I recommend it to nobody to ask for their help! They are so behind schedule no specific time and you can’t get a driver info and no body helps you to get an eta for the two truck driver. I have been waiting more than a 3 hours and after that they called me to inform me that the driver will come after an another hour for additional $175 extra. However I paid $205 upfront. I canceled the service and they charged me $39 for cancelation.
The most worse company I ever seen.
After calling this company, getting confirmation that they had a driver available to pick up the vehicle the same night, handing over all required information, and $300 for a 7mi tow - they called back to let us know that their truck broke down.
We requested a reimbursement for the cancellation of service on their end.
They then asked for an additional $20 cancelation fee, despite their company not being able to fulfill the tow in the agreed amount of time.
In addition they informed us it would take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
My friend called for emergency tow and was charged 300.00 in advance and they never showed up to tow her vehicle and now they will not return her phone calls or messages regarding a refund!!!!!!! Watch out for this place!!!!!!!
Tried calling for a quote and the other person on the other line sounded foreign, had no idea of what car I was talking about and on top of that, she started asking me for information not needed for a quote, like the color of my car...what's up with all the unnecessary questions to just give a quote? All you need is the distance and type of car, is that simple! This place is a scam. Definitely not a local towing company!!
Called this tow service for a local tow. A foreign representative answered my called and asked for vehicle details and phone number. That took @10 min. Once the representative was satisfied with the info I provide I was asked to hold while they searched for service. That was another 10 min. When the representative returned to the line they quoted me $175 to tow for less than a mile. What a scam! DO NOT CALL! NOT A LOCAL COMPANY.
Got connected with this place through Life360/Allstate Roadside Assistance. My wife and daughter were on 93S in the middle of the night (past 11:30 PM). 35 minutes into waiting they get a call - "our person broke down, call someone else". Not, we are sending someone else or we have contacted So & So Company, one of our partners/assocites and they will be there in X. "Call someone else". Absolute garbage. I will make sure everyone I know in every local organization I belong to NOT to get involved with this place.
my car didn't start and I didn't know if it was the battery or not. they came out and tested my battery and that was all good. I guess it was my starter. I had them tow it to the shop they did a great job were very professional and kind.
