Not sure which mechanic but I sent pics of the clearly damaged control connection. They said your cars fine " he wobbled your tire and it's tight " then I explained again that I sent pics and if you take the front passenger side tire off it's extremely obvious. The secretary said he has been a mechanic for 20 years so I must be wrong. It only took the other mechanics I went to about 2 minutes to get the tire off and immediately see the issuue

Truck's engine stopped on highway. Had it towed here. Mechanic said he can't crank the engine, told me it's junk...sold the truck cheap for parts to get it off his lot - the buyer texted me a couple hours later "after an hour of work he is driving it" - yeah just lost a few grand...gave him thousands of dollars of business, will never go back there

Stay far away. I would like to tell you whether or not they do good work but after 6 weeks of blowing me off, I can't. First appointment made on a Tuesday for Friday. Had friend meet me and dropped off truck for a 1 hour job. Came back at 5 and was told the lift was busy all day so no repair. Next appointment 1 week later. Had friend meet me to drop off. Friend drove me to pick up and was told wrong part. Next appointment a week later. Drove there at 8 AM and only welder was there. Asked to be called when ready for truck and I would bring in and wait. No call. Went in following Tuesday. Made appointment for following Friday and was assured they would call when ready for truck. No call. Went in following Tuesday. Was told they would pick up truck on Friday for me and deliver when done. Never showed up. Called Monday and was told they would pick up truck Tuesday by 5 and fix Wednesday. Showed up at 7:30 PM and took truck. Called Wednesday and was told they would return truck by 7 PM. Never returned truck. Called Thursday morning and asked for truck. Dropped off while I was away and left keys hanging on door. Work never done. So, 6 weeks later and the 1 hour job is still not done and truck still needs repair.
Went in for oil change. They were quick and helpful. I was entertained by their pup as well! Pleasant and polite. Thank you for all the help you gave me.

Just an update we have been back and the service and customer care has continued to be well worth making them our go to garage! Thank again Route 104 Garage!
If you have any vehicle in need of service, my advice would be to ignore this place of business. The process of getting serviced here gives all small garages a bad name. My suggestion would be to pay just a little more (not always) and go to a larger shop or even a dealership. If you must go to a small shop, use 'word of mouth' qualifications and get written estimates and work completion dates ALWAYS! Be very careful when thinking about rolling into any repair shop for the first time with no or a single recommendation.
