The staff here is completely unprofessional. Even after I informed them ahead of time that I was coming to pick up my car, I was forced to wait over three hours. The excuse given was that only one worker was available to assist everyone, which is unacceptable. This level of service is beyond disappointing, and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I contacted this company to sell my mom's car to. Over the phone was somewhat easy and flawless. Bernardo took my call. Gave me a decent quote. But apparently there was something wrong with the VIN said he'd call me back. A couple hours later I got a call but not from the same guy, I guess it was the actual location, instead of the call center. I reiterated everything to the lady. Who said dispatch would call to schedule pickup. The next day came and went. No call. No one available on the weekend. So first thing Monday i called. I had to explain and confirm all the details, again. I was told the driver would call in 24-48hrs later. 1 hour later I got a call from the driver, his service on his phone was terrible so I text him. He stated he would be at the location in 1 hour. I quickly left work in the middle of my shift and rushed over to where the car was. Got it all ready. 1 hour passed, no driver. I text him saying I was there and ready. He responded with im on my way. Another hour later I called and asked for an ETA. He stated 30 minutes. Ok. Another 45 minutes later, still not there. So I text him that I needed to leave by 3pm to be somewhere by 3:15. I had to get my kid off the bus. My mois elderly, disabled and very hard of hearing. I was trying to handle this for her. But I work and have 3 kids and nursing a newborn kitten. I don't have time to just sit around. If you say 1 hour, I expect 1 hour. Otherwise you should schedule with an exact time. You said the driver would arrive in an hour. The driver said he would arrive in an hour. My time is valuable. But, I had to leave to get kids home from school and left my mother to handle it. I left specific instructions hoping she could handle it. She did. But it is a very windy day and she has severe lung issues and not steady on her feet. She had to go outside to handle it. While this seems like an easy process to start, it ended up being a pain in the butt. Certainly glad we were cut a decent check. But time is so much more valuable.

I don't often leave poor reviews, almost never actually but this company lacks the competence to handle even the most basic professional tasks and instead have held up my claim because they can't handle the vehicle release. I was also called, texted and emailed an excessive amount before I even had a chance to sort through my vehicle accident claim. I wish anyone dealing with this company good luck especially since they stand to make a large sum of money reselling a perfectly drivable vehicle. Do better!

Terrible customer service. The clerk doesn't even look at you when you come in, just tells you to scan a QR code, no matter why you're there. Lady who came in after me simply needed to drop off one sheet of paper. The clerk acted like she wouldn't be able to take it unless she scanned the code and waited forever like the rest of us. Just take the paper! You have the resources to figure out where it goes. Let the lady be in and out of here! All I needed was to sign some paperwork. I've been here a freaking hour while the qr wait time says 10 minutes

Customer service over the phone is excellent and provides all information very clearly and upfront about almost everything. In person however, this is ridiculous. They use an online check in, seem to have actual system for prioritizing who checks in. I checked in it said 12 minutes, one person checked in after me it said 25 minutes. 20 minutes after that is still said 25 minutes. A couple came in after me the lady at the desk told them it would he more than hour. Shortly after another lady walked in, told the receptionist who she was here to see, and the receptionist did not even check the computer she just went and told the other employee someone was here for service. I was literally here to hand over a single document. I even called in advance and was told I could drop it off. Absolutely absurd that I uave to wait more than hour to turn in a release. They should have informed me over the phone to make an appointment or be prepared to wait. I would have just mailed the form. The other comment about priority service for Spanish speaking people is specifically drivers. My wait time for office staff should not be bumped for drivers arriving needing access to the yard.

This location is committing fraud. They sold me a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia listed as run & drive and it has a hole through the block. It’s been two months of me trying to reach out to get refunded and no one responds and if they do I just get the run around. The cpc & ecm have a time stamp of when the engine lost oil pressure and it was long before I purchased it. They refuse to give any resolution leaving us to have to pursue this through court. Lot#74113594 buyer beware!

The lady at the front was wonderful. It was very busy when I came to fill out a POA and my phone wasn't allowing me to digitally check in. She checked me in and helped me fill out the POA making sure there were no mistakes and making sure it was scanned in and received by my insurance company. Thanks!

They prioritize people that speak Spanish, they are so rude and slow. Make sure when you go here take your friend that speak Spanish.

This Copart is the most informal in the USA. Nobody guides you, you ask and no one knows anything, you make an appointment and in the end it's for pleasure, they take care of you whenever they want .... Only one lady was very attentive to me because of the rest a lot of disgust

Worse location it’s so many of them and yet nothing gets done . A Latina lady not only told me my vehicle was there but had me come back for not having proper shoes . Just for me to come back and my vehicle wasn’t there the whole time . She knew she was wrong that’s why she didn’t take me and had the other lady doing it . I would visit another copart these people just gossip and do nothing all day with a line of people . Very unprofessional at least be competent with your job had me waiting for an an hour and a half . I wanted to spit on her but I didn’t trust her to not doing anything malicious like she already did . So I remained professional

Was in an accident on 9/4/23. My insurance company said my vehicle was towed to this company. I was told they would be directed to remove and return my personal items from the vehicle. They failed to return all of my items. Specifically the items located in the spare tire well. My vehicle came with a tire repair kit so i kept things like jacket, umbrella etc in case of emergency. The items were in great condition and from a job where fav boss passed away. So i would really like them back. I was told they were at the 13820 chuck lenzie ct location. I had difficulty finding this location. Called multiple times trying to get help. The phone was either answered by someone in another state who said they would transfer me to that location but basically put me back into the queue, or i got the rudest lady ever saying go on freeway to this street then go left, left, left. She said that location is open until 4:30pm which is when i work. My boss let me leave early and i still couldn't find it using her directions. I just want my belongings out of my car and to give the 2 key fobs to my car since the vehicle is expected to be totaled out.i would like a call back from a supervisor or manager and for them to move my personal items to another location for pick up, thank you

This Copart West in LV and the Copart sub-lot Lucky located north of Las Vegas have a wonderful team. I always enjoy working with them. They do everything they can to help you. Thank you guys. ON THE OTHER HAND the COPART located at LAMB BLVD in Las Vegas is not a pleasant place to go. The team there is rude. The employees on the office or the fork lift drivers outside make will feel uncomfortable. They don’t like when you ask questions. When you go there prepare to wait. If you arrive early, they won’t help you to get your vehicle earlier, even when you are there alone, I mean no other truck is there for several minutes (more than 30 minutes). They make you wait. Once, I wait there almost 2 hours to get one vehicle. 2 other drivers waiting the same amount of time. I picked vehicles there a few times. Every time is that same. Long wait and no help. Ridiculous. You can see that the fork lifters are not doing anything. Just having a free time. What bothers me the most is seeing their “favorite drivers” arriving a lot later than you and then seeing the fork lifters stop helping any other drivers and go and start helping their “buddies” (loading 5 cars for their buddy in less than 15 minutes. Yes, I saw it. I was there). Then when you go complain, the fork lifters come and give you all kind of cheap excuses saying the guy arrived earlier than you and start being aggressive with you. (Even damaging some vehicles when loading trailers of those that are NOT buddies. I saw that. The drivers do not complain because they don’t have support from Copart there). Then you go to the office to report what is happening outside and they say the same thing even when you can prove to them. If you are not a “buddy”, they won’t help you at all. Remember this Copart at Lamb Blvd is not a good place to go. They need some serious training in how to be a good team.

Most terrible Copart in US!!! I’ve been here a lot of times and always had a problem with them! Waiting time minimum 1-2 hours, stupid old woman working on front desk! And they don’t have equipment for loading from the side of your trailer!!!

It was saying 5 minute waiting and ended up be 40 minutes while basically was 0 people inside. Its insane. Every time i come back here worse and worse. Its small lot 10 people siting and i gotta wait 40 minutes to be assist all while i paying 800 auction fee on 2000$ purchase

I was here to sign over my total loss truck. It was stolen from me, and the thieves stripped it. Copart bought what was left.

My insurance company totalled may car and needed me to mail paperwork to this business on Clayton Street. Due to USPS issues, I contacted Copart directly to ask if I could hand-deliver my documents. From the first phone call to completing my forms inside the office, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I completed my forms with NO fuss at all. I am very happy with the people and the care they gave me.
