastic. Love their breakfast so much!
Very Excellent food ? It looked so good we started chowing down even before I could snap a photo. Noel is an angel ? Some of the best food I've had in a while, definietly recommended.
Up before dawn chasing balloons at the Pittsfield Balloon Rally Aug 5. We stumbled upon this wonderful cafe on our way home. The Farmers Breakfast offered everything I love and more. 2 eggs over easy, real handcut home fries, 2 pancakes, sausage and toast. The pancakes were light, fluffy and tasty. The sausage links, were small but cooked perfectly. Just the right size to be plated with my pancake and syrup. The toast was thick white bread and the butter was melted into the bread. In addition I had a saucer if baked beans! If I opted out, they would have put another pancake on the plate. It was all very good. I ate most of it, and there was quite a bit. My husband ordered the corn beef hash, 2 eggs over easy, ham and hashbrowns with cinnamon raisin toast. There was nothing left on the plate! Add this stop to your list of restaurants. Orange juice, tomato or V8- they have both. Service alwas great!

1/11/23 update, stopped in for breakfast, on the special board, cinnamon roll pancakes with a side of ham.
Sold! Tastes like the best part of the cinnamon roll, gooey and warm.
3/17/23 dropped in for a meat omelet, sub kielbasa for sausage and add hollandaise! Hit the spot! This was packed with ham, bacon and kielbasa.
5/1/23 first time getting the taco salad, look at this monster! Perfectly crunchy and fried, add jalapeños and you are set!
My wife and I stop there all the time going to the house in NH from CT.. Or on the way back home.. Or both... Food is always great!! Home cooking at its best!! Great specials and homemade soups every day!! And my wife is old school and loves that they actually have Fried Tripe on the menu still, which she gets everytime we go there, cooked to order her way!!. Me, I have simpler tastes, and EVERYTHING else is always excellent, and at prices so low, we don't know how they stay in business, but that is probably how! If your on Rt 28 in NH in Epsom, give them a try... I don't think you will be disappointed, especially where two people can stuff themselves, with tip, for easily less than $40.00, EASY!!! You will be amazed at your bill, especially if your a family on the road... No really, stop, and give them a try....
I ate at this restaurant for the first time with friends this afternoon. The place was PACKED! The location is very convenient on the Epsom Circle, the parking is sufficient, the outside of the restaurant is decent (could be better), I was welcomed upon entering, there was ample comfortable seating, the inside of the restaurant was very interesting and had a TV prominently on in the main section, my waitress was friendly, quick and responsive, the menu had many varied choices including healthy choices, prices were average, my Cobb Salad was prepared quickly and was huge!, coffee was delicious, and the men's restroom was clean.
Very tasty and great portions of food. Prices were good too. Would recommend for anyone that enjoys a good sit down breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere.
I've been going there for a very long time ever since I was a kid, And yes a little may have changed over the years but the taste always stays the same and I love it. They have a great scenery and everything. And everybody is always nice there.
We have thoroughly enjoyed this diner for breakfast over the years. The servers are always friendly and timely. The environment is very casual and country but warm and welcoming. The food we’ve ordered tastes like it comes straight out of grandma’s kitchen! The portions are average and satisfying. Our children especially love the huge waffles. But my husband raves about the steak omelets! It is a gem at the circle that we travel across 3 towns to visit so don’t hesitate to check it out for yourself!
Amazing food and service. Crystal was very friendly and professional. We stopped in for lunch, our food came out fast and hot. If you want home cooking while you're traveling this is the place. We would be here at least once a week if we lived in the area. The waffle is a must have item, very light and fluffy. Home made bread is the best. My wife had Pot Roast and mashed potatoes, it was tender and flavorful. Mashed potatoes are home made not instant.

It's been a standby for us for years now and they seem to have gotten thru all of the turnover. The staff is solid , regular again
The food is good. Especially breakfast. Early birds can find the dinner specials very day @ 5pm.
