I was a vendor who was visiting their dealership to pick up parts and what I witnessed shocked me very badly. The gentleman at the parts counter were sexually harassing a female coworker that worked for McCandless and what surprised me is they were doing it in front of a stranger and she was taking it from them. It appears that this is a very lowlife business and that the male employees feel that they can get away with going after female employees. I wonder how many other women have had issues at this company.

Left my truck at the McCandless for a repair. All my valuables were stolen, the truck was completely emptied while in their custody. When I spoke to their service manager Bill Norman to report the issue, he was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no resolution or accountability. Extremely disappointed with their lack of care and responsibility!

Truck has been here since August. No date available for repairs to be complete. No timeline to pick up main work truck. finally got truck back on January 16th.

They say God sends you 600,000 angels per day and you should use them..Art in the Service Dept is definitely the angel God sent me..Went out of his way to locate parts and get me going on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to get truck repaired.. Thanks Art , really appreciate your service

They had my truck for a week after it was having some transmission issues, in that time they fixed an unrelated engine light, as well as some recalls, which I appreciate. However what I don’t appreciate is that when I picked up my truck after it was done, literally round the corner from their shop, flashing engine lights, and an error message saying “check transmission” after which my truck could no longer shift higher than 4th gear. Not fixing the issue the truck was brought in for, even after a full week, and after being led to believe it had been fixed was really disappointing. After that my fleet managers insisted I take it to a different shop, and based on my experience, I have to agree that’s the best thing to do

Just called to get a part number and they said they wasn’t allowed to do that that’s pretty sad if you ask me I used to buy parts from here but not again I won’t very poor customer service

Brought in the tractor thru the warranty and they did fix the problem, but took longer than usual.

They do good work when they get around to it, but if you don’t have MINIMUM three weeks for your truck to sit there before it even gets in the shop DONT GO THERE!

Wow! What an amazing experience at McCandless Truck Center. My husband and I came here for help right after Memorial Day. Most truck centers were shorthanded and we were indirectly turned away due to short staff and no availability for walk-ins unless we had a prior appointment three weeks earlier! My husband, not wanting to have to wait until the weekend to get our main truck repaired, suggested we visit McCandless and find out for ourselves if other reviewer's experiences were as good as they said they were. We had our truck towed to the center and we were greeted by the amazing staff as soon as we walked in. Albert was incredible! He was very patient and allowed us to explain how our truck had broken down and how we're currently overwhelmed with a new team of drivers and one of our main shippers rushing us to make our next delivery or canceling not just the current delivery with us but the next one as well. My husband owns several companies and is highly requested when there is a need to expedite freight so having a truck break down in the middle of a thunderstorm, Memorial Day weekend was not ideal. Albert immediately empathized with our circumstance and squeezed us into today's schedule. He walked us through what repairs are actually needed, didn't upsell us on the costs for the parts, and advised he'll do his best to get us back on the road this evening. We appreciated how fairly Albert treated us and were blown away by how dedicated he is to servicing all customers when he could have easily decided that he didn't want to work longer today and just gave us a card and told us to come this weekend. This is the second time that Albert has saved the day and our business relationships. If anyone has been experienced an unforeseen situation like ours or is looking for a top-quality company to purchase their next truck, trailer, or parts, PLEASE come here. The front desk and technicians all provide the best communication and service. Albert has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. Albert was straight to the point, won't waste your time, and goes above and beyond for all customers even on a busy day after a holiday.

The best service in the world! Albert Juarez provided AMAZING service. As an owner operator, the upkeep on all of commercial trucks is vital to my business. Having to wait on parts can take weeks! Albert wouldn’t let that happen. He went above and beyond to order the part I needed for one of my trucks and completed the labor in less than 24 hours. I have never received this level of customer service from someone who is knowledgeable and jumps in to get the job done. If anyone is looking for a company to complete their repairs, McCandless Truck Center is your BEST option and be sure to ask for Albert!

Took my truck Mc Candles Truck center, The customer service was terrible, representative was rude and unwelcomed demeanor , I was overly charged( $4259.00) for a driveline repair. It took them 2 months to repair the drive line. I was not satisfied with the service I received.

Great customer service at McCandless! I went in to look for an NPR, so I thought, but Chris Ballesteros took the time to explain the difference in the models and explain the GVWR for each of them. He's the first rep I've worked with who actually took the time to get to know my business and what these trucks would be used for. After some time we determined I need a different model. Its service like that that makes me glad to continue to buy from Isuzu. Great job guys!

Art is the rep who checks in your tractor or straight truck, and he will set you up with the team to take care of you. If your company has an Izuzu or International, this place is where you should be calling first anyway. The hours are great, parking is plenty, parts and knowledge make this an important vendor for many who own a single vehicle or an entire fleet

If I could leave 100 stars, I would! We were in a bind and needed a truck for a festival and these guys came through just in the knick of time! Rosie was so nice and helpful, Zach, the owner, was super cool and really helped us out with our emergency situation! I will definitely be using them for all future events!

Short and simple... I went here to get my truck ready for the road I asked for a dot inspection have a look over... They found some stuff and hit me with a price.. I said go ahead and do the work. After a extra 2 weeks truck was done pick it up and everything was ok.. coming in I knew about a coolant leak and that the oil pan gasket should get replaced... Now that I've been working the truck about a month I can see that the coolant leak is still there coming from behind the water pump.. also the"replaced" front cover gasket is leaking....I don't like the fact that I paid over 7,000 bill to just discover the problems never really got fixed just patched up the reason why I give two stars is for a good lesson learned even a dealership can't be trusted and whatever shop you go to request to see What work was done and make sure you pay extra attention especially when you're not a mega carrier and you own your own piece of equipment honestly I would go back just be more involved instead of trusting what was told to me... I would like to update my post: after getting a reply I gave a call to McCandless they took a look at my truck and fixed what they said was the problem been driving a little over a week now and so far so good... I will definitely be doing more business with McCandless

This place should have no star at all, the parts department are good and helpful but I had a very bad experience having them work on my truck. It took over a week for them to get it back running again and cost me 7k...I took it back there after 2 weeks and the guy plugged a computer to it and showing that all DPF, DOC , after treatment injector are bad which I "paid" for to get the problem fixed. Long story short, they did a short cut job to get my truck out there and breakdown again out on the the road and tow it to there shop and more 7k work for them..?? I got this this guy that works on his v8 truck and not in a "shop" fixed the problem with a lot less $$ cleaned the filters and put new injector on it and I was back to work in 2 days. BTW I chatted with one of the trucker with the same experienced and guess what..he took it back there to the McCandless international SHOP" for the same problem and they got more money out of his hard earned money. What a big mistake.

Lack of Communication from the service department caused me to be stuck an extra day. They blamed it on the phones not being able to call long distance numbers! First they said they didn't have my number that I watched the service writer put on the order, then, How in the hell in 2018 can't you find a phone that will call a customer. They cost me 1500 in lost revenue. Idealease service is usually good but not this day at this location. 3 stars for getting the repair right.

My father had to stop there for a quick part pickup for his semi truck's side mirror, and we went inside, immediatly were greeted and directed to the right area in the building, ordered the part, paid, and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service from everyone. I'm sure if needed, we will go there again.

They were awesome getting me in an hour before closing but the mechanics pinched off my abs wire when they replaced the airbag. The next day they replace the wires for free. Stephanie was the best of this experience.

Called these guys today from upstate New York. My one good international dealer was closed and all the other jokesters were clueless. I explained my situation and Sean in the parts dept got me all the information I needed and emailed me everything within minutes. Truly great service!

Truck was initially dropped off in Needles, but that shop doesn't work on Internationals. I drove the 4 hour round trip to McCandless to get a part for them. Parts guy was great, too. Spoke to service manager briefly about possibly having to bring the truck to Las Vegas. Very helpful! Ended up towing to McCandless the next afternoon. By the following morning, I was back on the road! Thanks, guys!

Dropped of my vehicle and got updates when I called and asked for an update. I had to go back a few months later for the same concern, this time I got an update from the staff that my vehicle was ready. I drove (3 hours one way) and within 24hrs of being home, I received a grumpy message saying I needed to bring the vehicle back, because it had "borrowed" parts still installed and was not supposed to be picked up. I called back and said, the tone and blame was not helping feel good about another 6 hour one way trip. The staff didn't care. I left a message with a supervisor informing him of the situation...I never received a call back. Overall a terrible experience.

Worst dealership on the planet Took them ten days to change out the synchronizer in the transmission that should have taken 2 to 3 days max. When you called to get an update they put u on hold and leave u there. They double charged for parts and over billed me a thousand dollars. They wouldn't even look at the bill till I started yelling at them then the only thing that they had to say was the computer made a mistake. I watched them enter all the prices into the computer, they take no responsibility for their actions. This place is a joke with a bunch of clowns running it. The service manager just sits on his ass in front of a computer doing nothing, won't even help his men do anything. I won't take a bicycle to them clowns to work on. Do yourself a favor and don't go there, you've been warrened. Also they will try to suck every penny out of you and your warranty that they can get...... Horrible horrible place.....
