These people are the best . We were stuck in the mountains in freezing weather without power on the side of I80. AAA said they didn’t have anyone to tow us maybe Monday. Our battery was dead our flashers were out and we were feet from the road. We called the local AAA branch and they sent someone to pull us off the freeway in the middle of nowhere. TA from the towing company towed us all the way to Elko. He was a God send, we would have froze over night with no heat in the teens. Thank you

Awesome company. They responded expediently and Logan was extremely helpful. We are from out town and he guided us to the correct location for the proper repairs. He was even extremely careful with our truck while hooking up. Logan is awesome!!!

Labor Day weekend, my transmission went out about 20 miles west of Elko. Called Atlas and they picked up my truck and took it to the Ford dealer. A few weeks later, I decided that I would have my truck transported to Texas for repair. Couldn't find transport so, decided to get the truck myself. Called Atlas. Asked if they could get it on a flatbed for me. They said yes. So, yesterday, I met Devin at the dealership and he got my truck loaded onto my flatbed. Devin was awesome and I appreciate him so much. I didn't meet the driver from the original haul as I just left my truck on the side of the road and they picked it up. I am sure that driver was awesome as well, just didn't meet him!! Thank you Atlas, Devin and the first driver as well!!!

My three kids and I broke down on the freeway near Elko NV. Atlas was quick and so helpful! They were quickly able to send a truck that fit the whole family! Devin was out driver and he was amazing! He got us to the repair shop and waited with us to take us to a hotel for the night and made sure we knew about the emergency rate at a local hotel. It was a great experience.

They were quick to respond! Sooo kind and nice — we were driving to Lake Tahoe and our car broke down on the freeway Colton came and picked us up and took us to the mechanic. Shout out to Colton he was amazing!!! Would recommend to a friend

Logan stoped to offer us help when we were suposed to wait 5hours for help from some rv assistance. Guardian angel saved our trip. Great profesional help. We will never forget the kindness that we recived it made our trip for sure! We will keep smiling as we return to poland.

We had the jacks slip off dropping the front of our fifth wheel. Call them, arrived in a very short time, assessed the situation. Called for a tow truck to lift front and get it stabilized. They were awesome, reassuring and get the job done quickly.. If you are in the Elko area, call them for any towing needs. They are the best.

Atlas Towing saved that day!! I was traveling through on a week long camping trip and ran into vehicle trouble. They were right on time and Logan was the best!! He gave me suggestions of what to get parts and got us where we needed. Amazing service!!

Got a flat on the side of the road and a tow truck driver was pulled off behind me picking up a vehicle. I didn’t have my jack and he helped me put on my spare so I could get on the road. He was so kind! 10/10 would recommend this company if all their employees are as kind as this driver was to me!

Excellent customer service. Logan M was amazing and top notch after my daughter's car broke down. After arguing with roadside assistance over who they were going to send, I called Atlas directly and Logan arrived within 10 minutes of calling. Highly recommend!!!

After AAA let us down and gave us the run around for 8.5 hours, one call to Atlas and they had us up and going in 45 min. Joe M was our driver, and he responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about our electric vehicle. If you don’t know, they are darn near impossible to tow if it dies, but Joe showed up, had a great solution that was safe for our vehicle, and made quick work of getting us home. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know, and as much as I hope this doesn’t happen again, at least we know Atlas towing has our backs

Excellent roadside service. The two men that helped me with my flat tire today were complete angels. I wish more people in the world were like them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance or towing. Very kind and sympathetic individuals. Thank you for the good experience!

Yesterday afternoon around 3pm the air brakes on our 40 foot Class A RV malfunctioned leaving us stranded on I-80 in Carlin. We have Good Sam roadside "assistance" which failed us completely in securing a tow truck to get us to a safe place until we can get the RV repaired (waiting on parts) It was an incredibly stressful situation, made more so in that our RV is our "home" After waiting for hours I talked to Kristy around 9pm, she was so sympathetic to our situation. She called me back in just a few minutes to tell us that Jeremy was getting himself together, and they called Blake in, and were heading our way. They got us hooked up quickly, and towed us 26 miles to an RV park in Elko. Jeremy and Blake were professional, thorough, knowledgable, and most of all incredibly kind. Thank you again to you, you are our GREAT Samaritans!

I work for a contractor company up in the mines and our vans break down all the time (brand new mercedes). So this isn't my first review and probably won't be my last. Big shout out for the tow truck operators, these guys are simply the best. They get there fast and are very professional. They know what they're doing and I would trust them 100%. Edit: big shout out to Joe, that kid is simply awesome. Made sure I was all set and it shows that he loves his job. Hope everyone else working for this tow company as just as good as he is.

Broke down 2 hours away from Elko, my boss called atlas towing to have me picked up. Logan got out here right on time and got my service truck loaded up quickly and safely.

These a guys are the cream of the crop. I was in an accident on 278 near Carlin Nevada. These guys came out with the equipment needed to pick-up and transport the vehicle and cargo. Not only did the do a very professional job they made sure I was OK physically and transportation to my hotel as well as the bus station. I would like to give a special thanks to Logan this guy is great at what he does and I can tell he really loves his job. Thank you Atlas Towing for all you guys help. I highly recommend this be your first call! Great experience, great people & great service. We were moving from CA to CO & our car broke down, trailering a uhaul coming up emigrant pass outside of Elko. After AAA set us up with another Elko towing company (that canceled on us after an hour and a half wait), Seneca from Atlas showed up & quite literally saved the day & helped turn it around. He was professional and quick with both the car and trailer. Repair shops were closed through the weekend, but Seneca provided us with info about mobile repair guys to call, rental car information, the local basque restaurant scene, and things to do nearby. I called the owner, Jeremy, to thank him the next day & he even had more info about repair options. Our trip and plans were definitely derailed & we felt terrible, but within the span of an hour and with all of Seneca's info we started to look at this unexpected stop in Elko as an opportunity for adventure! Thank you Seneca & thank you Atlas!
