I have contacted your office regarding the towing service that I requested. The car was never told all that it needed is a jump and the truck driver help me on that and the card work so there was no telling him lol I contacted your office to dispute the charge and refund it Yesterday and nobody called me back. I called again nobody call back because they phenomenal driver informed me that his office told him this is covered by the insurance so you guys need to get your act together and refund the charge because I am going to dispute it with my bank , and this is a very much unsatisfactory service. Thank you.
Do not call this number. I thought I was calling Sumerlin towing and it is a towing service called tow panda that sumerlin towing uses to shops around to see who is closest. After telling me they would have someone here to tow my truck with in 30-45 min and all I had to do is pay my invoice and they would get them on there way. So I payed my invoice and they told me that they would be on there way. After about 45 min the call me back and tell me it will be another 60-90min until the have someone here. Do not use this towing service. I am 2 miles away from my house and now I have to wait 2 hours in 105 degree heat for some tow company I didn’t call to tow me less then 5 min for $98. Honestly my best encounter with a tow company. Called them and they said a driver could be out there within 10 minutes. Moments later the driver called me and said he would in fact be there in 10 minutes. Driver was super nice and was able to get my f250 out of the middle of the road in no time.
Driver arrived within 30 minutes. He was professional and explained to me exactly what the problem was. He referred me to the place to buy a new battery. I give your company and A+. I will use it again if problems arise in the future. Thank you so much!!!!
iLwhile driving down the blvd I was pushed into a median. Slashed not one tire but 2. Called for a tow truck and they were there in 15 min!! Took the car to s local dealership and I was back on the road by 10 am. You people rock!
