First, another local guide wrote a review and it is vague at best. Consequently, I will provide information that might be critical to the end user. David R. Smith has been in business for 40 years. Yes, he has been involved, all this time, in body work. One does not stay in business for such an extended time frame without admirable results. The user will note that most advertisement consists, in this case, of word of mouth. In fact, I was referred to Northeast Auto Body by my son-in-law. David first repaired a "self-inflicted" crease in the auto's front, passenger, fender. This required the painting of the entire fender and then paint feathered onto other parts of the vehicle. The work is precise and the cost was minimal. In addition, the time frame was relatively short. (Hope the other local guides get the message about writing comprehensive reviews with a purpose, other than accumulation of points!) . Just had some minor work done recently regarding unequal spacing on one side of the hood. David offered to charge ONLY $50 and if he could not correct it, then there'd be no charge. It was corrected. This man is honest, and can be trusted. This my second experience with Northeast and it was remarkable in a very positive way? The work addressed rust issues on a 2022 Subaru Wilderness. Rust appeared on the driver‘s side rocker panel and when I removed a synthetic trim strip, the rust was spreading like a cancer. I received an estimate from another party to the tune of $800! I readily declined. Northeast did a thorough, admirable job for a grand total of $200. My advice to others is to obtain an estimate from Northeast first. My vehicle was washed and cleaned for delivery.

Nate, Siri and company are just awesome! They are down to earth, have a strong work ethic, they are very professional, easy to talk to and they take time to go over what has to be done for repairs and makes sure you are completely comfortable with the plan before any work is started. They work with you and for you. They answer the phone and call you back with updates or when the job is completed. I have heard many positive stories regarding the quality of work that is done at N.E. Auto Body. They have a great history,I’m sure they have a great future ahead and they have a very satisfied customer. Funny thing is,I feel more like a friend after 3 visits. Grateful, Rick

If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in with an incomplete job from another autobody shop done while I was traveling out of state. Nate helped me immediately, had the part brought over from NAPA on the spot, and I was on my way in no time. I have never received this good service in my life. However far away you are, go here. I was incredibly impressed.

We got into an accident with a deer back in May. There was a lot of damage not just the front but underneath. Accidents and insurance claims can be super stressful. But Northeast Autobody took that stress out of the equation by communicating with my insurance to ensure all repairs were made. They were through, professional and friendly. At the time they were booked out 2 months. Thankfully my car was still drivable for that time. It was well worth the wait though. They did a beautiful job and you can’t even tell it happened. The whole process from right after the accident to getting it fixed was smooth and stress free. If you need body work I highly recommend them!

Had an accident in December. Had to wait to get in to Northeast Auto body but well worth the wait. Under promised and over delivered! Car as done quickly, came back cleaner than I left it and looks fabulous! Nate and the crew are tops in my book. No hassles!! This is the second time I've had to use them and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

These guys have all five stars for a reason! These are the highest professional, nicest, talented people in the valley. Not only do they do an incredible job but they are also respectable, have great communication and follow timelines. We are not used to this kind of customer service these days and every single time we have been there it has been five stars. If you have any bodywork to be done, the wait is worth it if they are backed up. Highly recommended and will continue to praise their work.

On my way to work, in the wee hours of the morning, a deer jumped into the side of my car and caused $7,000 damage. I called Northeast Auto Body and their customer service was amazing. Not only did they treat me better than the other companies I called, they helped me find someone to tow the car I couldn’t drive as it was leaking coolant everywhere. 30 minutes later, my car left my yard, and 3 weeks later, I have it back looking brand new! Their estimate was spot on and their service was second to none! Thank you so much! You now have a customer for life and I will tell anyone that needs collision work to go to your shop.

My Tacoma 4x4 passenger side door was stuck shut and locked with no way to release it either with key, inside release, switch, or driver side door switch. Nate and team made time for me during an urgent need as I was leaving on a road trip. They fixed it good as new and made suggestions for manual operation. Thanks to Northeast Auto Body ! Absolutely one of the best car maintenance experiences ever!!! My brand new truck was hit in a parking lot from start to finish Nate & Siri were professional, and super helpful through the process. I picked up my truck to top things off the whole truck was cleaner than when I purchased it. Highly recommend them, if there were 10 stars they would deserve it. Thank you!!!

Awesome customer service from a company who obviously has a passion for what they do and it shows! I had a tree fall on my Corolla over this winter and you can’t even tell it that it happened after the work was completed… We set the appointment for the work to be done, and it was complete at least a week earlier than anticipated. These guys are top-notch, and I will be taking my car back to them in the future for my Auto body needs ….car was a new and clean on the inside like the day I bought it. I cannot say enough about this shop… this team is what every other shop should aspire to be. From the moment I walked in the door, I was more than taken care of - they went above and beyond what was expected in every way. Amazing customer service and the body work was unbelievable, could NOT tell that I had ever been in an accident. Car looks even better than before my wreck. Price was affordable. Dave the owner greeted me with a warm welcome. Honorable mention to Nate also. Right away I got the feeling Dave was as honest as the day is long. Initially he told me they were booking out 2 months to which I replied the job was nothing urgent so be it. We then went to my car where he assessed the damage on the passenger side at a much cheaper cost than what I expected and made me an appointment for the following week! There was also some body damage on the driver's side which required painting. Flawless work. They removed the dent, matched the paint perfeclty, and re-cleared the headlights which now look brand new. My wife's pickier than I am and she was impressed! You can't ask for more than professional, courteous service and that's what you'll get with Northeast Auto Body. They do great work and I'll gladly recommend them online and in person.

I recently had work done at Northeast Autobody and could not be more pleased. The Estimate was fair, the job was flawless and was completed a day earlier than expected. Everyone that I spoke with was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

This place is amazing!!!! I was in an accident couple weeks ago and I wasn't sure who to go through I got in contact with them they came and picked up the vehicle told me that it would be a few weeks kind of gave me an estimate on how much it would be they did all the paperwork sent everything to my insurance company I called them expecting it to be four or five weeks at minimum but after about 2 and 1/2 weeks they had the whole thing done I picked it up and you could never tell they did amazing work it came in right at budget where I was supposed to and I have zero complaints five stars hands down we'll go through them every time.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were so nice and did an amazing job with my car. I highly recommend them! They even made it so I could drive it while waiting for my parts for my car. Thanks again guys!

These guys are great. I had an issue with my door not shutting properly, and as a result the light in my car was always on, and the battery was repeatedly drained. They identified that the door hinge was misaligned and fixed it right away. No problems since. Highly recommend.

This business deserves six stars. So friendly from the first call. Quick and efficient at the time of the estimate, I had to do nothing. The work they did on my car was first class.
