After some communication problems, the driver of your truck did a great job. Careful of putting our trailer on his flatbed, and very efficient. Arrived 55 miles later at the shop in good shape.
Nice and professional dispatcher, I called cause I got stuck crossing a ditch at wheeler and Justin Ln about a mile off the highway. Due to the nevavda 1000 the road was closed so I was trying turn around and dug my hitch in on a highspot. She was very professional and wondered if her w wheel could tug me out, I told her I didn't know as it is a class A. She was prompt and fair in checking price for me as I didn't want to waste thier time. Unfortunately the service call would be $350 to come out, so I am going to have to pass but would definitely use them if I had AAA and intend to visit thier yard for parts in the future. I don't think I was getting taken advantage of, as far as they know it is a class A and that it's stuck in BLM so that could mean alot if different problems potentially. Appreciate thier time and responsiveness
I was told my wait would be 15-20 minutes. It turned out to be ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES.
When the driver FINALLY arrived, he said, "Yeah, you can't believe dispatch, they don't know anything. They're not out here doing the work."
Then they charged me $100. for a job that took less than 5 minutes to complete after making me wait for OVER AN HOUR!
They should rename themselves to ZERO stars towing.
The people will take $1100 and give you a car with absolutely NO title and will not provide it after 4 months of asking, when you call they go crazy cuss and scream at you then proceed to hang up, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LADY I SPOKE TO ACTED RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T GO HERE, SAVE UR MONEY!
Two star towing is a great company. They’ve always been straight forth honest and willing to work with me on small details that other companies won’t. They are like family, they care! They’ve saved my Butt a few times!!
Randy arrived at our home within the appropriate time frame to pick up our vehicle. He was so kind, down to earth, and professional. We really appreciate his professionalism and sense of humor. We are very happy customers.
We experienced a completely dead battery in our vehicle being towed behind our motorhome on a Friday night. We were connected with Two Star Towing thru AAA. I have never before rated any company, but our experience with Two Star was so outstanding that I simply must let others know about them.
The dispatcher asked all the right questions and connected us with the driver, Byron, who brought with him the appropriate battery and installed it quickly. We felt like we were treated like family. Kudos to Two Star Towing.

I ran out of gas and had to be rescued. Called AAA and through AAA Chris was sent from Two Star towing and helped me out. I greatly appreciate it and couldn't have gotten a more compassionate and understanding tow truck driver. Thanks Chris! And thanks AAA!
Very inconsiderate only two diesel pumps, and their drive has been parked for 20 minutes and nowhere in site! Didn’t pump diesel just parked there. Thanks guy
Absolutely horrible tow service. Extremely shady employees. They charge you extra, for EVERYTHING! They towed my pickup truck and when we went to pick it up, It looked like the truck was ransacked for parts. Battery cable was completely cut off. Rear window missing. Big dents on the side of the truck. Just an absolute crap of a business. Safe yourself the headache DO NOT USE THIS TOWTRUCK COMPANY.
We needed a tow from Death Valley and Jerry was able to help us out! He was efficient and professional, probably the best tow truck driver in America! Although there were some miscommunication issues with the dispatcher, the problem was solved. Definitely would recommend this service!

My vehicle broke down between Pahrump and Las Vegas at around 3 a.m. It was about 7:30 a.m. before Two Star was able to get to me to tow my vehicle back to Pahrump. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. The tow truck operator was also very courteous and made sure to take good care of my vehicle. Other than the wait, which I can understand being the time that it was, I was very happy with their service. Price was also very reasonable.
If you leave your car on the side of the road to get help or gas, 2 star will just pull up and take the car. They will keep it in their yard until they can claim abandoned vehicle. They also won't release your stolen by them vehicle until they get paid for a job no one asked them to do. Stay away from these crooks if you can.
the customer service i received was horrible at best. call someone else. i gave two stars cause the price was far and my truck got to its final destination. good luck if you use.
Worts place ever. Do not use these guys.. I called aaa at 11 they dispatch 2 star towing and I waited from 11am to 3pm. Called multiple times and it was always a different eta. They finally showed up and they had the wrong tow truck I especially gave aaa all the info about my trailer and what was needed. Then they stated that they would
Have to go get the bigger truck and since I already used my allowance for that tow for the wrong truck it would be $2000 more. This place is a rip off.
Amazing experience from start to finish! I was in a panic and called Two Star, Jake arrived within the timeframe I was told and got me and my truck home quickly and efficiently! They are true professionals, highly recommend!
These folks are great. Trudy on the phones and Tony and Demarco, the drivers. They are fast yet cautious when hooking up and towing. They took my 18 foot Class C RV to Pete's Auto Clinic. Thanks all of y'all for a great job.
I have never had service with them... but I did witness one of their drivers coming from Vegas swerving the ENTIRE way to Pahrump. Thank goodness the other drivers around him were cautious, because he was cutting it close on quite a few cars... so, no thank you!
Fantastic company. Their drivers went above and beyond when my MH broke down and Josh was extremely helpful helping me find a hotel room for the night and driving me there and picking me up in the morning and taking me to their compound and setting me up in a safe spot for the weekend and helping me find a mechanic. I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.
My car ended up with a flat out front of my house. I used verizon's roadside assistance and they dispatched Two Star. They were due to arrive between 10:53 AM and 11:23 AM, it's currently 10:49 AM and my tire is already changed and the driver's gone. Thanks Constantine. I'll use Two Star for everything going forward.
I was stranded in the middle of the desert on Thanksgiving weekend..literally the middle of nowhere! The kind dispatchers from Two Star towing kept calling me to keep me appraised of the arrival time that my tow driver would arrive. The owner of the shop went out of his way with superior customer service!!!
Cool spot. I've delt with them on a couple of occasions. Bobby, is a very nice person. They were busy as heck the day I was there. They would still acknowledge that I was there, and "please be patient". So I gave them that, because I could see just how busy they were. And don't let Melody shoot a joke at you. You'll forget what you were there for! Lol. She's sweet.( If I can say that) I don't want to offend. But it's true, and I won't take it back! So there!! Trust this company for whatever it offers first.

Made a call to set up a time to pick up my belongings out of my wrecked car. Was able to get ahold of someone and set up a time to get into the lot fast and easy. Their place was easy to find. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you all!
