Being in the car business, I would normally buy a vehicle from my own dealership. However, I was able to find the Ford Edge ST I have been looking for. From applying online and communicating with managers Tyler and Chris, to setting the appointment with Kaleena, and being greeted by Brad on arrival, the whole process was smooth. I am very happy. Recently bought a car from here. The guys were absolutely great! They were super quick, which made the process so painless. But we were always on tight time schedule.
Only reason I would give it 4 stars instead of 5. Is the car wasn’t started being prepared after we left day one. It would have saved some time on day two. Since we were on a short timeline.
Also would have been a little more of though detail, since it says when you buy a car from us you get a full detail. But it’s fine it was clean enough.
Absolutely love my new car. If I email them with questions my sales expert ( Xavier) emails me right back.

The salesman was knowledgeable about Ford products and very easy to deal with - no used car salesman BS to put up with. The "money guy" presented info that I knew was correct because I had done my homework before coming in. The "finance guy" was efficient and quick. When I came back in about 2 weeks to have the transmission checked out even the "service guy" was great to deal with. All in all a top shelf organization I would heartily recommend to anyone. Not all dealers are like this, trust me!

It was easy to set up an appointment to have my vehicle serviced for the problem I was having with the heating system.
The Service Department did a great job repairing the problem although it took longer than expected, but I am well satisfied with the outcome and the system is working great. A job well done.Feb 05, 2026 -

My husband and I got our Mazda on the 29th and had a great experience!! We knew what we wanted and was able to promptly test the car out and we loved it. Andrew greeted us when we got in there and helped us. He also answered any questions we had and was so helpful. It was smooth sailing from there. Great people working there, thank you everyone!

Just wasted my entire saturday. Responded to a fb marketplace ad for a jeep listed for 5k. Exactly my budget for my daughter’s first vehicle. I was so excited the search was over. Test drove it, told them I wanted to buy it. They come back with almost 2k in “dealership fees”
For a car priced at 5k that I am paying cash, 2k in fees is slightly ridiculous. Not to mention I was never informed. I expect these dealer fees when financing a newer vehicle. Needless to say, I left empty handed. Disappointed and a very disappointed 16 year old that was so excited. I will say the sales guy Andrew was great, very personable. They should have been transparent with the fees from the start. I responded to a fb market ad, listed as 4,999. Not a single mention of anything else! Drove 1.5 hours one way. yoJan 24, 2026 -
Best Service I've ever received from a dealership..EVER ! I had to have a recall service performed on my Ranger. I was informed it would take 3 hrs at the least. I was asked if I was going to wait, well I rather not. I was offered a ride home. They called me an Uber, and within 10 minutes on I was on my way...4 hours later, I received a call my truck was ready.
I was asked, do you need a ride back??? I gladly accepted, another Uber, and both rides were paid for by Ford. The work was done , my truck was ready for me when I arrived. Everyone I spoke with that day, was professional, friendly and explained all the work they were going to perform.
Again. BEST service I've ever received at a dealership.

Had an issue with my 2019 Escape, turns out it was a recall issue. AutoFair was able to replace the engine very quickly, and gave me a car to drive in the meantime. Michael in particular, was very friendly, helpful and professional. If I owned a dealership I would be happy to have people like him on my team

I had an absolutely amazing experience at AutoFair Ford in Manchester. Faten helped me purchase my new vehicle, and she was truly exceptional. She never pushed, never felt “salesy,” and took the time to really listen. She explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy to understand.
From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming — from the gentleman opening the doors for us, to the finance team, to the managers who checked in along the way. The whole environment felt professional, respectful, and genuinely customer‑focused.
What stood out most was Faten’s follow‑through. She reached out after the sale to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. That level of care is rare.

My husband and I went here looking for a used vehicle that I saw online. Went there and had Andrew as our salesman. He was easy to talk to, answer all of our questions and was not at all pushy. Also had the opportunity to work with Steve, the sales manager and he was also great to work with. We finalized the sale with the finance team, Mujo and Trevor, both of which were also easy and quick to work with. I would recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a car.

Absolutely outstanding experience end-to-end. Mind you I went in knowing what I wanted, having evaluated the market, and being realistic that everyone needed to benefit from the engagement. Sales, finance, management - all were greatly helpful. All that said I came out ahead of where I (reasonably) hoped to be at the end. Tom even mailed my winter hat back that I left in the lot.

I had an issue with the 4WD function on my Ford truck last week. I called at 4:59pm on Friday last week to schedule an appointment and the attendant asked if I could drop it off Monday morning, which I did. In the early afternoon, I received a call that it was done and ready to pick up. I really appreciated the prompt service and wrapping it up in one visit including new parts that were in stock. I also appreciate my service advisor, Jason, who I have been working with for about the last 15 years. He knows me and he knows my truck. He keeps me coming back and I appreciate the heck out of him.

We had a great experience buying a nice, clean, 2020 F-150 from AutoFair Ford. The dealership is a two-hour drive for us, but the advertised price was $1000's less than anything similar offered locally . Our salesperson, David Kelley, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the truck and took time to show us how to navigate through the various options & settings. The finance folks did their usual sales pitch, but were very nice and not too pushy. We eventually got an extended warrantee that we felt was fair at an okay price. The check engine light came on when we went to get the truck inspected in Massachusetts. The AutoFair Ford Used Car Manager worked with our local Ford dealer to get the issued fixed (bad evaporator bypass valve not covered by Ford Certified Gold or the optional extended warrantee) at no cost to us. 5-stars for the dealership, 3-stars for Ford's Gold Certified warrantee.

My service advisor Alex was great. The technician however did not use a paper floor mat when he worked on my car so my beige interior and beige weather tech floor mats were let a greasy mess that I had to clean up when I got home. I had a great experience with everyone involved in the purchase of my new car. My salesman Scott listened to what I said, how much $ i wanted to spend, and he and Chris the sales manager made it happen! Finance manager explained everything and I felt like I understood everything so that's a plus. I wasn't expecting to walk away with a car that same day and felt ill prepared as far time i had to shop, test drive, and purchase. They were cautious of my time and still managed to get it done.

We went there because we saw a pick up online we wanted to go see. Andrew Bartolomucci was our sales consultant. I loved his efficiency! Asked what we needed, anything we didn't want like color of the vehicle and went to grab the trucks that matched our needs and budget. That efficient and fast! We picked our truck and started paperwork. He stayed around to make sure we were comfortable (water, coffee, snack). The finance manager Mujo Spahic was understanding, patient and very friendly. We left the same day with our truck. Highly recommend for the efficiency and friendliness.

I had my baby serviced at Ford, but bought a year ago from auto fair! Transmission went and the guys were so wonderful there, with service, ordering the parts and making sure my warranty covered it or whatever it could, and im so grateful because I was a mess bout it all! I recently purchased a 2025 F-150 from AutoFair Ford of Manchester, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. While I’ve had mixed experiences here in the past, this visit was a standout—thanks largely to the professionalism and friendliness of my salesman, Ferid.
Ferid was incredibly patient and understanding, especially knowing that I was on a tight schedule. He respected my time and made the entire sales process smooth and efficient without ever making me feel rushed. It’s clear he cares about both the customer experience and getting things done right.
The rest of the sales staff was also welcoming and professional, which added to the positive atmosphere. I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase and very satisfied with the service I received.

Got this beauty the other day. I gotta say I have had horror stories from dealerships and it’s honestly a learning experience. I knew going in what I wanted for my trade what I wanted to pay for the truck and after a back in forth with Chris we got the deal done. At the end of the day selling vehicles is a business. I did have a bank ready to go and things didn’t work out but Ian and the team were ready to match but they got me a better deal. Went in Saturday at 12 and left by 330 with my new truck. Place was busy but Ian and the team got things rolling and got me out.

First of all, most of us hate car shopping. But, when you are buying a vehicle for a business, it is necessary.
I am glad I came across David Kelly and the whole AutoFair team. I was in the market for a couple of months but they never pressured me to “come in for a test drive” or “make an appointment.” Once I knew it was time, I contacted a couple of dealerships but AutoFair kept it simple and not “salesy”.
And David is great. Knew is stuff, easy going, likes to golf, and made the whole process simple.
I’m not a 100% price shopper so I have no idea if I got the “lowest” price and I don’t care. I got great service, they let me test drive 2 trucks which were pretty much identical and made the financing part easy.
