I had a deer hit my drivers door, putting a large dent in the door so drivers window only went down 50%. Travis fixed the door and window track very reasonably and he did an outstanding job.

I hope anyone considering doing business with these people take time to read this review. I had a company vehicle stolen from my property on Sunday. After a full day of trying to figure out where the vehicle was I discovered it was stolen and the driver ended up getting pulled over and arrested. Pioneer was called to tow and impound the vehicle. I sent my staff to go pick the vehicle up Tuesday morning and they were informed they would only release the vehicle to the registered owner. I was working an hour away and they made me leave my job and drive all the way to them to release it. Then come to find out they only accept cash. I'm not sure what kind of money washing operation they are running here but to accept only cash in 2025 is very sketchy. They also do t have an ATM so I had to take more time out of my day to drive to the bank to get the $300 these crooks were demanding. If this is how they treat someone that had something this awful happen to them then I can only imagine how they treat their customers. Please be very careful in any dealings with this business!
Towed my new 3500 GMC and ended up with scratches from front to back. Some right to the primer. Mirror was folded in and had scratches that could not have happened if truck was being driven. When discussed with owner of towing. Said it was like that when he picked it up. Clearly was driven through a low branch.
My insurance company directed me to use Pioneer after someone hit me. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and rental car company. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were flexible on drop off and pick up times for my vehicle. And most importantly the work looks perfect. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them!
I had the worst experience with them yesterday evening I went home crying 😥 this is how bad it was, they have the rudest
employees including the manager, I do not recommend this company to anyone 😔
Van was towed here after accident. They charge $65/day even if they are closed. Items on my bill added up to $150 and they charged $250 to get vehicle back. Would not recommend.
Called to see if there was any availability to run diagnostics on my car and was very rudely told by the male employee that Pioneer Automotive Services only handles collisions, which I find very strange because it says AUTOMOTIVE, and not collision, in the name. My friends mom has been coming here for years and swore by them but if this is how they treat potential new customers calling to ask to for help, I want nothing to do with them. Zero stars if I could. Customer service to EVERYONE is key!
