This is my go to place when my vehicle acts up. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer a free check engine light scan to help you out as well. Give it a try , you'll be glad you did.

The employees are incredibly disrespectful and rude. I am a customer of a business next to them, and they continuously park on the side of the road at an intersection, which blocks the view of incoming traffic. I’m quite concerned about a pedestrian or car being struck. On three separate occasions, I’ve had discussions with employees, which were met with them Yelling back at me “I don’t care“ when trying to explain my safety concerns for Pedestrians, their vehicle and oncoming traffic. Today I was concerned enough to speak with management who simply replied “ohhh…Kay.” Please be careful at this intersection!

The person who helped me was outstanding. It was the ongoing conversation between the other employees about a customer who had a Marine Corps emblem on their truck. It was unprofessional because it was really aimed at me. I don't know if the store provides military discounts but the gist was that one in the group said if he could prove the owner of the truck wasn't a Marine he'd take the sticker away. I was wearing a legacy USMC Veteran cap which obviously bothered someone. The birthday of the USMC is November 10. 60 years ago in November I went through ITR training at Camp Geiger in Jacksonville, NC. an adjunct of Camp Lejeune. The sticker your associate was talking about is my cap. I wasn't looking for a discount or pretending to be a Veteran Marine. I am a former SSGT honorably discharged and disabled by exposure to dioxin aka Agent Orange. I am going to post a copy of this tomorrow at the VA on Silver Street and Smyth Rd with the intent to warn veterans in my age group not to wear a legacy cap, especially one of a Marine, in an AutoZone Parts store anywhere in the Nation because you may not fit the image of a Proud Marine who served in VN 60+ years ago. November 11 is Veterans Day if you're a Marine Veteran don't wear any Legacy clothing in an AutoZone store if you no longer look fit enough to fit the PR image because you run the risk of being disrespected by surly store associates. I tip my cap to the person who processed my transaction she was not part of the conversation. My next stop will be to the shop that repairs my car to ensure that AutoZone is not the source for those parts even if it means I have to pay more. One of my cars is in a shop just down the road for a significant repair. There's a price to pay for mean spirited idle chatter.

The store is good it's the website my rate is based only on the website. The site is awful!! As you are scrolling to look for your products it jumps to the end of the page and you have to scroll all the way back up and start again from the beginning. Just so annoying it makes you close out the site and buy somewhere else just because their site works so much better and easier.

Local auto parts store that is everything you could want from a store of this type. They also have the new feature where they will do an analysis on your car for free if you have any engine lights or concerns about how your car is running. They simply plug-in to your computer module and give you a print out so that you can decide if you need to take the car in for repairs and the best place to take it. Very fast friendly and efficient staff.

I thought my truck battery was dying, and I don’t know how to change one. Scott was extremely helpful. He tested and confirmed the battery was bad, and changed mine out for me, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot because I didn’t know how. Scott’s the man and Auto Zone showed that good customer service isn’t extinct.

Awesome customer service. Andy was very helpful in getting me the best wipers for my car and even installed them! Highly recommend Autozone in Hudson!

These guys have taken great care of me over the years, especially the manager Scott deserves the employee of the year award if you ask me. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend going to this Autozone great group of guys that know there auto parts!

Jerry helped me in the rain with my left turn signal the other day and I really appreciated it. Top service. I didn’t even need a new bulb like I originally thought, I was gonna need to go to the dealership for the correct bulb but his magic hands after replugging the light in question back in, it started working again. Jerry is a miracle man and it’s a great autozone.

Scott from Autozone Hudson NH was awesome today. Within 2 minutes he diagnosed an engine light in my car. Printed off the details to the issue and I was on my way. Great service. Awesome company!

The employees here are so kind and even walked across the shopping center with the diagnostic tool when my car wouldn't start at a nearby business. Then they installed the new battery for me. Can't beat that kind of service. Big thank you to Scott, the manager.

Always great service when I go there! So helpful...changing out the brake light so I don't have to wait to find someone to do it for me and risk getting a ticket! Definitely recommend Hudson Auto Zone! ??

Typically if i come here my time isn't stellar, however this latest time we had some good guys, one new, one seasoned, to help us and they did just that. My foolish self forgot the receipt from an online order and the staff was patient with me as they had to deal with their own phone customer service to get help on that. Feel like there's an improvement to be done to their software here so that part can be cut out of the equation but it was done. Also my order for some reason had four parts on one number, one part on one and another part on another number. So the patience was a great thing this particular time which I commend and appreciate as a customer with the staff that day.

Scott was amazing!! He installed my head lights and would not accept a tip. He was courteous & professional. I will do all my business with with Auto Parts.

Great, friendly, and fast service! They are a full-service store and will even install the parts directly on your car for you, free of charge. I don't know if they change tires, as I was there for something else, but I imagine they would be able to assist you with finding a location if you needed them.

AutoZone is your standard auto parts store. They seem to stock everything you would expect to find. They are moderately helpful and willing to assist you with finding what you need. They are a great asset to the local shopping in Hudson, NH.

My favorite man store to go to. I don't work on cars, but my husband does and I am often sent to pick up things. I am usually met at the door and waited on right away. I have also had wiper blades installed by a salesman, so it is very convenient.

Brian helped my friend and I when we were clueless on how to change the light on her licenses plate. Brian helped us so much by showing us the correct light in store and even came out in the cold to put the lights in for us 15 minutes before close. Super polite guy even thanked us at the end. Thank you Brian!!!

Amazing service! I came in for a headlight bulb. It turned out the replacement was a bit trickier than I originally anticipated (due to my car's design I had to go through the wheel well). Brian very kindly helped me replace it. He definitely went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this location.

In the course of 2 weeks I not only was ordered the wrong axle for my car due to a computer error, which was laughed off by the person on the phone saying I HAD ORDERED IT WRONG like I didn’t know what transmission I have. But now after going to get wipers, I was recommended the wrong wipers. Both, not just a singular one. Then when I went to exchange for correct fitting ones I was then asked what car I had to help find my fit. Wow would’ve been nice the first time. (Side note too; I was never asked for my rewards card or a phone number even though every parts store does this religiously. Take notes on which stores actually care about your wallet folks) Anyways, after being told they don’t have high performance rain-x ones I was given Bosch ones from the mid-tier that were cheaper but they were given to me like it was a 1:1 exchange. I had to be the one to point out that I was given cheaper blades than I had come in to exchange. The customer shouldn’t be the one on their toes constantly and that is why I’m going to shop at any other parts store. I’ve always been a fan of autozone, but after 2 easy screw ups that weren’t handled correctly on the customer service end of things, I won’t be coming back.

I order a headlight lens for a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. The store calls me and says my part is ready for pick up. I go to the store and pick up my part. I get home open the box to start my project that I have wanted to do for weeks and its the completely wrong head light. I now have to waste my time that is highly valued because I am a essential employee to fix there foolish mistake. I will be returning the wrong part and getting my money back. I found the proper part on line for 30 dollars less then what they wanted. So in the end all autozone lost was a customer and a profit.

Always helpful and knowledgable staff. I really count on these guys to help me out. They give free advice, and will even help you with a simple install of you're unsure how to do it (such as a headlight bulb replacement). Seriously great service.

Have shopped there multiple times. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Installed my windshield wiper blades and explained about the spring in the arm. Was able to fix it with oil and WD40 . Helped me get it working. Great store

We have a problem with a valve stem and had to exchange it and add a sensor the employee Luis was so helpful and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had a sensor and if that one wouldn't go with the car then he ordered another one that would be there the next day just I'm case. He definitely went above and beyond and he could of just gave is that sensor and that's it he made sure we were completely satisfied Luis is an amazing employee and made our trip to autozone a very pleasant one thank you Luis!!!

Hands down the best service I have ever received! I blew a headlight in the middle of an ice storm and even with 5 minutes until closing Luis found the bulb I needed and even stayed after closing in the freezing cold rain to help make sure the new bulb worked and that it was safe for me to drive. So grateful for his help.
