Watch out for when Mauricio and your sales man try to sell you on extras and make it sound great but then blame you after for misunderstanding. I truly thought the people I worked with were great, until after the sale was final and then a few months later learned the truth behind the additional warranty package purchased. It’s infuriating to be told one thing while buying the vehicle and then to be told completely different after the fact along with the insinuation that I MISUNDERSTOOD when I had a witness of the entire conversation who agrees I was DIRECTLY told one thing, that the dealership now says they never said it.

Im not sure if even a 1 star is good for this place. I saw an ad for a 2013 camry for $4000. Immediately I jumped at the chance to see if and when arriving at the parking lot was greeted by John(nice guy at 1st). Let's say the car was not in any condition to be sold but they offered to clean it up then sell it to me. My wife is a nurse and had a late night shift but had a headache and needed me to come to look after the kids. When I got the call I respectfully apologized that I had to go. Maybe he didn't make a sale that day or something but he just got defensive and rude when I approached the managers counter. I walked out because I had just had enough. He ran out after me and talked but customer should not feel pressured when walking into a stealership to buy - you have to understand customers first - if they are not buying its because they dont want to at that moment, but they will be back maybe not tomorrow or next week but they will be back. This time I won't come back. What a bad experience. Still not found a car yet but will 100% avoid this place.

Tai was our salesman and he was awesome! I was not looking forward to the whole car buying process but he made it very easy as he was informative, personable and not pushy at all but, did a great job at explaining my options. The finance guys were great too; a little back and forth (as expected) but overall I thought they were being fair with the offers and I feel as though I got a great deal! I went in wanting only the palisade calligraphy but after exploring my options (financially and realistically) I left with the XRT pro and truly couldn’t be happier with it! I was overall very pleased with the whole process and the people that helped us.

MANNY was great with lots of patience. I wasn't sure on white with black or green with black. Decided on Green and Im loving the Kona Limited (2026)! Also Manny sat with me and went over everything the car had to offer!!
We worked with Brian who was more than helpful and patient with our questions and understanding our needs in a car. We felt the numbers brought back from financing were much too high for ones to consider leasing, as leasing is traditionally more affordable than financing. The leasing package monthly payment was more than we were willing to pay. After negotiating and compromising we came to an agreement. Onto singing financing paperwork…we end up discussing warranty packages. Warranties that we were under the impression were included in the car as we asked these questions when looking at cars and different trim packages. At 9pm, we find out it (Permaplate) had been taken away unbeknownst to us and to add it in would increase our monthly payment by $125 a month. We felt as though we were duped and the transparency was gone. It was at this time we were ready to walk away after spending all this time with employees and testing cars. We did not NEED a car. We were simply looking for a car with better gas mileage. A desire, not a need. When you’ve invested this much time and have gone significantly beyond closing time, it’s defeating to think you might be walking away. Fortunately, chris who we were meeting g with understood our position and helped to make things right. Was this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had? No. Was this a reflection of the sales person? Also, no. Was this a reflection of the team behind the scenes? More so than not. We returned to Hyundai because the purchase of Pallisade went well. This one was not stellar but it wasn’t the worst. Certainly we would share with friends and family things to look out for that left a sour taste in our mouth. I do appreciate that the team did eventually meet our needs but again, this was not a need for us. And certainly other cars, dealerships, etc that we could consider provided that Hyundai feels that they made a good deal at the end of the day, as both parties need to be happy.

Great experience from start to finish. I bought a first car for son who was there for the deal. The team didn't let me leave until we were fully satisfied with the deal. Anytime I had a hesitation about something they addressed my concerns and took care of them. Couldn't ask for much more.
