I have my 2009 Hummer, regular maintenance, i.e. oil changes, tire rotation and balances and other small jobs done by Redstone. Each job has been done to total satisfaction and interactions with the staff are always exceptional. I would highly recommend them if you need your vehicle worked on.

Terrible job undercoating, they coated EVERYTHING under the car. There’s some stuff you’re supposed to stay away from, like exhaust and transmission. My wife’s car smells like it’s burning when it runs, a friend saw so much smoke coming from underneath she thought it was on fire! It’s been a month and still smoking. Just went in to the Subaru dealer for an oil change and they could not believe the crap job that was done. Their comment- “some places just should not do undercoating”. Had another car coated at AutoCarePlus couple weeks ago and have no issues. Redstone, don’t offer services that you don’t know how to do correctly.
Redstone Auto Service is hands down the only Honest, knowledgeable Auto service in the Mount Washington Valley! They will do for their customers what they would do for themselves using their knowledge and experience to resolve any automobile issue. Needed my car diagnosed fast. Took it to three other shops before I took it here. Other shops were only guessing, Redstone actually did the work and found the issue - now my car is fixed. Would absolutely recommend.

I have a new car and want to keep it nice. You honor that. So far I have not needed any major work but when I do I will definitely come here if you can do the job. I do not trust the Honda dealer where I bought it.
Being an older widow, you don't take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Local guy just trying to get by , I have a small hole in my frame I have scheduled to be patched . Pretty common for New England. In the mean time tried getting tires mounted when I could as every place in town is a 3 week wait. Now instead of having my tires mounted and ready to go I’ll be at least 2 more weeks out .
Not to impressed . I remember 7 years ago or so photographing your sons wedding for nothing because they were hard up at the time and their commitment to faith compelled me to volunteer my time even tough I was driving to dc weekly and building my home at the time .
I have always found Redstone Auto to be honest and professional when servicing and repairing my Honda CRV and Pilot. The entire staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Redstone Auto for all of your auto needs.
I was far from home on vacation, four warning lights came on at once. Third place I tried—first to help. Kind, didn’t charge for what wasn’t broken, and sent me on my way quickly. Great guy!
It's not often you find a garage that is HONEST and back their work every way possible. Austin and his employees will tell you straight out what is wrong and what they recommend but they won't force you into anything. I have sent my wife and both of my kids here and have always felt they were treated without any typical car mechanic antics. If you are looking for honesty, fair labor rates and someone who cares about your vehicle safety, this is the best garage in town.
These guys def saved me. My vehicle broke down mid Friday. Was having trouble with finding a garage that could look at fixing my vehicle asap till I came across these guys. Spoke to Jody who was very professional and caring for my situation. Thought my truck was done for but they got it back on the road quickly and pricing was fair. Will def go to these guys again.
I will forever be grateful for the kindness of Redstone Auto when I was stranded in North Conway with my two young children. I must have called over a dozen mechanics when my car broke down. Every place was fully booked for the next 1-2 weeks including Redstone, but they squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and repaired my car so we could make the 3.5 hour drive back home to RI. The workers there are wonderful. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
Top shelf! My brother had his truck done and driving a sixteen year old vehicle with 275,000 miles was a challenge but not to these folks great job and at a reasonable price.
Had a starting issue on my vehicle and Austin & staff took me right in fixed the problem within an hour. Amazing service and couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended!!
I have been coming here for about 5 years, and I have never been disappointed. They are fair, honest and treat their local customers very well. If you are looking for a reliable place to service your vehicle, I highly recommend Redstone Auto.
Went in to get help on why my tire sensors were malfunctioning. They brought it right in and assured me my tires were sending good signals and pressure was good. The problem had to be with the receiver. I' ll have to go to an authorized Audi dealership to get it repaired or diagnosed but they charged me nothing for their time and work. Always go to them for all my auto or truck work.
Austen and his team are very professional and friendly. I was impressed with the comfortable waiting area and free wifi. I needed brake pads and rotors, they gave me a couple of options for materials and were able to fix it same day. I really appreciated their willingness to explain exactly what was going on with the car, and will be going back next month for my inspection. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I have had my vehicle serviced here for a few years now. I can't say enough about their professionalism and integrity. You can trust that your car or truck is getting the best service at a fair price, and you are never being taken advantage of. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciate that. I also appreciate Austin's advance warnings about things that do not need replacing yet but will in the near future. Really helps with budgeting!
Great shop! Our car had issues while we were visiting the Conway area. I was very nervous about driving it back to VT. They were able fit me in to check things out and do a much needed wheel alignment before we hit the road. We left with the utmost confidence in this shop. They're honest and very easy to work with. Update: Austin called us the next day to check in with how we did for our drive back to VT. Not too many shops would take the time to do this. You have to appreciate a company that puts such energy and effort into its customers. Thank you again, Redstone Auto!!
These guys are great, they're honest and upfront. They'll work with your schedule and they do great work. When it comes to most mechanics you get what you pay for, they're slightly more expensive than Average Joes garage but it's well worth it.
