WES IS THE KRYPTONITE TO AUTOFAIR HYUNDAI!! I hope as a whole, Autofair knows how fortunate they are to have him. We have now purchased TWO cars within a couple months because of Wes. Not only is he a GENUINELY HONEST and KIND man, he is knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have but he will put in the EFFORT to get you what you want, explain all the reasons why you should either finance or lease and does ALL THIS FLAWLESSLY and with NO ADDED STRESS. You know this is more than “just a job.” He truly CARES about if the vehicle is right for YOU. Most importantly (in my opinion), he builds a professional relationship and by getting to know YOU he makes sure you are happy, comfortable and confident in your purchase. I was very happy to work with Saurav in sales. He was extremely well informed on the car I was looking at and has a great low-keyed approach to selling. He was also very accommodating to me interns of what I needed to close the sale. I would definitely buy from him and AutoFair Hyundai again

Above average service. One of the cars I was interested in already sold. The manager wasn't extremely pushy and the salesman Mansa was very kind and personable, I did not feel as pressured to buy as I have with other salespeople. Later on when consulting with a financer my mother and I felt very pushed to tag on an extra 3000 despite our resources. He continued trying to sell to us despite our objections. Otherwise it was a fair experience.

I purchased my Hyundai directly from a certified Hyundai dealer out of state just a few months ago. Since it was time for a scheduled service, I went directly to AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester last Wednesday to set up an appointment. Everything seemed fine—until I arrived for my service today (Saturday). Upon arrival, I was assisted by Jonathan Swallow, whose attitude was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. From the beginning, he tried to upsell me services I clearly did not need, even after I explained that I had already spoken with another staff member earlier in the week and had an appointment scheduled for that specific purpose. When I mentioned that I had recently purchased the car from another Hyundai dealership and that my maintenance was covered under a service policy, he immediately became defensive and claimed there was “nothing in the system.” Strangely enough, his colleague had no issue verifying the same information earlier in the week. Instead of taking a moment to investigate or assist, Jonathan asked me to dig up all the details myself—only to later announce that he couldn’t perform the service because it was Saturday and “they only do that Monday through Friday.” This explanation might have been understandable if it had been communicated upfront. Instead, the interaction was filled with frustration, blame toward his coworker (whom he insulted multiple times for being new), and a complete lack of accountability. It was disappointing and unnecessary. If someone isn’t having a good day, that’s human—we all have those moments. But professionalism and basic courtesy toward customers should always be part of company protocol. I had to insist just to get an offer to reschedule. For a brand like Hyundai that prides itself on customer care and loyalty, this experience was far below expectations. I hope management reviews this situation carefully and ensures that staff are properly trained not only in policy, but in how to treat customers with respect and integrity.

Overall, for someone buying a Genesis. I did not feel as though the entire customer experience was smooth. Brian my sales representative started strong, meeting me with good customer service but as the sale progressed there were many hiccups in the process causing me to have to return to the dealership multiple times over the course of the week. The customer service from him seemed more like an act vs. genuine and by the last visit I just saw right through it. The lack of transparency made it hard for me to receive a clear line of communication, and he seemed to selectively respond to certain questions over text. I’m not sure if that had to do with a lot of back n forth between him n management or if it was just him but there was a stigma that I started to feel around my second visit to autofair like I was a “problem” or not “wanted there” there amongst the staff. The energy just always feels off when I have to interact with the staff and or management there. Though Brian did assist me and my partner with numerous shuttles which was very helpful, I was a little disappointed he did not truly value his customers and left things in a place where I would not feel comfortable buying from him again. Really the most positive outcome was my interaction with Senior Manager Adam who was willing to listen to my feedback and and help provide solutions to the problems I was facing after multiple trips. My family has purchased many cars from this dealership, some of the experiences being very good actually, but unfortunately this interaction would be my least favorite. As much as I would love to give at most 3 stars for this experience, in all honesty it was really a 2 star experience.

Gosh this was a great experience for a first time buyer. Wesley was absolutely amazing!! He got me in straight away and got me in exactly what I wanted. He was straightforward and very easy to talk with, which exactly what car dealerships need. He made sure with my budget that I got exactly what I wanted, and fought for the price I wanted. Almost as soon as I pulled in, Chris Z. was there with a smile on his face ready to assist me with finding my dream vehicle. He worked very hard to meet me where I was at budget wise and still managed to get me out of there that very same day with a brand new car. When I heard he was fairly new, I was very surprised! He was professional, answered questions with ease, provided a lot of knowledge about the different cars I viewed and just seemed as if he’s been doing this a lifetime. Had a good experience with Christian and bought my first car. He was really nice and even thought about which car may be best for me and my line of work, which is incredibly unique so props to him on that. Everyone was nice and I think was pretty much what is expected at a car dealership. Definitely on the pricier side but ended up signing anyways. I didn’t feel like I was pressured too hard into buying, so that was nice. Christian took his time and explained things to me. We even had nice conversations and made the whole experience feel more casual and less stressful that’s for sure. The finance guy, I can’t quite remember his name, I know it started with an M, was also nice and took his time explaining the warranties and what is and isn’t covered for maintenance and repairs. So far I really enjoy driving my car though it’s only been a day and hopefully it’ll last for years to come.

Long story short, I was sold a vehicle that had complete engine failure only a few days past the first 30. The only way anyone took me seriously was a bad review I previously posted. I took it down on Autofair’s request and promise they would take care of the engine replacement. As of today, I’ve been told I needed more ball bearings. I’m sorry, but those passed state inspection a month ago.. and now you want me to spend more money to replace them? This dealership is all about passing the buck, making the sale and then leaving their customers out to dry. I will never come back to Autofair again. If I could reverse this purchase and go elsewhere, I would.

The new facility is beautiful. The Sales Mgr greeted me, and helped hook me up with a sales guy. After the test drive I was very surprised in the power under the hood in these new Hyundai vehicles. The purchase was made simple and speedy because all the paperwork is straightforward and no funny business or tons of extra fees. Hyundai financing was a breeze.
