Just now, I pulled into the parking lot, and was going to grab a coffee before heading into San to try to pick up brake pads and a few other things that I need for my car. The guy in the parking lot proceeded to yell at me about how I couldn’t park there before even asking me if I was a customer. He made a completely misogynistic and sexist assumption that I couldn’t possibly be a customer at his store. He was very, very rude about it to the point that I went and got my coffee and I’m taking my business elsewhere. I will never shop in your store again.
Best Parts store there is!! Very knowledgeable salesmen that have helped me run a successful repair shop for years!! The best in the business hands down!!?????? NAPA MF Sam is THE MAN!! ?
Ordered a crankshaft pulley 8 days ago and hadn't heard anything like they said they'd do when it came in so called and was told it was there but never got the phone call like I was told I was going to receive. Strike 1. Go to pick up the pulley and they ordered a harmonic balancer instead of my pulley. Strike 2. They went and called and couldn't speak to anyone to try to order one because of it being saturday. Surprise surprise surprise. Now they're going to call around monday for me and supposedly give me a call though I highly doubt it. Looking other places for it and if I find one they can keep whatever they get if they know the difference between a crankshaft pulley and a harmonic balancer.
I met with Josh, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I owned my own body shop in V.t and will definitely go back and look forward to doing more business with them. Thanks again Josh.
Dealer prices at this location are significantly higher than on the exact same products at retail prices in the surrounding area.
The attitude of the employee was he was annoyed to have a customer in the store. Don't expect a "can I help you" here it's more of a "get the hell out you're bothering me".
As a chain I will continue doing business with them but this location is not one I will ever go to again and I highly recommend that you get your Auto Parts elsewhere.
