Do not go here. Spencer and team has been keeping my car hostage for over a year. He's denying me access to get my vehicle and putting a false lien on my vehicle after he's been paid for the work.. He's not to be trusted
Thank you to Fantastic Finishes especially Araceli and Sabrina! We took our Honda in for repair and received it back 100% better than it arrived. They went over and above to make the repairs and detail the car.

We were in a car accident in September and our car got towed here and was fixed by early November. They work very fast and they stay in communication with you the entire time. We were provided a loaner car as well and we just had the best overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in need. Thank you guys for all the hard work it took.
On 7/7/23 my son got into an accident in my car. Th ine front end was damaged, but not the engine. At the advice of the AAA tow truck driver, we had it taken to Fantastic Finishes to get repaired.
We were moving out of town on July 31, so we had to have my car shipped across the country when it was done 8 weeks later, and I received it on September 5. Insurance paid the shop over $10,000 to repair the front end. When I got my car back, I quickly noticed some concerning issues. There wasn’t any insulation under the hood, the air vent in front of the engine was missing the bolts that held it down and it was moving around freely, and the hood had a noticeable larger gap on the right side when closed.
I contacted the shop on September 7 and at their request, sent pictures of the areas of concern. I was told that Spencer would get back to be. I never heard from him. If I were still in Las Vegas, I would have taken it down there, but this isn’t a possibility, which he knew when he was completing the work.
I expected my car to be returned in the condition it was in prior to the accident, but this shop not only has no pride in their workmanship, but they haven’t tried to make it right. There are lots of body shops to choose from in Las Vegas, and I wish we’d gone with a more conscientious one, because now we’ll be out more money to have the mistakes made by Fantastic Finishes repaired.
My car was hit back in Aug '22. Dealing with both insurance companies was an utter nightmare. Feb '23 I was finally able to take it in for repairs. Thank goodness Fantastic Finishes was recommended. Araceli and the entire team were so helpful! They were in constant communication with me about the repairs during the entire process. When the car was ready, they even helped me get the check so that I didn't have to continue to pay for a rental. It's incredibly difficult to find exceptional customer service anymore, but Fantastic Finishes goes above and beyond expectations!! I will definitely bring my car here again for any maintenance or repairs. They're simply the BEST!
DO not go anywhere else other than FANTASTIC FINISHES!, unless you want to pay more, get less quality, and be treated with less respect. Spencer, the owner is by far the most incredible body shop owner/manager I have ever met, and I have met many dealing with regular cars and custom cars, and wrecked cars, and RV's, even my motorcycle tanks, bring in your estimate if you have one and Spencer will not only beat the estimate, but his work speaks for itself, he's very busy but he does get you in and get your vehicle back on the road fast, I met him 3 years ago and have never looked for anyone else because I know the best when I see it, he's fair, he will work with you, and he will make sure the work done is the utmost professional work, even some junk I have brought him with cheap work he still takes to bad with the good, his work isn't any less quality with a $300 dollar job to a $40k job on my HELLCAT's or Corvette's, all the same, nothing's to cheap for him to work on and especially nothing to good. Took one of my co-workers cars in for damage caused during a storm. Got an estimate quick and extremely fair. Did a full walkthrough and explanation of what would be done. Got it scheduled and they had the car for about a week. Kept in good communication with me during the process. Picked up the car and my coworker saw a couple little flaws. Called back to Fantastic Finishes and they got it back in immediately. Took a day and it looks perfect! Absolutely loved the service I received! Great work! And absolutely will recommend!

I dropped my jeep off to Spencer on a Monday got it back on Tuesday it was like new and he was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty he offered to take me home but I took the Uber instead and he rendered some extra services to my vehicle including a car wash and if ever I need some more bodywork done to my jeep he is definitely my go to man. He’s very down to earth and he’s definitely not trying to get over you and dig in your pockets just like other body shops and mechanics out there he’s very personal and professional
My car was at fantastic Finishes getting fixed due to a pretty bad accident, fortunately ! This shop ! Was amazing !! The crew always Communicated with me and kept me updated especially spencer he was really nice and made everything an easy process Not only that but my car came out AMAZING!! I have no complaints ! Spencer (Owner) is awesome! It was quite busy time for the shop but I needed repair my Little Honda after someone totaled my minivan. Unfortunately for this shop, he gave quote to my minivan damage using his time, but as I said, shop have to release it to the insurance for nothing... then, I showed my little Honda's cosmetic issue, and I explain I needed this for daily use for my family purpose at this moment, to go to church etc, then He finished it for me within the time frame(before the weekend) I wished, and paid just right compensation for it. I recommend this shop to anyone !!
I usually do not post reviews but Fantastic Finishes did an amazing job on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. Spencer was exceptionally professional and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Everyone did a fantastic job meeting the deadline as promised and the work done showed they truly cared about my Jeep. Spencer, made all of the arrangements for a rental car and worked with my insurance company to get the ball rolling quickly. Needless to say, excellent quality of work and my car looked brand new when the work was finished. I would definitely recommend this shop. Should I need any work done on any of my vehicles again, this will certainly be the place I will take them.

The wife had an incident and dented her brand new car. Had someone come to the house to repair the dent - unsuccessfully. Sent a picture via text and were quoted a price and estimated time. Had it fixed over Christmas week. Stick to the quoted price. Even offered to wash the car afterwards. Needles to say the repair looks great. Only good things to report from us. Thanks!
They repaired & painted the rear bumper of my 2017 Honda Accord Sport. Spencer & the entire team at Fantastic Finishes did a wonderful job on my vehicle! I highly recommend this auto body shop. No frills, honest and a fair price. Also, they have a lifetime warranty on their work.

A great family run business. Have taken three different cars for repair. Quality work and NEVER any issues. They treat you like family. Would drive anywhere in the Las Vegas valley to do business with them. No place would be too far.

A friend of mine had recommended me to this shop after I rear ended someone and destroyed my front bumper it was my first accident and my first time in an Autobody shop,the staff was very friendly and straight forward, they made sure to help me out and understand the process and on top of it all it was done within the week! Someone rear-ended my friend's car and her neighbor recommended she take it to Fantastic Finishes. My car was totalled three days prior to her accident so she told me if I paid for the repairs I could keep the car. Spence said the repairs would be completed in about two weeks. I was so happy when he called earlier than expected to let me know the car was ready! The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs. My Nissan Altima looked like a brand new car after they were done fixing it. I'm so thankful my neighbor suggested Fantastic Finishes to us...their name says it all!
I am so pleased with this company! They are the best. I went in to get an estimate since my insurance said 2 days to get it fixed, they said it would take about 2 weeks. Amazing work, great communication! Ray and the crew go above and beyond. They demanded that my insurance company use OE parts (they originally wanted to use "slightly used" parts). Offered me a rental car and finished faster that I expected? Highly recommend them and finally found a shop that I can trust! thanks guys.
I had the opportunity not once but twice to get cars fixed at Fantastic Finishes. Both times, the cars were finished on the dates i was told and with great detail! When i inspected the work performed it was above my expectations ( they even showed me old parts) the work was done with great quality. Not only did i use them again , i recommend them to all my networking friends. I even called them when i had tire problems (unrelated to their business and they referred me to someone, called them and got me a 20% discount now how is that for service ! GREAT JOB FANTASTIC FINISHES!
