5 stars - on February 7th my mom and I walked into Tim’s after a really bad experience at another local deal dealership and we’re hoping that reviews were true and this was a place of integrity!! We were greeted by Kind Cody and the rest of the crew in the office. We were the only 2 females in the office we could see and not once did we feel intimidated, talked down to .. just pure authentic respect. We walked out of there with a great car, great price and most importantly a great experience.

Will did a FANTASTIC job of working with my husband and I to get our new car. He worked within our budget, and went above and beyond for us. We’ve had nothing but a great experience here at Tim’s Truck Capital! Thank you

The team at Tim's was very helpful in my purchasing experience. I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle because the deal was well worth it. They were honest about the condition of the vehicle, and were willing to help answer questions I had before making the trip. Will kept in contact with me as needed and was not pushy. Great buying experience.

My Fiancé and I had a great experience at Tim’s with the very helpful guidance of Will. We originally went in to look at one truck, but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted and found the perfect truck that was well suited to both our wants and needs. Everyone there was kind and courteous. The space was very clean and just overall a great environment. We were recommended to go there by a family friend and would reccomend to anyone in the future to visit Tim’s Truck Capital.

I purchased a VW R32 from Tim's. I dealt with Lenny for the purchase. He was great. Answered all my questions and was honest. I also dealt with Laura in the office. She was great also. They both made the purchase very smooth and easy. I did have some issues after I picked up the car. There were a few major things not working. The fuel gauge, headlights, door locks and a check engine light. I brought the car back and they addressed and fixed everything. Amber was great to deal with in Service. She kept me informed and made sure all the issues were fixed. I would highly recommend Tim's. They make sure you are happy with your purchase and that the vehicle your are buying is in good condition.

I called in the afternoon and let them know I was coming. Matt was very helpful and even though it was down pouring outside he went and got whatever I wanted to look at. Very friendly and personable. They made it easy and I feel that I got what I went there for at a very fair price. The next day I asked about a toneau cover and Matt said to come on in and they gave me one at no extra charge. Awesome experience!!

Bought a 2016 Silverado in May of ‘25. Everything seemed good except for the fact that the truck has no 4x4, hasn’t worked since I looked at it, the clear coat is peeling from when they did poor bodywork on the bedsides that you can see from a mile away, paint around the door handles is chipped, tailgate doesn’t line up on driver side, rockers have covers over them to hide that the original ones are rotted out all together. Tires didn’t pass inspection (I’m an inspection technician myself in Maine), struts need replacing, and on top of it all, I asked numerous times to be charged Maine State Sales Tax don’t wouldn’t cost me $1600 to register a now 10 year old truck. Granted some things that I have complaints about on this truck are to be expected for age, but to pay $24,000 for a truck that is worth an honest $13,000 out the door is absurd. On my way back home I called and told them while I was in my previous truck that I’m not comfortable moving on with this investment and that I personally think the price on my trade in was a bit shallow and would rather stick with the old truck and would like to not move forward with the process, which could’ve been done before the new month started, but they decided to beat around the bush and hold off until the new month started so I had to follow through with this investment. I have been stranded in this vehicle 4 times since I have had it. This truck never passed NH state inspection either, yet has a sticker on it. Update: turns out not only is the bed of the truck full of bondo, but so is the doors on this truck.

I recently purchased a vehicle Tim's Truck Capital and let me tell you how awesome they were! I worked with Lenny and Laura, they were so helpful and just made the whole process way easier and stress free. Anything I needed they did everything they could to accommodate it. They even stayed late too finalize the sale because I wasn't able to get there any earlier. Lenny went above and beyond, ontop of staying late I came out from doing all the paperwork and all I see is feet hanging out of the passanger side of the truck I was buying... Lenny was installing and running the wires for my emergency lights that I had in my old vehicle, it was soooo appreciated!! And he continued till they were all in while I moved all my other stuff over. THANKS Lenny!! And Laura was amazing with the paperwork, I told here where I needed to be at and what I wanted for for my traid in and she was able to get me as close as possible to what I was looking for, I am extremely happy with the work they put in on my behalf. I would recommend buying a vehicle from these two any day!! Great selection and great prices. Lenny and Laura you guys crushed it!! i returned the loaner car and signed the MV16 on friday the 16th. i just got off the phone with Service CU, they haven't received payment from you guys and i'm about $500 out because of this car. Could I at least have the tracking number on the check so i can see when they will receive it? i can't get another auto loan until this is paid and i'm without a vehicle. a response TODAY is needed. leaving a review since there’s “not enough crew” to answer me over text.

I had inquired about a truck online and Lenny was very quick to get back to me. I showed up for my appointment test drove the vehicle and chatted with Lenny. He was super helpful and he ended up chatting with Laura to get a deal done. They were both super helpful and delightful to interact with. Together we came up with a number that I believe we were both happy with. I can’t recommend them enough and I will continue to try to do any future business with them when possible!

I bought a truck from Tim's last week and it was a nice and pain free experience. I dealt with Charlie and he was fantastic. Very friendly, calm and laid back. Zero typical pushy salesman stuff going on. He answered my questions on the phone and sent me a few pics of some specific areas of the truck I wanted to see before I drove up there. Once I got there the truck was in great condition, represented accurately, and drove very well. The price was good and they gave me decent money for my trade in. The paperwork was also done in a timely manner and the entire process only took a couple of hours start to finish. Everyone else that I interacted with at the dealership was also very friendly and not pushy or overbearing. Most dealerships make my skin crawl but this place was a pleasant surprise, and so far has lived up to the good reviews online.

I highly recommend Lenny who did a wonderful job from Start to Finish with showing me my new Jeep and let me test drive, then helped to make the finance credit application very easy and quick, he explained the entire process very well, and thoroughly. I had my new wheels insured with his help in contacting my auto insurance, then gave me my new keys to this beautiful and spotless 2016 Jeep Compass Red SUV!! I had called him this morning, then set up appt for 2 pm , everything was done by 3:30 pm!!!!!

I just purchased a 2020 VW Jetta from them yesterday. What a smooth process everything was. From initial phone and text communication with Lenny to actual pickup of the vehicle. They took care of 1 minor thing like replacing the front pads and rotors for me. Made sure all the fluids were changed, cleaned the car completely and filled it up with gas. It was really a nice overall experience for my daughter to see as well. Lenny was a great person to work with, he wasn’t pushy and he was willing to work with us And then Laura, the finance manager was very nice to work with as well, having all of the paperwork ready and willing to answer any questions and also willing to stand behind The vehicle. All in all my experience with Tim’s was excellent, I would not hesitate to do business with them again and buy another vehicle when I am in the market for one.

My husband and i just bought a 2024 Hyundai Sonata this evening and I’m just reviewing at the moment of the customer service.. customer service was AMAZING!! We were greet by Will who was wonderful! Sweet sweet guy! And then Laura helped with our paperwork and she was also amazing! I’ve never been someone with such amazing service! Thank you guys! Without a doubt the most fast ..stress-free truck buying experience I have ever had . I went in spoke to Nate Coriaty what I needed he showed me two trucks . I said I will take the second one and within a few hours my trade was assessed my financing was done the paperworked signed and I was on the road with a beautiful taken care of 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD with low miles. Everyone here is professional and I would definitely highly recommend anyone to go to Tims. Thank you all!

This dealership is awesome! I found them on cars.com. Found the vehicle I was interested in and inquired. I was messaged by Johnny in a very reasonable time and he gave me all the info. He was open and honest. Drove about an hour to the dealership and to my surprise they have 3 different locations all within a mile of each other. I was nicely directed to the correct dealership. Here I was met by Kerk he was lovely and got me ready to test drive the vehicle and look at my trade in immediately. We made a deal workout in about 20 minutes and I think we were all happy. The paperwork took all of 30 minutes they knew I was in a time crunch. Super awesome definitely recommend and if possible will shop here in the future.

A couple of friends referred me to Tim’s. I got a vehicle from their used cars “buy as is” lot. The staff was upfront about anything they knew with the vehicle, they let me test drive in the lot with it, was very upfront about everything with buying the car. I was in and out in less than an hour. I wish I could remember the guy who helped me because he was wonderful and I’d love to give him a shout out. If you ever go and you get someone who “was hired as a plow driver” a few years ago, the company made the right choice putting him in customer service because he was great and helpful! I rate five stars for the customer service. My car obviously not being gone through and being apart of their trade in service deal they have, isn’t 100% but it definitely still has life left and they were willing to wheel and deal on it also which was great knowing I’d have to get work done in the car. It was worth the 2 hour drive we live from them! Great people! The three friends who have also gotten new cars from them have also had nothing but wonderful things to say also and even after 2 years their vehicles are going strong!

It was a great experience there was no pressure the jent who helped me knew the exact truck I was talking about I see online and went to the lot down the road to bring it to me they were very cool laid-back people who where there to help and have a great time selling trucks btw I still love my truck

Alex: the man, the myth, the legend. Go see Alex and he makes it happen. I don’t have the best of credit due to being screwed by another dealer and I had my doubts on any fair approval but my man Alex worked day in and day out getting me the best deal possible. I was stuck in a 2003 ford ranger that was rusting so bad my foot went through the floor board. I didn’t think I had a way out but Alex made it happen! I drove off the lot today with my new to me 2022 ford ranger! This truck is incredible and these guys are the real deal. They even took my truck in trade. I would highly recommend them and will keep passing word on!

Had a great experience at Tim's!! Not pushy at all and went above and beyond to help me get into the truck I wanted. Had the truck about a month and the check engine light came on. Not a big deal but I called and asked if they could help me even though it was passed the dealer warranty. They stood behind the truck and took care of the issue.
