He fixed my rear hatch that was corroded. He also replaced my driver side window regulator.
One downsides of his shop is he will not do work with most parts you bring him because he can’t warranty it out. He’s very friendly and understanding and he even let me keep my car there for a month while I ordered the part. His schedule seems to be packed so the sooner you make an appointment with him the sooner he can diagnose and fix your issue.
this is my second time coming here and they are always more than accommodating to help you on whatever you need. they can work with your schedule or try to get you in when they have down time. great people to work with for your car needs

On a late Friday afternoon, Dylan at J&M Imports was the only guy in the area willing to help us out with a quick emergency situation. We’re not from around here, and had already been turned away from several locations. He was friendly, approachable, quick to help, and very knowledgeable. Workmanship was top notch. What a great bunch of men. The garage had that old timey feeling. The smell of grease and gasoline! I could but notice the shine in the owner Mark's eyes as he walked me through what my vehicle needed. This will be my go to place for service. Mark's partner, Dylan was quick with a joke and quite nice. Can't say much more!
As a NJ resident temporarily in NH who found herself with an unexpected car repair, I was recommended to J & M Imports by the locals. Not only did they squeeze me in on short notice, provide swift and affordable service, but they also allowed me to sit in the office while they worked as I didn't have any way of dropping my vehicle off! They have my highest regard and recommendation!
Wow. We pulled in last Saturday the 9th with an older RV (Rialta) having a coolant problem. Leaking antifreeze. Mark immediately took us in, removed a defective hose and fashioned us a replacement, since there was none to be purchased. We were back on our way in about 2 hours. He saved our short vacation. Can't thank him enough. VERY knowledgeable and efficient. I wish they were closer to Elmore VT and I'd go there for all my car needs. Very reasonable, too.
I would recommend Mark and Dylan over and over again as I do.. Very honest service. I go in for oil change and tier rotation. Always tell them do what it needs. Not once have I had a surprise bill. If it was to need something they always make sure it can be done with a call and in the time I have to pick it up. I dealt with even the Toyota deal ship to try to figure out a shake in my front from hitting a piece of fire wood shot under my car from a pick up truck racing by me on the right to get in front of me before a car merged on to 93 north. Leaving a rough shake between 40 and 50. Them again from 70 to 80... Toyota told me its your tiers. The tier place told me its Mechanical. I dealt with this for 6 months and finally stop talk to Mark. Within the week it was fixed, a bent tyrod. Best car ? guys around. Thanks J &M Imports you save me from trading in my camery that absolutely love.

Mark is the best person ever and his work is tops. He can fix anything . he is kind and never charges you for anything you don't need. Love this place.
This is the best place to go they have worked with all types of cars they know what there talking about. There affordable, i've been to them for everyone of my cars and they have always found the problem and worked with my schedule. My advice is to call ahead cause there really busy cause they do great work.
