I came in last week to find not 3 not 2 but 1 person working, seriously? why is there 1 worker in the entire store, seems like you want him to get robbed or something worse. I felt so bad so i just left, he shouldn’t have to be there alone till I believe 9 maybe close earlier not hard. Didn’t even get what I wanted I was so shocked.

I had purchased the new battery in Keene, Where they did not install it because he said it was too cold *was 39-40, bit windy*.. So I had to pay my own mechanic to install it.. I returned the old battery in concord.

Zero effort put forth by the guy behind the counter and minimal effort put forth by the guy behind him to assist me with the part that I was looking for. If it had been busy at the time I would have taken that into consideration, however that was not the case. There were more employees than customers. I'm all set, I won't be back.

It shows they are open until 9pm on Saturday. I just wanted to call to see if they had a part available so I could pickup on the following day, . The staff picks up the phone and just says we are closed and hangs up without even saying hello. mind you its only 6pm when i was calling.

Always willing to help when you walk in to see what you need very informative. Also, no issues with them answering questions and trying to help fix the problem.

I rolled in here 2 minutes before closing time the other day with a dead battery and the gentleman Sean that was behind the counter stayed way past closing time helping me install a new battery. Normally an easy job but I had no tools with me whatsoever and the threaded rods for the bracket were rusted to hell! He had 2 spare ones and the tools needed for the job! He never made me feel like I was a burden for being there so late, couldn’t have done it without him!! Thank You SEAN!!!

Jeremy here is truly one of the most helpful kind people I have ever met. I don't think I've ever left a review on a car parts store but the service was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest coming here

The gentleman helped us by taking time to recommend a better windshield washer fluid. He also installed a new wiper. Just the greatest!

Helpful and human. Came over from AutoZone across the street after a bad experience. The guys at Advance were able to help us out. They didn't have the part we needed but they talked through other options with us. Left with some money well spent and we even shared a couple of laughs together. Highly recommend and do yourself a favor, skip the guys living on a very high horse that work across the street.

Called with less then an hour till close and the gentleman helped me find a hydraulic oil filter. He had to cross reference the number to find one that would fit. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable even though he had only been there a few days, think his name was Jeremy. Thanks for the great service!

I made a short stop at this location and unfortunately left in a breeze. I was in such a hurry that I left my purse. When I noticed I left it, I was an hour and a half away. I immediate called and was worried for all my personal belongings were in there. Kidany treated me with so much kindness and stayed with the purse until I was able to pick it up. He went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for him. Having these selfless, hardworking and sincere employees make the difference nowadays. I needed a rear wiper blade that just broke off of my car in a car wash… apparently the one I needed was a difficult match. Roy found what he thought I needed, and proceeded to take the time to help me put it on. Thanks for the great customer service!

Helpful employees, ordered online and everything was ready when I got there! We saved $150.0 with online coupons with Microsoft! We are extremely happy with our experience here! Hell yeah! Advance has a lot of options!

Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order at 1:30pm for a set of rotors and brake pads. Items showed in-stock online and that they would be ready in 30 minutes. 8 minutes later I get an email that they only have 1 rotor in stock. No big deal, I figure I will see what else they have when I show up. I get another email 2 minutes later that my order is ready for pickup. I drive to the store and it is closed at 2pm. Why did they take my order and tell me to come pick it up if they were going to be closed. Total waster of my time. I went across the street to Autozone and walked out with my parts 5 minutes later.

They are just the best! A while back, we had problems with our generator and thought it was a battery problem. We went there to buy a new one, but they tested the old one we brought and let us know that we didn't need a new one. That was awesome! Now, they helped us purchase some clearance inverters that were very hard to find. Most stores were out and they couldn't pull any in stock through the computer. Roy and the manager went out of their way to help and made it happen. We are so appreciative! ???

The folks at this store are great. Not only is it hard to beat the prices at Advance, but the customer service of this team is awesome. Both Ricky and Adam have been instrumental in helping me find the stuff I need to keep my '93 Oldsmobile in tip top shape. Gentlemen, thank you for all your help.

Super great, friendly service. Even though they're short staffed, the only guy there was helpful and friendly. Small selection because it's a small store.

I ordered my part online. I arrived there about 20 minutes later to pick it up. It was already pulled and ready to go, just had to sign the slip and I was out of there. Shopping with them online was quick and easy.

Asked about price match based on reading the website. Was told they don't match Walmart because their specs are not the same. First it was based on years; then on detergents. This was a brand name synthetic oil, an exact product match. Pretty ridiculous. They did have a decent stock of regular maintenance supplies. I don't have experience with this store with other parts.
