I WENT back today and they fixed the car. Apparently they didn't know they had to take the sensor of of the old drum and put it on the new one. I'm happy my car is fixed. I'm not happy I missed 2 days of work because of their lack of knowledge. I would greatly appreciate it if the owner would call me to discuss compensation* a reduction in my total. especially since the guy told me the more work I get done the better the deal he'll give me, the discount on my bill was 4 dollars!
Hello you guys!! I came in this morning around 9 am I needed my brakes done. shoes and drums. I came because the financing for repairs appealed to me. because I didn't have the funds to get it fixed. the man was so nice when I came in and I got approved for financing through another Company. I was to excited because I know I need my car worked on. the guy pulls it in. and I was recommended in addition to my brakes shocks and a tune up. the guy told me the more I get done the better the deal he will give me. he ran down the price and said he would give me an hour labor free. (I think they saw how much I got approved for and tried to run me up!) I didn't really care because I know my car could benefit from it all) he told me it will take until about 1pm. it didn't get done until 3pm. but whatever I am happy my car is fixed! and I can drive without worry. as soon as I pulled out the lot all the brake system lights came on and the car was accelerating very slowly! I went back and the guy told me they need to reset the system with the machine but cant do it until Monday. I TAKE A DEEP BREATH. and say ok. I had to be somewhere so I had to leave. EACH time I started my car it would not accelerate! I had to turn it off and start it again or drive it in circles to try and get it to go. the brake system lights are on. it it a HOT mess. my car never had any lights on or any problems. I just knew it needed brakes! I AM SURE THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THIS ! $1900.00 later!! I can not talk to anyone until Monday. I can not really go do my driving job because idk what happening with my car. it is not safe. I will say the brakes feel good and work but something is not right with my car. I have things to do and I can not do them in confidence. This is very unfortunate and I am disappointed, I will see you guys Monday! Have a happy weekend!
This place was a nightmare. I had a Groupon for a brake job. The mechanic said it would be $400. I told him I had a Groupon. He asked me how much I paid for it. When I showed him the Groupon, he said, "I don't have a reader to redeem it. Call Groupon to get a refund." Seriously? I filed for a refund from Groupon (twice), but they never got back to me. The Groupon expired and I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. They denied my claim stating that the mechanic said the work had been completed (which was a lie). Worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Beware.
Don't get close to this place!!!!!manipulated approch!!! They will take full advantage of your situation, over charge you on parts 3 times more than all online prices. Labor you can find cheaper in many other places. But caricature and attitude are worst i ever had to deal with in this industry. Stay away they know the game and maneuver their approch so they can rip you off.

This place is a rip off. I came into the area and needed my car fixed. The “discount” suggested in the name was nonexistent. And to top it off the car was not fixed! Brought it back twice and still have the same issue. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!
Don’t trust this place. They upcharge for parts and labor..Giovanni told me the part was $300, but it was only $180 at AutoZone. They charged me $500 for labor and the job would’ve took less than a hour, my labor should’ve only been $200 or so.
If I could give zero stars I would… I got my 2016 Malibu fixed here……. initially I took it to another shop to get it DIAGNOSED, i bought the diagnosis to Giovanni n they changed the break booster. Which is what the first shop diagnosis was. The car was still having the same issues so I brought it back bc he said the break booster he put in might be faulty. Giovanni shop then diagnosed the car on their own & it in-fact was the break booster he said, so he changed it again… got the car back. He told me everything looked good. If the issue continues it’s PROBABLY the vacuum pump, but couldn’t say for sure. It gave me no issues for 2 days n then it was the same exact issue. I called n asked can he take it to Chevy n pay for them to diagnose it since it’s the same issue that I paid him to fix, he said no. It could be the vacuum pump. After me CALMLY telling him it’s just unacceptable that I paid to have something fixed n it’s the same issue.. & the issue should’ve been properly diagnosed. he proceeds to tell me that I’m going between two shops & need to stick to one (I ONLY got it diagnosed at the first shop… no work), I have no knowledge of cars, & that he’s not gonna continue to work on the car bc I’m basically calling him lazy by saying he didn’t properly diagnose the car (never once called him lazy or disrespected him) But if there was a full diagnostics done on it… why couldn’t u be certain it was the vacuum pump or if there was another issue? Now I’m out of $750 ..paying for a issue that is still giving me problems. Great customer service & Great way to hustle a single mother out of her money. & please don’t respond lying saying I got loud or rude or cursed bc I never did. Never said anything out the way. My POINT was u diagnosed the car already AFTER the first shop n said it was the break booster, but still cannot find the exact issue. I was not comfortable paying for the vacuum pump to be replaced and u were not sure if that was even the exact issue. That’s why I asked could Chevy diagnose it. Now I see why ppl just go to the dealership. This has been a horrible experience n imma just start going to the dealership for all my repairs. I’d rather pay the extra money to have something done right. The first time. God bless.

I'll give this place 5 stars because the service required was done way faster than expected, but the price was not necessarily a "discount" price like the name of the company suggests. Given my situation I was kind of stuck and had to get my services done here and really had no negotiation opportunities because if they decided they didn't want to work with me then I already lost money. But overall my vehicle got in and out pretty fast and the staff was overall friendly.
Worst shop. Prices are ridiculous and cars are not properly fixed. Vehicles are entrusted to these people and they do not care or properly fix vehicles. Vehicles are in turn made worse. Do not bring your vehicle. here
I went to this auto repair shop to get my air conditioning fixed on Monday. As soon as I left the service airbag light was on and I called the shop immediately to know if I could bring my car back to have it looked at but was told to bring it in on Wednesday instead (I guess they were too busy). Wednesday comes around and my air conditioning is fixed but not the new airbag issue. I ask if they can fix it because I have a driving test scheduled the next day. He assures me that I can take the driving test with the airbag light on and I stupidly decide to believe it. Lo and behold, I was not able to take my driving test today because of the service airbag light. I went back to the repair shop letting him know I wasn’t able to take my driving test and if I could have the airbag issue looked at but he refused. I’m like seriously? I was told it would be looked at yesterday and I came to the shop without any issues but came out with issues. He then decides to accuse me of having done something to my passenger seat to damage the airbag. I will be filing a complaint with the department of motor vehicles compliance center.

I came into the shop right when they open told. Gave them the 3 parts I need installed on my car and they got right to work. No questions asked. Friendly, Quick, Very professional and in a timely matter. They fixed my car in the approximate time given to complete and even checked my car for other problems. I highly recommend them they are cheap and great outstanding service. These guys are my go to mechanics for now on.
Wow!! After all the bad auto places I have been in Las Vegas I finally found an honest affordable place to take my car. Went in for an oil change. Had a lot of maintenance work that need done prior to visit but everyone always tried to rip me off because I am a woman who they didn’t know I know cars. Giovanni was so helpful and honest and didn’t try to rip me off. Actually cut me deal and had an easy to qualify finance program that covered all the work needed to save the life of my car and keep me safe. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughter is now going in 3 days to get all the work on her car she has needed but held off because of shady mechanics at other shops. my headlight work on my Mitsubishi 2007 and it did a very nice job I could be able to see the road at night with two headlights instead of one they may do some work for me in the future coming up it did very good job
