Five Star Service!! We are from out of town, broke down on the side of I80. Made one call to Four Seasons towing. The office lady Cass was amazing to deal with. She quickly dispatched two trucks to haul our vehicle and large family to a dealership in Elko. Ty, one of our drivers was fantastic, as well as the other driver. Both tow truck operators were very quick, clean, and helped us in a time of need. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons Towing in the northern Nevada area. Very professional, personal, and caring. Thanks a million you guys!

Amazing experience. The operator was very kind and patient with us even though this was our first time dealing with a blow out. The driver Caesar killed it and was super friendly and helpful. Dont have a single complaint about them.

I had Four Seasons tow an older RV that needs a New engine, From one RV spot to another. However, The length of the RV is 32 feet and 10 feet tall and there are other RV’s directly across from this RV so Towing it out and into another spot is extremely difficult. Jerry came out moved it from such a tight space into the other extremely tight space as if it was the easiest thing in the world! I was Impressed with The perfectionism he displayed when putting it exactly where it was supposed to be on all sides! And not an inch over. Great prices, and Absolutely Great Service! Jerry was so fast , accurate and answered all my questions! If I ever need a Tow company Four Seasons will be the one a call! Got a Loyal customer here!

I called in the morning to schedule a towing. Dispatch was friendly. She even tried to work around my schedule. It seemed like a usual professional service; she confirmed I was scheduled for this afternoon any time after 5 pm. After 6 p.m., I called to make sure I was still scheduled. The gentleman that answered confirmed and gave an ETA of 45 min. After that one ever reached out. I guess I should consider myself lucky. I spoke to the only professional person in this company, second person is questionable as help never showed up. Thankfully, my car broke down in a relatively safe place. Happy I learned this like I did and not in a critical situation. UPDATE: Cass called first thing the morning after. She was great! Awesome communication, patience and customer service. She rescheduled for the service, driver arrived at the time she estimated. The company even towed the car for free. They really turned the situation around. If I'm ever in need of a service this company will be my go to. I would just really make sure she is the one coordinating the service. I can't stress enough how helpful and great she is and how much I appreciate the gesture!

Jerry saved our Memorial weekend! When I called, I wasn't sure if we'd get out of our driveway with our travel trailer, but he came out, fixed us up, and got us on our way. He gave clear communication, expectations, and the results were us getting to go on with our trip. Thank you, Jerry!

Talk about the best frickin tow company in Elko NV and the surrounding area. Seneca is awesome!!!! He is friendly, fast, efficient, careful and fair. He has towed 2 vehicles for me not just in elko but all the way to River Ranch! And he even brought me gas to River Ranch. If u need any tow or roadside assistance, this guy comes highly recommended!!!!! Thank You Seneca!!! You are the best!!!

we stupidly got ourselves stuck in some mud, was embarassing but Jerry rescued us in like 5 minutes flat, got our truck pulled out of the mud with a winch, he's super awesome and was understanding about the whole situation, i felt way better after he got us out of the mud, if i ever need help again, im calling you guys

Everyone I interacted with at Four Seasons Towing was so incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. I had called around to different companies throughout Northern Nevada for the job I needed done and was meet with laughter, ridiculous pricing, or a flat out no. I can not recommend or thank them for all their help.

Jerry went above and beyond our expectations, 1000 miles from home we found our truck pulling our 5th wheel having electrical issues. He picked up our truck and trailer promptly was able to store for us until we were able to arrange transportation. While in storage was able to assist in getting the truck and trailer ready to ship back to us. Every time we called we were meet with friendly, concerned, and helpful conversations. Very unexpected diesel failure on the way to a cross country job. Found 4 Season's online and selected their services based on their happy customer review. I lost my car keys at Walmart and after calling all the towing companies and none accepted they have a spot for towing, I reached out to someone who packed next to me and he told me about Four Seasons. He called the towing company with his number and I got a response like ASAP. I was very thankful to the stranger who made my day. I left the scene and went back home with my neighbour who picked me up and the towing guy got there before me and he was super patient to wait till I got there. I can’t remember the name of the staff who towed my car but he was kind and professional. I will highly recommend “Four Seasons Towing LLC”. When I wanted my invoice, I called the office and I got it fast too. I appreciate FST team, they’re great ?.

They took care of a friend of mine, I helped get the number of NTTS, my friend was very satisfied with the service and price, nice to see other companies not gouging! Highly recommend them! Spoke with somebody on the phone to say thank you long story short that it ended up being a 15 minute phone call! Very nice people!

Four seasons towing is fantastic. The customer service was top notch. I had to tow my truck from a repair shop in town and Cass took care of me and made sure all the details were in place. When Jerry picked up my truck, he was fast and courteous. I will be using them again.

Ty was terrific!! I had a flat spare tire and was stranded in a remote location on I-80. AAA had difficulty getting anyone at Lostra to respond to my request for roadside assistance, but Ty from came out promptly when they got a hold of Four Seasons, and quickly helped get me on my way. There are still good people in the world, Ty is one of them!

My car went into limp mode on the summit Jerry was super quick to respond and got my car safely to the shop. His crew is amazing and super friendly to work with. I have used them many times since then and will continue using them.

Called Jerry to get a service truck out of some DEEP snow! He was here in less time than it took to make a pot of coffee and saved the day! Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous!! Highly recommend this business!

We were in town for an event, accidentally locked ourselves out of our pickup. 7pm, about 19 degrees and cold. Wonderful service! If we are ever in Elko and need towing or vehicle assistance we will call them!

I called Jerry at Four seasons Towing last night around midnight after I got my truck stuck in deep mud and water. After describing my location he wasted no time at all getting to me and ensuring my safety. Jerry was very polite and professional. He’s very knowledgeable in Offroad recovery. 10/10 would recommend. Jerry came to my aid "big time." My camper truck went off a Forest Serivce road near the Bruneau River, about 2.5 hours north of Elko. He was the only one who would agree to help us. He met me at the motel the Sheriff deputy dropped us off at the day before and we drove to the "recovery site." He was personable, patient and professional. He told me on the long drive that he always tried to make a person's "bad day into a good day." He accomplished that with me. I highly recommend this business.

Was not allowed to retrieve personal property from wrecked vehicle. I will be contacting the Nevada department of transportation. Charges me $3945 for more then 21 days after my accident. None compassionate guy Jerry is a lier and won't let me get my personal property most likely was stolen by Jerry

My brother drove off the road in his van outside of Elko back in September 2021. The van was totaled and his belongings scattered all over. Jerry was super professional and went above and beyond for us during this stressful time, even allowing us to rummage through the wreckage to find salvageable items. Being out of state, it made it time sensitive. Jerry helped turn a scary, stressful situation into a easier one by allowing us to send a job box to get items retrieved from the scene since it would a few days until his crew could get to it with their schedule. I would absolutely recommend others do utilize Jerry and his company in the future. They’re professional, interactive, and help to calm a situation far out of their own job. Four Seasons Towing really helped us out of a sticky situation near the Nevada/Utah border. We were heading back to California from Utah after picking up our trailer from a mechanic that did not hook up the brakes on the new axel they installed. Needless to say that brake heated up and burned out our bearing. I called Four Seasons Towing, Jerry was professional and courteous. He was able to send his driver Logan out to see what he could do to get us to town. We blocked up and strapped the axel and drove it ~40 miles to the nearest town. Logan followed the entire way with his emergency lights on while we traveled slowly with our 3 wheel trailer. We made it safely to town. We could not have done it without Jerry, Logan and Four Seasons Towing. Thank you!

We had our RV differential "melt" about 10 miles outside of Elko on I-80. An Elko shop recommended 4 Seasons and we called Jerry. He told us he'd be there in an hour and it was 50 minutes - great!! He got us into town, took us to an RV park where a mechanic could work on our rig. He even "took one in the chest" when the axle that he was removing blew out of the casing and hit him. Jerry goes above and beyond. I read the other reviews here, and they are all the God's truth! I can't recommend Four Seasons strongly enough.

Honestly I can't say enough great things about Jerry and 4 Seasons. I was hit by a semi truck on I-80, and he was prompt at arriving on the scene, loading up my vehicle, and driving me to not one but two different hotels to find a place to stay. He had great recommendations for tire & repair shops, and picked me up the next morning to take my car to have the tire replaced. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
