We are locally owned and operated since 1986. We provide towing services to any auto shop, dealership, or private address needed. We can also provide roadside services such as tire changes, lockouts, battery jump, and fuel delivery. We also provide free property monitoring and illegally parked vehicle removals. We also have a monthly pubic indoor auto auction every 3rd Saturday of each month at 1:00pm. Viewing for the auction is Thursday and Fridays prior from 8:30am till 4:30 pm. We have food and cash drawings at the auctions as well!

I wish their auction starts onThursdays OR Fridays instead of Saturdays, Banks are closed late afternoon when the auction is over.
Few years ago I purchased a car in cash and paid it in full on Saturday right after the auction kept the car in their yard came back on Monday with stolen hubcaps and battery.
I did not get any refund Even though I showed them the actual pictures as showing prior on the review day and the auction date.
Auction cars never have visible actual mileage and pictures lack of details, waste of time to drive across town to review these cars and always get disappointed.
Shout out to Danny the Mechanic, got a flat today towards Indian Springs and he came out and put the spare on, wanted to tell him thank you! I greatly appreciate it!
Absolute worst! People are double parking on my street every day there’s times I can’t even park in front of my house. But when I come home to drop off lunch to my kids in front of my own house less than 10 minutes, my car gets towed. The funny thing is only a foot of my bumper is in the red. I had to chase him down the street and pay $300 out-of-pocket just so He’ll release my car. Total rip off.

If you get your car towed or do business with this place beware. They will scratch your car and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. I called them about my Corolla because when I received it back I got a small dent and scrap in front of my car. I talked to one of the guys who answered only for him to get defensive when I told him I have my pictures of my car aswell after he got smart by saying “well we take pictures of everything”.Only had it for a week and it DID NOT have a scratch on it. And when I ask for the owner of the place he’s never in. Told he will be in Mondays only for a lady to answer and tell me she doesn’t know when he is in lol ok even if I am wrong just send me the pictures so I can confirm if the scratch came from somewhere else. So far nothing after they lied and said they would be back with me. It’s been almost 2 weeks.
I arrived hoping to handle my business efficiently, but instead encountered an incredibly unprofessional and confrontational experience with Joe.
When I approached, Joe was already in a heated argument on the phone. I remained patient and respectful despite the energy he brought into our interaction. As he reviewed my documents, he incorrectly claimed the VIN number was missing from my bill of sale—even though it was clearly visible. I calmly pointed it out and also showed official U.S. Customs paperwork with a validation stamp proving I’m the legal owner of the vehicle.
Understanding that my vehicle is registered in Canada, I even tried to reason with him, knowing he might not be familiar with international documentation. Still, Joe insisted I leave the office at 2:30 a.m. to go print documents—something completely unreasonable, especially since we were already standing in an office with technology available. When I suggested emailing the documents, he said he had no email, which I found hard to believe in a professional setting. Then, after making me wait an hour for him to show up in the first place, he asked me to return at 6 a.m.
When I calmly pointed out the inconsistency in his actions, Joe became defensive and kicked me out of the office. While I was outside speaking with my mechanic and expressing my frustration, Joe burst out of the office aggressively, accusing me of things I never said. I told him, in context, “If you keep smoking those cigarettes, you’re going to die”—which he later twisted to say I threatened him. That was absolutely not the case.
Instead of de-escalating, Joe heightened the situation. He called the police and gave them a false narrative. This behavior felt targeted and discriminatory. Rather than maintaining professionalism, he chose to escalate and distort the facts.
I drove from the southwest area to handle my business properly and had all the required documentation to prove vehicle ownership. Joe even acknowledged it, then contradicted himself by saying I didn’t have it. His behavior—chain-smoking, yelling, and dismissing valid paperwork—was not only unhelpful but unprofessional and demeaning.
This experience was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. Better training, better professionalism, and basic respect go a long way. Unfortunately, Joe offered none of those. Joe didn’t know I was recording . SMH I don’t know how you’re going to explain those words and actions Mr Joe. I needed your help, I would dare be disrespectful to someone I need help from
Most people don't think of tow companies and staff as professional, but these guys are! From dealing with office staff to Randy the tow operator? Top notch!
Gave them a two star because at least they streamline getting their money. Otherwise, the staff does not care about the reason for towing cars. According to one of the staff's account the property manager called in a car at a certain address. They came to my address instead and towed my car. When I saw this error they changed their story to justify what they did. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff did everything but make that happen and kept punting me around to their coworkers rather than letting me speak to the manager/owner (I think they said his name was John... they probably made that up to) to cover their tails. Additionally, there were plenty of other cars (including the car at the address they wrote down that they allegedly had to pick up from) in violation and they did nothing about those even when the cars were reported again. To make matters worst, why would they quote $400+ to get your car back before 0800 and then drop the price to $331 after 8 am? Shady, rude, confused and unprofessional at all levels of their staffing from a scam company.
Called for a tow around 1am and from the dispatch on the call to the delivery of my car, everything went so smoothly! Joe Bills is an amazing tow truck driver and I appreciate the care he took with my car!
They tow my vehicle and they charged me every day. $85, but I received the notice after 10 days and I never know my vehicle is over there. That's the legal robbery.

Plus he keeps inside his truck super clean which was a plus and made the long ride with him even more enjoyable.
