I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Electric from FC Motors in New Hampshire for $6,685, and it has been a nightmare. The salesman, Matt Lewis, assured me the car would be fully charged and ready to go, but it died after just 5 miles and had to be towed. After charging for 5 hours, it only made it 20 more miles before dying again.
The dealership claimed their technician inspected the battery and said it was fine. However, I have a voice recording of them admitting they hired their own technician, whose findings were completely false. A Ford-certified technician later confirmed both batteries were faulty and needed replacement—costing over $30,000.
I paid for a $7,000 car with a $30,000 problem and was misled about its condition. FC Motors sold me a defective vehicle, failed to disclose critical issues, and provided false information about its safety and reliability. I believe this was deceptive and unfair, and I’m seeking a full refund or coverage of repair costs. Buyers beware—don’t trust this dealership!

This is not my first go around with purchasing a vehicle my experience with FC Motors is a positive one. I explained to them that I needed a reliable vehicle I thought they were very honest and leading me to a vehicle that Suited what I needed at a reasonable price I didn't wait there for 4 hours to sign paper the whole experience was different from any other Auto Sales that I went through overall I would definitely recommend if a vehicle to stop by FC Motors check in with salesperson name Matt and see what they can do for you they are definitely a game changer

This was my first time buying a car on my own, I was very nervous and skeptical. I was questioning everything. I reached out to FC Motors when I was looking for another vehicle for work. I drive a lot of country roads and typically get salvage title vehicles in good mechanical shape. I usually get my vehicles from a local salvage title auto dealer, but I saw a good deal on a car FC Motors had and I reached out to Matt regarding the vehicle of interest and he was super responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. He was also honest and upfront about getting me the best deal possible on the car. I was traveling from the Midwest to pick this car up so I didn't want any surprises when I got there, like I've experienced with other dealerships. When we got there after a long day of travel Matt was super happy to see us and after making quick work of the paperwork which was all accurate to what we discussed over the phone we chatted for a bit and Matt even made a couple recommendations for stops along the way as we made our 1700 mile trip back home. The car has been great and FC Motors was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from FC Motors, and once again, it was an absolutely great experience! Both of our cars had rebuilt titles, but the dealership did an outstanding job fixing them and pricing them significantly lower than similar clean-title vehicles.

I recently stopped by this dealership to talk about purchasing this 2012 Chrysler 200 that was on their site. When talking in person about the vehicle I only saw Matt because I could only stop by later in the day, thankfully they were very patient with me, there wasn’t any hassle and getting approved for the car was easy! Take into consideration I’m 18 and don’t have a credit card but I was able to finance this car on my own with no co signer! I appreciate the patience and kindness shown to me by this dealership! I’d recommend this place :)
Update!: I’ve had this car for 6 months! I fall more and more in love with it everytime I drive it!! I’ve added a lot of miles to her unfortunately but she’s gotten me everywhere I’ve needed to go and more!! Super reliable car and she’s just been great to me! I'm a first time buyer and I was absolutely terrified of finding a good used car at a good price without being scammed or taken advantage of. My aunt and I were driving around and I found FC motors. We stopped by just before they closed and looked at the cars. They had a lot of good options, even ones in my budget of 8k! The people there were really nice and with the help of Matt Lewis I was able to find my first car. I couldn't have asked for anything better, I love my 2012 Mazda 3. It's in great shape with only 73k miles on it!! I'm so happy they were able to help me find a great model for my first car. Thanks to FC Motors, I bought this black on black 2018 Q50 Luxe back in December, and absolutely love it. Was looking for a new car and I loved the Q50’s. I had a 2015 lined up but they said it was better to get a newer year model because of better reliability. Got this and I’m happy they told me too. They were super easy to work with and no problems getting the car in my hands. Hit them up even if they don’t have the car you’re looking for and they can probably find it for you at a good price. Honestly, I AM PUMPED with my new car from FC motors. I got my dream car at a great price, 2021 white on black Hyundai sonata with 35k miles on it for a great price (he even knocked it down a little for me). Matt was super responsive, helpful and most importantly kind through the whole process. Just recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta here and it was the most welcoming experience! Alina who was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle was extremely helpful. You can buy a car anywhere at any dealership but I promise you no dealership has better prices, deals, and services than FC motors a big thing I look for while shopping for cars is finding someone who is trustworthy and honest about what they are selling so I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
Bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic with less than 68,000 miles on it for only $8,000! Because they have their auto shop on site, they are able to give you great deals! The owners are an Armenian father and daughter who really understand the needs of their customers. Alina, the daughter, actually went to the same school is me and is actually quite inspiring to young entrepreneurs who want to run a family business! You can get good deals anywhere, but not top-notch customer service! Shoutout to Matt the sales manager who made the process very easy despite me being in a weird situation!
