⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adrian at Oreylis Auto Parts is amazing! He provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. The process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Adrian—he truly goes above and beyond!

Adrian is such an amazing employee. He helped me change my battery with such a great attitude and was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would 100% ask for him again. The staff in general is very kind and attentive to your needs. I do feel bad because there was a crazy lady in there this morning that didn’t want to wait in line and lost her mind on them for “not helping her” when they were already tied up with other customers. Overall 5 stars! Keep it up (:

Mel is the worst worker there should be fired. Made me waste my entire morning sending me to another orileys just to do a warranty swap when they had the part.

Carlos and David are legit, they not only helped me out and went above and beyond but they also waited to make sure I got the right parts and stayed open passed the time to make sure I got it right, thanks O’Reilly, these guys are legit!

Gone are the days when you could walk into one if these places and the guys at the counter would ask if you need help finding anything. Now, they act like they don't have time to stop with their conversations to actually help customers. Manager needs to train staff to stop acting like useless clerks.

I would definitely reccomend going to this O'Reilly and NOT the one on Craig... I spoke to a very professional young man called Sergio L. (I asked for his last name and for privacy I wont put it on here) and this man went ABOVE and BEYOND to help!! I felt like my problems became Sergio's problem and was extremly eager to help me solve my car troubles. This man deserves to be promoted! Sergio, is actually making O'Reilly shine brite!! Thank you Sergio L!!

I came and asked them to check my battery and power. They said I needed a new battery, acted cranky that I wanted them to install it, and when I said my battery light is still on after resetting the Maintenance lights they said I'd be fine and shooed me away. Ended up stranded for hours in the middle of the street cause they couldn't be bothered to check proper diagnostics, didnt even check the new battery once installed. First O'Reilly experience and probably the last.

Stopped here after experiencing some car trouble, the people working here were super knowledgeable and helped me get all the parts I needed to get my car up and running! I've never really had a bad experience at O'Reilly's, and this location was no exception!

Guy was super helpful with a return I needed. The original product I purchased wasn't working well for my vehicle. He said this product normally doesn't take returns, but he managed to find a work around for me to exchange the product for a different one. Definitely coming back to this location because he was so awesome

My pregnant wife went in there to get oil for our two cars. The kid Dominic behind the counter wrote down the oil she needed and didnt help her to get it, or offer to help her take it to her are. ZERO customer service. It was more important to him to sit behind the counter and talk with his friend. When I tried to call today, he picked up, I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold and NEVER came back to the phone. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to get to autozone now

Very unfriendly staff ! No good morning, no welcome in, nothing. After that I wasn't expecting a smile anymore. I know O‘Reilly stores aren’t like that. So it’s just a staff issue! And really poor service. Knowledge is zero. Extremely unhelpful. I could help myself. But older customers or women are lost here! I'll never shop at this O'Reilly auto parts again! Or change the staff!

I thought I needed a new headlight for my 2016th Pathfinder only to find out that it was loose Martin was a great help and he also helped me with the exchange to just get a new battery from my auto start remotes good service here

I just went to this place to get my lights replace. O’Reilly Auto Parts install lights specially when you buy the parts from their store. But the guy with a curly hair lie telling they don’t install and refuse to do it. What a shame. I came to this store many times, and got my lights installed. Now I will never come to this store ever again. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I wish I could have given a -1000 star rating based off the disappointing “customer service “ experience I had today. I walked in and noticed- total of 4 employees; one was helping a customer and another was on the phone while the other 2 did nothing and we’re hanging out. The employee who was helping the customer in person asked if he could help me. I advised what I needed while the other employees looked on. I then walked over to one of the employees who was just standing at the counter for help and with a straight face responded with the following, “ I’m about to go to lunch and I’m watching her (the other employee) over here.” Are you kidding me??!!! The other employee who wasn’t doing anything decided he was going to ignore the fact that I was waiting and assisted another customer who walked in five minutes after I arrived. I couldn’t believe the disrespect and lack of professionalism so I politely walked my money, dignity and respect out the door! It’s a shame that in this economy people are grateful to have a job, however some people just don’t care at all and it shows.. case and point!

The gentleman who took care of me was very nice and even told me what another O'eilly's didn't. He made my visit very pleasant and didn't try to cheat me on the sale. Good business here Very helpful.

Let me tell everyone. When you go to this store and deal with Brandon and/or Alex. The customer service is impeccable and worth every penny spent at this O'Reilly Auto Parts. There was another employee on that night that was also help a customer, installing a part in their vehicle. Get work men!

First I'd just like to say, Im a realist point of view person. I received great customer service today from Counterman Rey. I informed him of my vehicle specifics, what I needed along with how much I planned on spending. He offered me a sales flyer with current specials which was very helpful. In the end I received exactly what I went in for and spent less then anticipated. Thank you Rey I will be a returning customer

The knowledgeable employees are right there to help. And they are friendly, that means alot these days!!! Way to go!!! Gotta give credit where credit is due!!! No wait in line times either. I'm from California, I come up every month to care for Dad and Mom. O'Reilly is right down the street and I am thankful for that.

Excellent service. Friendly people. Very helpful. I like that they carry things most places don't. I ordered a complete suspension conversion kit made by Monroe. It was for my Eddie Bauer Expedition. It included the entire air bag and air shock coversion for about 250 dollars. An excellent value and works amazingly well. I also like they do free code scans on vehicles as well. Online coupons add to the value.

I walked in to buy new windshield wipers for my car, no greeting by anyone (not that i care) just thought id point that out. Anyways, as i was looking at all the different sizes and brands i noticed there was 2 employees who could clearly see me trying to figure out which brand and size were the correct ones. Not one employee cared enough to ask me if i needed help at all (which i didnt). Point is not everyone knows their way around an autopart store. If my wife, daughter or ANYONE for that matter didn't know what to look for, it would be nice of them to have better customer service and offer some assistance. In my opinion, thats the most important thing in running a business. Sorry for the rant but that's a pet-peeve of mind.
