I want to give credit that the employee at O’Reilly’s did come outside to look at my truck. However, he wasn’t able to assist and made several negative comments about the only other auto shop open. That made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went to the auto shop he told us not to instead and received excellent service there.
Dominic was great! He hooked up an obd scanner to our RV, found out it was the O2 sensor. Then he found the parts and the tools for us. Amazingly helpful ??
Stopped in due to my windshield wiper not working right. The guy behind the desk grabbed a few tools and had it fixed like it was nothing. I figured I would have to pay something for the service but I was wrong the guy told me I was welcome after big thank you as it started to rain.
Honestly, and it kinda hurts me to say this, this store has the best auto parts counter people in Elko. I've been a lifelong NAPA customer, but these folks are good to work with.
I must be the one person who gets shafted by this store. I got honda parts once and they came used and missing parts. Today I bought a case of starter fluid, drove 2 hours to equipment and after spraying a quarter of a can into the engine discover, I received a case of de-icer instead. (The can has the same colors) So that costs me 6 hours of time because the employees here are not competent enough to give you what you order. I am now out in the middle of nowhere on a job I can't do, because of this.
Needed a new battery in the middle of a road trip! They were super helpful, friendly, and installed the battery for us. I was able to walk to Starbucks while my husband had the battery installed.❤️
Absolutely awesome experience. I was traveling through and had problems with my truck. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
The people there were incredible!!! I was in a real bad way and needed a place to wait until my husband could get there from Reno to help me get back on the road. They let me hang out until he arrived and got me back to where I needed to be. Thanks you guys
Has a good variety of most items. Easy to get parts shipped to store and in a timely manner. Staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes, it takes a min for staff to come help.
My battery went out unexpectedly. Not only was the battery I needed there and available, but Jesse went above and beyond and installed it for us. I had neglected the battery and it was super corroded, but Jesse was very professional and patient when he had every reason not to be! Will recommend to other traveling through Elko.
Got right in and out. Bought a headlight bulb. The guy tried to install it but the car is not built for easy access... surprise. He was really nice and tried hard. I definitely like doing her.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My car broke down well after the auto repair shops closed for the night and they were able to help me identify and understand the most likely problems, as well as refer me to an after hours mechanic who was very patient and communicative.
I walked in there was greeted almost immediately. Great customer service. Had me in and out of there in no time with everything I needed. Been back there many times and the service is the same. Great bunch of people. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable
I give it up to Amanda for being friendly and more than willing to help me out while I was changing my spark plugs in the parking lot. I was on a cross country road trip and luckily was able to make it to the store though my cylinders were not all firing. Customer service was on point!
Super friendly and very helpful. I had to change my battery in the parking lot because we couldn't get it jumped and they lifted it out for me. Fantastic service.
My battery died on me today, after calling to make sure they had my battery in stock I went in. Corey was awesome from the start! He helped do a diagnostic on my alternator and battery to see what my problem was and when the battery was found to be at fault he helped change it out. O' Reillys has definitely earned a customer for life with their excellent customer service!
I first went to Autozone for free diagnostic, for that dreaded check engine light. Candy at AZ did a fair job. I wasn't satisfied with degree of service. I called a week later to inquire about the part. She told me to look on Google, if upstream or down? I called O'Riley yesterday. I was impressed with phone conversation. So I put part on hold. Went in today to pick up part. Store Manager Quinn was on it! Not only did diagnostic told me exactly which sensor, printed a diagram of location on engine. Now, thats service people! I highly recommend! Kudos to Jake Assistant Manager and entire team. Great job!

I went in to price breaks out for my truck. The manager was the one that helped me I gave her the information for my truck. She proceeded to argue with me with what kind of truck I drove and tried to tell me that I didn’t know anything about my truck. I feel like it was very unprofessional of her to argue with me on a vehicle she does not own. I will not be going back there and I use to always get my parts from This store
The manager refused to sell me a part because she was throwing a fit. I told her that her customer service was lacking after she threw a fit about the limited number of parts the company I work for purchased from her. She behaves like a spoiled child and definitely should not be I’m charge of anything let alone a store that deals with the public.
The store manager is horrid. I ordered a part for the business I work for and was told it would be delivered the following morning. The part had not arrived by 9:30am so I called and was told it was in and would be delivered in a bit. I called back at 2:30 and was told it would be sent right out.
I called and spoke with the manager of store 2804, Nicole, I was told that because my company did not order enough parts to be important enough to deliver the part while there are companies that ordered more needed parts.
THEN she proceeds to throw a fit about how we have not bought parts from her in the 6 years that she has managed the store. So I asked for corp phone number and am calling this childish fit in, in additional to rating this location.
This place frustrates me, 2 times (6mo apart) I have been told prices over the phone, offered to pay then, told to just pay upon pick up, only to have the price changed (higher) when I got in (one time it was only 2hrs later) to the store... we drive 23mi to get to O'Reilleys and these mistakes affect me.
Both times the counter help go back and forth asking each other why it changed and then, finally, some "manager" from behind a curtain (I have yet to have anyone actually come out and speak to me face to face) says take it or leave it (in so many words) ... which delights the counter help.
There is no consideration for accuracy or appreciation for my time.
As for products, they seem good. I wish I trusted them, I would buy more from them if I did...
Awesome crew all around! Only place open within a 200+ mile radius on thanksgiving. Was stranded on a cross country road trip. Can’t thank the whole crew for saving my bacon!
Our experience was horrible Nicole showed up 2 minutes before the doors was supposed to be opened by the note on the door at 7:47. Not even unlock the door Nicole does not care about O'Reilly or their business she only cares about being rude and obnoxious good luck O'Reilly we're going to post on Facebook so everybody should stay away from your store especially the one in the cold runs but I will Lobby against all of them simply because this lady is representing them and even with all the bad reviews against this woman O'Reilly still keep her they must be pretty desperate but that's the best I can do AutoZone is definitely got our business
