ASKED FOR VARIOUS PARTS FOR MY TRUCK AND TRAILER , THEY DO NOT HAVE IT , THEY CHECK WITH THEIR WAREHOUSE IN FRESNO , CALIFORNIA , NO POSITIVE RESPONSE .
They just move to North Lad Vegas, every time I come to this shop, these guys have a don’t look at me face that don’t want to help you out!
Bad attitude, bad customer service.
Lazy. I called to see if they had the parts to fix my diesel pusher coach since I was broke down near Las Vegas. Guy told me I had to call Freightliner myself to get the part numbers for wheel bearings. Let me say I usually deal with the Fleetpride in Ontario, Ca and I literally had to call them to just get the part numbers. Ontario Fleetpride said no problem and called me back after looking it up. I decided to not even call these guys at the Fleetpride Vegas back as I found a better place to get parts.
Dishonest
Don’t order online it takes forever, they promised to get it ready in store after 2 days once I ordered they extended to after 10 days later but on their online system still showing the same info to receive after 2 days
The few times I have made purchases here, I have appreciated the level of customer service I received. Also, the effort that was put in a few times to locate some parts (sometimes same day pickup) that others had on back order. I definitely will keep these guys in mind when parts are needed,
Great place , have a lot of parts in stock . Customer service on good level , team is patient and try to help you to find correct parts . Work with them for few years never have issues . Good location . Price can be little bit better ) …………………………………..
Called FleetPride looking for huge 4⅜ and 4⅞ 8 point axle lock nut sockets for a 5 ton Rockwell military axle. The 4⅜ was in stock. When I got there the gentleman remembered our phone conversation. Ad he went back he decided to look in a different spot and ended having both sockets. Very knowledgeable, the Customer service is bar none some of the best I've had with truck and heavy duty parts. I will be back soon. I recommend this store 100%
Thought I had a new place to go where the prices were pretty reasonable gave them the VIN and ordered a new king pin for my Freightliner when the part came in it was the wrong part they said I had to pay a 20% restocking fee even though I gave them the vin and it was the wrong part??? went to Freightliner and was able to get the part I needed with the exact same VIN.
FleetPride has a new loyal customer. You have this small trucking company's business. After our recent GREAT experience with Walter, we will come here first for all of our parts needs in order to get back on the road as soon as possible. Not to mention their unbeatable prices. He is knowledgable, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Absolute excellent customer service!!! Walter went way above and beyond for us. He knew excatly what we needed, went outside to see our truck, looked at, identified the part in a matter of minutes. He went back in to check his inventory and informed us it was out of stock. Any other parts store would have stopped helping us at that moment, but not here. What he did next is the reason for this review. He got on the phone and found the exact part we needed at a competing business in town. This is unheard of in ANY industry. Many props to Fleetpride for having such a QUALITY employee. We were back on the road in less than two hours after going to FleetPride. We had spent the entire previous afternoon and evening trying to find the right part, (without any luck), which even the local Freightliner dealer parts department, after being provided with the VIN # was unable, nor unwilling to make even the slightest bit of effort to identity without another ViN. If you want to be treated like a valuable customer, save time and money, come here first and ask for Walter. I assure you won't be disappointed and will be compelled to write their next 5 star review. They deserve more than 5 stars. Walter and Fleetpride are a Godsend. We will tell everyone we know and send them here for all their parts and trucking supply needs. AAAAAAA+++++++++++
