Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The finance manager completely misled me — made it sound like I was fully approved, let me drive off in their truck for two days, then came back saying there was never an actual approval in place. They also took my down payment before anything was finalized, which is completely unacceptable. The whole thing felt shady and dishonest from start to finish. If you want to be treated fairly and with transparency, go to Best Ford instead — they’re upfront, honest, and don’t play games with customers.

Scott and the AutoFair Team were Excellent. I always go to AutoFair Ford first whether I am looking for a Ford or a used vehicle that is not a Ford. I was looking for a used Subaru Outback for a new business and my truck did not fit the business plan. Scott had me test drive a 2024 Subaru Outback with 11,000 miles. Exactly what I needed for this new business. I traded in my 2021 Ford Ranger that I loved. Tyler from the AutoFair Finance Team made the payments work. My Subaru Outback was in my driveway the next night. I am always pleased with the AutoFair Ford Team and recommend them to everyone whether they are looking for a new or used Ford or a used vehicle that is not a Ford. Also their Service Department is Excellent. Just drive in and they usual y have me out in about an hour; never more than 2 hours. I highly recommend the AutoFair Ford Team.

This place was very disappointing. I went in at the beginning of the month to purchase a vehicle, I contacted the dealership before I went to get some rough numbers and they were great about responding and setting up an appointment with me that saved time. I went to the dealership and everyone in there was friendly and willing to work to make a deal happen. After a few hours I ended up purchasing the vehicle and traded my vehicle in. Now this is where the issues started. I am a MA resident and I told the finance manager Mujo that I would register the vehicle in MA and he said that was great and he will overnight me the title and paperwork in order to do so. So I waited a couple days and no paperwork came but I did receive a phone call from Mujo stating he messed up my paperwork and I needed to come back to sign some stuff, he also offered me a tank of gas for my troubles. So I go to the dealership and speak with the finance director, Trevor who has me sign the correct paperwork, tells me he will overnight everything in the morning so I can go register my car and send me on my way (no free tank of gas). Then a couple days later I get a call from my salesman Chris who tells me they don’t have the title for the car, so now we’re almost a week from my purchase date and they just found out the don’t have the title and being a MA resident I need that in order to register my brand new vehicle and drive it in the road. Chris tells me they will keep me in the loop and let me know when they get it. Chris did not keep me in the loop and I had to reach out multiple times to try and figure out what was going on. I finally spoke with Mujo because Chris and Trevor wouldn’t answer my calls and after an annoying discussion trying to avoid the dealership taking any blame, he tells me he just got his title worker on the phone with the state and he’ll let me know what they say. Mujo gets back to me and he tells me the title is 2-3 weeks out so that means I can’t register my new vehicle I just bought for another 2-3 weeks. Chris then calls me and offers a loaner vehicle from the dealership and after another annoying conversation of him trying to deflect blame away from him and the dealer, he agrees to have someone bring me a rental while I wait for the title to my vehicle. That was Friday last week and I still don’t have a rental or a follow up phone call. During all of this the Finance director didn’t even reach out to me to try and fix the problem, which shows me he could careless. Also my trade-in still hasn’t been paid off so that’s the cherry on top. I am super frustrated with this dealership and the lack of integrity and responsibility that they show and I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business here.

Great people and amazing deals. I was able to get a 4Runner for several thousand lower than market value. Scott was the sales person I dealt with and he was fast and professional. I highly recommend going here if you’re in need of a vehicle

I brought my plug-in hybrid to AutoFair Ford for a warranty repair that involved multiple visits and part replacements. When the issue continued, I asked that the case be escalated to Ford’s engineering team, a standard next step when repairs don’t resolve the problem. The dealership declined to do so and instead insisted my home charger was at fault, even though I provided data logs showing the issue reappeared at multiple charging locations. I was later informed by Ford Corporate that dealerships are expected to contact their internal technical support team when warranty repairs cannot be resolved, and that they had no record of any work being escalated or reported. The staff were polite and professional, but the process stopped short of a proper warranty review. I left with the same issue I came in with and had to seek help from another dealership.

AutoFair Ford Manchester, great job! My husband and I had a great experience. We originally were looking at a maverick lobo and switched to a ford ranger xlt. Andrew was great went above and beyond, gave us space to think and talk when appropriate, answered all our questions, explained each detail about the trucks, made sure the truck was perfectly clean upon taking it home. Very patient and understanding employees. Very impressed. Thank you Andrew and financing team! We are happy with our 2025 Ford Ranger XLT!

Everyone here from Gaius Dipigney, my salesman who made me feel like he had all the time in the world to devote to my purchase to Chris Grondin and Trevor Stuart (also both made me feel like I was the only buyer in there) in finance were fabulous! This was a low key/no pressure transaction from start to finish. Kudos AutoFair Ford in Manchester, highly recommend you go by and purchase your next vehicle there. And by the way, I love my Ford Explorer!

I recently brought my 2018 Ford Raptor into Autofair Ford of Manchester and had an excellent experience. Janet was fantastic, she was able to get me in for a same-day oil change, which was a huge help. Alex walked me through the services being performed, and his professionalism and bedside manner really stood out. The service center is clearly well run, efficient, and customer-focused. I had a very nice experience purchasing my F-150. I've been happy servicing my old truck with them. So it just made sense to try out the sales department too. Everyone was great and although I tend to be "thorough" when I purchase a vehicle, they did not make me feel as though like I was being unreasonable.

I had an issue with my tail light. Alex service personal was very helpful in make sure it was covered under ford warranty and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. While my car was being worked on he also kept in touch with me during the whole process instead of me having to reach out to them. They were amazing. I even had my car back faster than they estimated! Best services ever.

I went to Ford Auto dealership for the very first time to do service on my car , and then I met there with Jason. I am thrilled at their services, behaviors and the way they treat the people just amazing. Specially the Jason , the way he communicates with me I didn’t feel even for once that I didn’t know him very well for long time . He made me to think about him that way . Now you can guess how nice people can be there in customer service. And I loved their formalities and system. They gave my car back to me and feel like it’s a brand new . Overall experience was wholesome It is absolutely worth going there .

Overall good experience purchasing my certified used vehicle. Typically, no does not mean no in an auto sales situations. I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the sales staff at this location. Did not have to repeat myself or get overly frustrated in negotiations. Feel I got a fair deal with little resistance. Had some follow up after the sale and received good customer service as well. Usually the nice stuff goes out the window after the sale but my requests were completed quickly and with a good attitude.

Being able to purchase a new vehicle from my son Hunter was an amazing experience. Hunter is such a kind, caring person and he looks out for your best interest. I had my baby serviced at Ford, but bought a year ago from auto fair! Transmission went and the guys were so wonderful there, with service, ordering the parts and making sure my warranty covered it or whatever it could, and im so grateful because I was a mess bout it all! Thank u esp to Mike for getting me a ride home, sticking with staying in touch with me as the whole situation was getting underway all the way 2 it being returned 2 me all in exactly 3 weeks! While I’ve had mixed experiences here in the past, this visit was a standout—thanks largely to the professionalism and friendliness of my salesman, Ferid. Ferid was incredibly patient and understanding, especially knowing that I was on a tight schedule. Got this beauty the other day. I gotta say I have had horror stories from dealerships and it’s honestly a learning experience. I knew going in what I wanted for my trade what I wanted to pay for the truck and after a back in forth with Chris we got the deal done. At the end of the day selling vehicles is a business. I did have a bank ready to go and things didn’t work out but Ian and the team were ready to match but they got me a better deal. Went in Saturday at 12 and left by 330 with my new truck. Place was busy but Ian and the team got things rolling and got me out.

First of all, most of us hate car shopping. But, when you are buying a vehicle for a business, it is necessary. I am glad I came across David Kelly and the whole AutoFair team. I was in the market for a couple of months but they never pressured me to “come in for a test drive” or “make an appointment.” Once I knew it was time, I contacted a couple of dealerships but AutoFair kept it simple and not “salesy”. And David is great. Knew is stuff, easy going, likes to golf, and made the whole process simple. I’m not a 100% price shopper so I have no idea if I got the “lowest” price and I don’t care. I got great service, they let me test drive 2 trucks which were pretty much identical and made the financing part easy. Got me the truck i wanted, ready to look at, signed, sealed and delivered in less than 2 hours for the whole deal! They were patient and helpful with my daughter. Overall great experience. I went in on a Black Friday as my last truck was hit by a drunk driver and totalled, and I walked out about 3hrs later with my new truck! No hassle, fair deal, great service! I had my bed liner sprayed with a tough coat we worked into the price, they gave me a Ford Bronco Sport with 10 miles on it for a loner and I picked my truck back up two day later with less than 10 minutes to do any of my transactions.. IN and OUT! Plus they made good on a free tank of gas during the bed liner project as the day I bought my truck she only had 3/4 tank in her, and they said they would fill her up

I thought for sure it was going to be an all day process with how busy the shop seemed, but I left pleasantly surprised. He was kind, prompt and made sure I was helped basically immediately! These guys are awesome I just bought my 3rd vehicle from them. A brand new 2025 ford ranger and I love it. Kind polite and knowledgeable sales staff and the manager. They knew the details of my vehicle I was purchasing and thoroughly explained everything. Nice clean show room. They should offer tote bags to customers who need to clean up their car before trading it. Honda Autofair has the very helpful tote bags.
