The staff were very nice and helped us get supplies to get our motorcycle back up and running. One of the gentlemen even came out to check on us in the parking lot to make sure we were able to get everything fixed before they closed for the night.
Called them and asked for a 82 inch belt that I really needed the same day but they did not have one so they ordered one for the next day and I got there and the belt that they ordered was a 20 inch belt so now I have to wait for another one to come in

This review is way over due, but huge shout out to these guys! I was traveling in my old van from Maine to Tucson and ran in to some alternator trouble that left me stranded in Keene. I need a special alternator for my rig and these guys spent hours trying to track down the one that would get me back on the road again. Finally we got the part and I was able to install it and get back on my way. Thank you for serving me some coffee and allowing me to warm up inside out of the rain while I waited for it to come in! I'll remember your kindness always!
This morning my F-150 truck was dead. I knew it was the battery so I called the two car parts stores in the Keene area. O'Reilly Auto parts was incredibly professional on the phone and very helpful in the store. I cannot recommend them enough they are a little off the beaten path located near optical drive in Keene, but still very accessible in Keen I hope everybody discovers what a great staff there is at O'Reilly Auto parts
I had always gone to AutoZone for numerous amount of years, especially the one in Keene N.H. But as of lately, the people that work there find it better to be extremely rude to customers and the store is very under stocked or you get the wrong parts.
So this weekend I needed to get some brakes, rotors and a caliper so I decided to try out O'Reilly's and they had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and the store is well stocked and definitely clean. Needless to say, I found a new auto parts store... thank you everyone!
O'Reilly always has what I need or gets it quick.
Staff at this store (and Brattleboro) are professional and know their business. I shop both stores but I only shop O'Reilly.
Addendum 12/23/21; Another visit, having recently had surgery, got a battery with installation on a cold and windy day. And he thanked me.
The staff ignored us for five minutes, refused to loan tools, until the manager was able to promptly help us. Not the best service that this store is know for.
This place has a great selection, including items that I can't find at other auto parts stores.
The store is bright, well laid out and a pleasure to browse through.

Awful, when I went in to pick up some filters I had ordered, the guy helping took a phone call order while helping me and proceeded talk for 15min before the guy next to him ask if he could help. This new guy spent 10 min trying to find my order on the computer before the manager asked if he could help. At which time the manager walked over to a shelf not 5 ft away from the 2 clerks and picked up my order and asked if this was my order. I wasted 30 min. I will never go back. PS, I wont even go into the lack of response from the manager when I told him about what had just happened to me.
