I'm not sure who the old man was who was driving the NAPA parts car but he pulled out directly in front of me. there was no one behind me so there was no reason for the aggressive driving. I tried to call the store but no one answered. I got put on hold with some music. His license plate was Napa 6. I would never give my business to any place who hires people like that. I would much rather give my business to places who care about other safety. They should be paying for my brake repair at the point also.

One of there parts drivers has a case of road rage he almost ran my wife and me in to oncoming traffic cause he didn't wanna yield in the yield lane he sped up instead the flipped us off then went faster if this is who there hiring nowadays Sad just glad my children weren't with us.

Brandon went the extra Mile to help find parts for my 1951 Ford 8N tractor.

The staff at this Napa are hands down the best around. Great prices and always have everything in stock.

Have done business with the rest...no doubt Napa Redlands is by far the BEST!

I had the best customer service yesterday from their employee named Riley. He was very friendly kind knowledgeable and eager to help. I would say he's definitely an asset to their team! I love these guys I went in there to get a new battery a little while back and they were just so helpful and friendly he even carried it to my car for me. I just went back to return the old battery and again two of them gave me great service helping me find some transmission fluid. I really appreciate the local source and people like these guys who make your day better:-) oh yeah and I love my dog dog treats all the way :-)

Fantastic service. Hannah was very knowledgeable on how to make the 2 hydraulic hoses I needed with different fittings

When you go to NAPA, see Anthony. Anthony's your guy. Anthony's your friend. I went in for a spare trailer tire after leaving my rig on someone's front lawn on West Side Road. Time was of the essence. And though NAPA didn't stock what I desperately needed Anthony called around to 3 stores not named NAPA and found me what I needed! A Christmas miracle come early. We need more Anthonys in the world. Thanks Anthony!

I had the very best experience here the other day...I could not find a rear windshield wiper anywhere for my car as mine had broken off..The man who helped me at Napa went above and beyond..he was determined to find me one..they were out of the specified one so he researched and actually went out and tried 2 different wipers on my car in the freezing cold...they didnt fit so he kept searching and finally the 3rd one he tried fit! I wish I knew his name because he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.I told him he had made my day because he did..All the guys are great at Napa-I deliver food to them alot-so if you need anything for your vehicle this would be the #1 place to go!

The customer service at Redstone Napa is beyond superb. I've been in that store for myriad reasons, for every auto repair need on so many different vehicles I have had for over 13 years. The people behind the counter have spent tons of time with me, never making me feel burdensome. Easily the coolest people to work with and to have on your side. Have never been steered wrong and have received advise beyond what I even thought I might need to know. I love the people at this store, each service rep has unique qualities that make a difficult car repair experience more enjoyable. Bottom line is I really couldn't do the repairs without these people. And they understand my language to describe the item I need..."The pokey thing that goes under the, um, ah, ya, that thing."
