I had a very nice experience purchasing my F-150. I've been happy servicing my old truck with them. So it just made sense to try out the sales department too. Everyone was great and although I tend to be "thorough" when I purchase a vehicle, they did not make me feel as though like I was being unreasonable.
I had an issue with my tail light. Alex service personal was very helpful in make sure it was covered under ford warranty and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. While my car was being worked on he also kept in touch with me during the whole process instead of me having to reach out to them. They were amazing. I even had my car back faster than they estimated! Best services ever.
Being able to purchase a new vehicle from my son Hunter was an amazing experience. Hunter is such a kind, caring person and he looks out for your best interest. I thought for sure it was going to be an all day process with how busy the shop seemed, but I left pleasantly surprised. He was kind, prompt and made sure I was helped basically immediately! Kind polite and knowledgeable sales staff and the manager. They knew the details of my vehicle I was purchasing and thoroughly explained everything. Nice clean show room. They should offer tote bags to customers who need to clean up their car before trading it. Honda Autofair has the very helpful tote bags.
