Not great experience im handi cap and they do not offer any accommodations. . I had to climb into a porta potti . If I didn't have a friends help I could not have done it. And so many more obstacles. Very dissatisfied
Do not use this company. Towed my rental. All good apparently I parked where I shouldn’t have. I called and called and they told me several times “like we keep telling you we don’t have it. Had to file a stolen vehicle report with police. Went to car rental place to track it. Guess where it tracked. Yep at their lot. Then all of a sudden oh we do have it. No compensation for all my wasted time. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

8/21/25 - My car's information seems to have been sold by this company. I'm getting warranty letters from random companies...
This company has no regard for peoples safety. They fired a hero driver who stopped a runaway car from injuring civilians. They put property above human life.
These guys fired a hero! For saving another man’s life on the road, potentially lots more on the strip. Wrecking his vehicle to save a man’s life.
Their service sucks as well. They Over charge and dispatch make u wait forever to get any help. Acting like all of Vegas is getting towed.
I’ll never get over them firing a hero though.
READ BEFORE PAYING!! They add on "off-road time" to get more money out of you. They added 4 hours and tried to get an extra 200+ out of me. When I raised the issue, she said, "Are you gonna knit pick everything?" IF YOU'RE RIPPING ME OFF THEN YES! Absolute legal robbery business -1/10

I parked at ampm yes I went to go get coffee in the next shopping Center and guess what I was going to go into ampm warm springs and Jones 7 minutes I was in the coffee shop PhinSmith no way anybody called them in this tow truck just hangs around making his quota of the day. I will be driving around there I want to see this person and thank him or her personally.
We recently had our motorcycle towed and Michael, our driver was new to the job. While he needed a little guidance from another driver to get everything hooked up correctly and safely, he was super positive, professional, and safety-concious. It's clear he takes his job seriously and wants to do the right thing. Would definitely recommend.
Call these folks! Dispatch was very nice even tho I was stressed. They arrived in under an hour. Driver #286 was very pleasant. Truck interior was clean. I hated needing a tow but I'm glad it was these guys AND it was affordable!
Only giving 2 stars because the young lady who helped me was nice. However, the wait time was ridiculous. 2 hours or more with only 5 people ahead of me. Paid 367 for the car being towed there this morning. I was able to sell my car else where and at least got to recoup the fee. Glad I didn’t give them the title. Also be sure to be listed on title and have valid Id or registration with you so you do not end up wasting your time
Purchased several vehicles at there auction it’s been over 3 months still no title and they pretend to be someone else in the phone and pay the buck and give me the run around. It’s pretty sad as they have been paid for the titles. There are some very kind people there but the one running the title dept is very shady. 3 months waiting on a title is a joke and bad business. I’ma disabled veteran on a budget but now I’m out $3200 and can’t even drive these paper weights I purchased in good faith. BUYERS BE CAREFUL.

Company is very careless when handling customers car keys. I recently got my car towed to a storage yard after my accident. The storage yard never received the car keys from the tow truck driver upon drop off of my vehicle. When I reached out to the tow company they said they left it in the car but the storage yard has photo evidence that they never received my car keys from the tow truck driver. Now it seems like I have to pay $300 to $400 just to have a new key made. Stay away from this company!
Had a great experience here. The dispatcher was extremely courteous, and the driver was talkative, and took the essential to steps to ensure there was no damage to my car.

Our hybrid system stopped working... Once the driver arrived, he explained what would happen since the emergency brake was engaged. He gave us time to review the owners manual & YouTube videos to see if we could avoid our tires squealing (at 11p in our garage) & leaving marks. No fixes but we were lucky the brakes weren't fully engaged. Great customer service by Quality & Ervey was amazing.
They illegally towed my car out of my parking lot claiming that they placed a parking violation sticker on it at 10:00 p.m. when I didn't arrive home until 10:30 p.m. and it was towed at 9:00 a.m. in the morning without my knowledge or without prior warning
It took over 5hrs for my vehicle to arrive at the yard! The workers refused to tell me it was delayed until I showed up and still had to wait over 2hrs!! Plus charged full price when a guy stole his car out of the yard and came back to pay and then gave him a discount and didn’t arrest him!

Went for an auction. Great deals. I ended up buying a car for $1700. It's has a Cracked windshield and I had to put the front bumper on. That's it. It runs great.
I forget his name but he was really a nice guy. Was very apologetic I sat around for so long waiting. Even gave me a ride down the street so I wouldn't have to wait in a unsafe area for my uber. Very pleased with Quality Towing.
Unbelievably unhelpful, resist giving you any information, purposely omit requirements needed to retrieve your car (each time we went another requirements was added on), car was damaged and all contents stolen, and when we finally got the car out they tried to keep the license plate! The front counter employees bitc#ed and moaned when the customer service manager called them and told them to search for the plate. She actually had to call the front counter twice (while we were standing there) until they "found" it. Incredibly unprofessional bordering on illegal.
My Driver was super professional & friendly... He confidently towed my big rigg & trailer with ease... he made sure I arrived to my destination safely & that all my concerns were addressed before he left... I feel horrible that I don’t remember his name but he was an awesomely cool driver...
