Just a good experience considering how frustrating the situation was to no fault of the tow driver. He probably should charged more. Not his fault the vehicle was malfunctioning in a way that made towing with out causing damage an extremely difficult job. Thanks
I was assisted by Precision Towing & Recovery with an uncommon request to deliver some heavy equipment to my home. Precision Towing & Recovery arrived when they said they would, kept prodigious communication, and made sure everything was positioned exactly where I desired for logistical reasons.

Josh was amazing!! I only waited 10 minutes, and he was selfless and kind enough to bring my car to the repair shop and get it situated on the lot, and drop the key in the after hours key drop. When dealing with something stressful and disappointing like your car losing all power on the side of the road, it's something small like this that can just mean the world. Best towing company, and amazing technicians!!

Hired them to move 2 20’ shipping containers off my longer trailer and place them for my customer in a tight spot. My customer was very particular about placement and Josh at Precision was very professional and fast. He did everything he could and went the extra mile to make my customer happy so my job could be completed well. We hit a piece of scrap metal on the highway on our way home tonight and it made an absolutely frightening noise, so we pulled over and called our roadside assistance program, and although we had help from a good samaritan that stopped to see if we were ok, the guys at Precision were super quick to call me and check in on everything before coming out to us. It turned out we didn’t need to be towed and the car ended up being totally fine, but they even offered to have us send photos of the metal piece to verify where it may have come from! They were amazingly helpful and kind, and we are so thankful they are able to come to the rescue when we need them!
Driver John friendly and professional primary call was for a tow for one car then had to jump the second car because my flashers killed my battery. Hope roadside assistance sends them again next time.
Not sure what happened, but they accepted an assignment through my roadside assistance with an ETA of 20-50 mins; left voicemails and text messages, and after 2 hours the insurance company called them, which they then confirmed a second time, would be there in ten minutes. Again, never showed up, never called, never canceled the appointment. All in all my stupid lockout took 3 and a 1/2 hours of waiting and a lot of confusion before a service was eventually able to show up. Not in a rural area, but on a main road in a shopping center.
Great Company. Very Reasonably priced cheaper than anybody else around that area. Broke down In the middle of manchester NH They where there in less than ten minutes. Highly recommend.

Precision made getting my car home painless. Driver (Chris, I later learned) called me soon after I called AAA to confirm info and give me an ETA. He then texted me when he picked up the car. He followed my directions exactly pulling into a tricky driveway. And two things I could tell from this was he called me from a gas station and texted me from the pickup spot. Never while driving. Very professional with my wife and I. Truck and and equipment looked clean and safe (ok it was at night, but the truck still looked good and was very well lit). But Chris just plain did an awesome job start to finish. Thanks!

On Saturday my husband and I were towing a car from MA to NH. We had a blowout of one tire on the trailer and no spare. John went over and above expectations to help us. He located a tire on a rim for us and sent his driver to pick it up at the store and deliver it to us. The driver put the tire on and made sure that the rest of the tires were properly inflated. I can't say enough about the service they provided.
My elderly parents got a flat tire on a trailer with no spare traveling on the highway. This business helped them with great service at a reasonable price and got them back on the road safely. THANK YOU!!!
I was stuck in a parking lot at night with a car that wouldn’t start. I needed a battery jump, and Precision Towing & Recovery came to the rescue! They were really quick to arrive, very friendly and helpful, and within minutes had me back on the road. I was also impressed with their truck-really nice, top of the line, heavy duty. Sean came out to tow my car to my mechanic after the brake caliper broke off and it was scraping up my rim and not allowing the wheel to move. Instead of just towing it, he secured the caliper so no further damage would be cause while moving it during the tow. I really appreciate the above and beyond service, it meant a lot to me!
I ran into an issue and these guys were more than helpful, reassuring, professional and caring. They called and stayed on the phone and made sure myself and my kids were ok and taught me a life lesson. Recommend these guys.
I wish I had more than words to describe how much I appreciate the service I gor from Precision Towing & Recovery. I gor a call at almost dinnertime from my teenage son. He was coming back from his frist long trip with his camper when it's axle broke and wheel feel off on the interstate AND he was 100 miles from home. The state police and wrecker service got the camper to a rest area (for a ridiculous amount of money) and told us we had 24 hours to recover it or pay hundreds more in further removal and impound fees.
A friend of mine put me in touch with John at Precision. He stepped in without hesitation and set a crew immediately the next morning to get the camper. They kept me posted throughout the entire day! John came through with a very fair and reasonable price given the emergency situation and he told me "that's what he does". I can't thank John and his crew enough for making a horrible situation one that became easier to recover from! Highly recommend them!!!!

Found out an old junk car was towed to this place and was asked if I was coming to pick it up and I didn’t care to but would. I was told I can surrender it and just bring them the title. I ended up sick and wasn’t able to get it to them that week. Soon after I received a letter stating the car will be auctioned off at the end of the month and if I had any questions to just call them. I did call and was met with some girl Not Jen, that was preoccupied and very rude. I was asking if they still wanted the Title to the car and She repeated “just let it go” every time I asked her why she saying that she said it again and ended the call. So At this point I emailed the Company and have Got no Response. I’m very confused at why they would say to call with any questions then not answer them. Im disabled and terminally ill and really don’t have the time or energy to deal with this. The letter stated I will lose my license and registration for reasons unknown. Not sure why I would lose anything Since I don’t even know what they Want. My lawyer is going to deal with whatever the outcome is. I’ll probably be gone by then. But I did Try. Very unprofessional and Rude staff.

These guys are awesome! Called AAA on a Sunday night for service and they dispatched Precision Towing for the call. The gentleman driving the service vehicle was very helpful and courteous and arrived in a very short time.
