They damaged my motorcycle during toe. Instead of doing the right thing they have chosen to lie.now I'm gonna have to file a complaint with the state and file a lawsuit waste a bunch of my time and when it's all over probably break even but this behavior isn't acceptable

I got the the address at 426pm they was one perosn been help with the last few thing to finish the transaction after a few minutes of waiting patiently they did mention they would be with me in a minute. the paper work and everything on the building took about 25 to 30. they said the car would be out in a few minutes I could wait outside and witness the car been pull out to parking lot. 45 minutes ago and still no sign of car been put out with 110• is ridiculous no one has come into the building at all and one tow truck came in dropped off and left..and still waiting only reason I give a one rating is bc the y I ung ladyvthat help me was very attractive.. After the tow truck been sitting patiently waiting on me I went isde and ask long before the car would be pull out? their answer by two at the same time was... YOU GUESSED IT WE ARE WORKING ON my response was I know you are could I get a time frame bc my tow guy is ready to leave I dint get a time frame I walk out. still waiting.

EXCEPT for having to drive from Centennial Hills to this location in 111 degrees vs NLV & almost $375 for 1 night to get my sons car, staff very personable & professional.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Rude employees they wouldn’t let us into are own car to get our belongings( after being towed illegally and told we were towed for many different reasons all of which were not true) and hung up on me after i called multiple times. -10/10 stars this place needs to be shut down!!!!!

Start off by sayingI would give this place a -10 stars if I could.Terrible experience, they towed my car and then Autumn the girl working there hung up on me 3 times and proceeded to upcharge me after 20 mins. I called back and it was $100 more to get my truck out. She was rude, gave attitude and ignored all customers inside. They didn’t even try to hide the fact the up charged They wrote the first number and then scratched it out on the receipt copy and then wrote a higher number. Only upside of this whole experience was a worker named Nicole, she was so friendly and nice and helped me get my truck out faster. I had to call the police 2 times to come deal with this horrible place. Autumn needs to be fired. She is very unprofessional and is a terrible person

This company goes into people's apartment complex and tows vehicles for no reason.are they desperate for money?I live in an apartment and we don't have them as a towing company here..we have kings towing.soooo my question is why did they come into our gated community,the front gate had a malfunction and stayed open.now tenants have to pay for the towing.FOR NO REASON..

Jason and Chia were great! They explained everything well and gave great directions! After I paid, Chia walked me to the yard and directed me out. It sucks to have your car towed, it’s expensive, but I had a great experience getting it back with them. Thank you!

For being for being the victim of a stolen automobile and having to pay $386 to get my property back is absolutely ridiculous and they're getting so much money on our account something needs to be put into the legislature to stop this this is absolutely absurd victims of a crime and yet we have to pay to get our property back

What an amazing, well-coordinated team! They were able to get my 32’ RV towed out of Meadview, AZ and back to Las Vegas, NV. They kept me well informed on their progress and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Shout out Jesse, Julie, Roger and Tiffany. Thank you all so much!

As someone stated below, businesses such as these are normally not a choice. However, if somehow you have one, do not choose here. It was absolutely horrible. 0/10 stars. The reason being even when they clearly knew you were the owner of the vehicle they STILL tried to stop you from retrieving it. They will make up rules to do so if they feel like it. I want to make it very clear, this is the MANAGEMENT in the store, not the regular employees for the MOST part because a few of them are like the management. Being rude and loving to tell you “no” are what they enjoy.

Great option for towing an RV or motorhome. Roger & his team were wonderful. They quoted an hour or two before they'd arrive and showed up in one. Upon our initial call, Roger offered to bring out water & food once he learned we'd been sitting on the side of the highway already for four hours prior to connecting with them. They dropped our motorhome off at the shop and us at the hotel. Thank you!

Usually people only deal with places like this when they HAVE TO, not by choice. But if you find yourself having to choose between this and another place GO WITH THE OTHER GUY. I only wanted to get into my friend car, with her permission to get her purse. Drove all the way across town 4X to be told different each time. I had ALL of the proper paperwork in hand last time and was told to my face that the moving permit was fraud (it was not and was issued by the DMV), I had power of attorney papers signed and notarized and STILL was denied. Within minutes of me leaving, my friends cousin showed up with NONE OF THE PAPERWORK and they let her into the car. If nothing else that alone shows they do whatever they want and follow rules only when they want to follow rules. Two front desk ladies were more pleasant than not, wait time on 3 of the 4 occasions was nowhere close to acceptable given the number of employees standing around doing seemingly nothing. No, they are more concerned with the coloring pages hung up around the office apparently. Great work ethic! Way to stand out among the rest!

I wish I could give this business zero stars. The worst experience I have had with ANY business in a long time. My vehicle was towed due to a car accident I was in. Metro just used the company who was on call that day and the took my car away. The next day, my insurance claims adjuster called me, and asked me to call the tow yard as they had some requirements to release my vehicle to the body shop. When I called, I spoke with a girl who was rude to begin with then told me I needed to meet the new tow truck at their yard to release the vehicle and bring some forms, documents and my ID as they would not release it without it. This shop is 45 minutes one way from my home, and at this point I did not have a rental car yet so, to say this was a huge imposition was saying it lightly. I called the body shop back to ask how to coordinate this, and the office manager was shocked that I was being asked to do this, and she had never heard of them needed all of this documentation from me specifically and they have never had to have a vehicle owner meet their tow truck. She suggested I call them back to confirm. I called Snap back and asked my questions, the girl just said hold on and placed me on hold. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES (see attached picture). I hung up at that point and called them back, another girl answered, and told me a whole different list of requirements and things I needed to do. I told her I was confused as this was so different from the first set of steps I was asked to complete and she hung up on me. My body shop, ended up just sending their tow truck with none of the documentation I was told I needed to bring. I met the body shop tow truck at their shop as I needed to get my garage door opener out of my car. When I opened my car, it clearly had been gone though. The center console's contents were all over the passenger seat. The glove box contents were on the floor in front of passenger seat. My trunk organizer items were all removed and scattered over the back seat. None of this was like this when I sent off my car. Additionally, I am missing two phone chargers that I know were in my center console

Called last night and the guy told me $260 to tow my car. Company is literally 1.5 miles from my house and i needed a tow to the auto mall, which might be a mole away at best. Told him no thanks. Called back this morning to try again and see if the price would be different because it wasnt late at night. Lady told me they only do towing for police and something else. I guess its not worth their time to do a quick and short tow job. Smh.

I have to give them 5 stars because of their employee Brody. He helped us with looking at cars at their auction and he was amazing. This was our first time doing the car auction and he made us feel at ease with everything. We ended up with a 1999 Honda Accord and it has been working great so far. This company is better because of Brody and I hope they know what a stellar employee they have on their team.

This Tow Company is the example of why tow companies get a bad name. A call to NTA is in order!!! There is no reason to treat people like they are criminals when in turn its this company is guilty of being criminals. Not to late to train your staff to work with the public rather then against them! We aren't visiting the DMV or government agent. From one Tow Company to another, change your ways, it helps us all!!!

Do not hire this company in any way until they clean up their act. Unethical and predatory towing practices stalking parking lots during the day. Snap towing truck 139 was spotted on several different days waiting in the planet fitness parking lot to tow cars while people are working out.

The most nasty and unprofessional staff I’ve ever had experience with. My 22 year old sister was in an accident and metro called Snap Towing to the scene. She only had liability insurance so she asked the tow driver for the rates. All he said was “expensive” and walked away. Later on he mimicked and mocked her until she was in tears. Metro gave her the option to have Snap Towing take her car or call her own tow. She told him not to take her car and he took it anyways and then billed the storage $400 so she wouldn’t be able to get her car back until she paid it. We tried to call and get it sorted out. I spoke to three people including a manger over the course of two days. After explaining the situation, the manager said “Okay so what do you want me to do about that? What’s your question?” And then hung up on me despite me being incredibly nice to her. Nobody wants to be in a position where they need their car towed. Instead of helping an already difficult and stressful situation, this company and staff uses it as an opportunity to demean and prey on their customers knowing they will not be held accountable for their treatment of people.

Worst company EVER. I would give this company a o star if I could. Their driver Matt took 2 and a half hours to pick up my car . After finally arriving he was extremely rude and very nasty and still NEVER picked up the car. Then had the guts to say that he was going to charge me for the tow that didn't happen. WOW REALLY????? Don't walk but run from this company and their rude pathetic employee.

Worst experience! Called three times first two times great- then j got the reason the complaints are so- this lady called herself manager and wouldn’t hear me out about releasing the car to a insurance company all she concerned about is her fee if she would of stayed quiet and get it the gestapo attitude I would of paid and get reimbursed I’m talking a 40k Harley- I survived a accident and blessed to be alive- I own my own business you don’t treat customers like that cause they have questions and you lose company money or you trying to extend fees I don’t know it’s sad- stay away worst contraption!

The first lady we dealt with was a complete c#+. She was rude and disrespectful and had the nerve to not even have the correct car pulled up. The manager was much easier to talk to but overall it was a terrible experience.

The Rudest, nastiest, unprofessional staff I have ever delt with. What happens when you give authority to a would be lesser person in society, TYRANT. The staff is very rude from the very first step into the office. They are not there to help. I don’t understand how owners let some people control their business knowing how they treat their customers. Not only is it bad service but I would have to say poor ownership to allow your employees to treat public customers the way they do. They definitely need to be recorded and broadcasted for the world to see. Accountability of your employees needs to start somewhere. If you have to do business in this office, be prepared for a very untrained, unprofessional, tyrannical staff. Good Luck.

I was stranded approximately 250 miles north of Vegas on hwy 93 narrow road plus No cell service I was driving a class A RV. I had to call 911 who patched me to Quality Tow they had no one available but passed me to Snap Towing. From the lady who answered to Rodger who came for me then later Sam on a relocate all were very helpful as my situation was not good being stranded. The tow was approximately 11 hours from time Rodney left Vegas to get me then arrived in Vegas around 4am next day.I took a chance on Lazy Days RV but they were unable to even check I then called On the Spot mobile RV mechanics who spent 2 hours to trace problem apparently the coach was in a high crime area so we moved to the mechanic’s facility as parts would take a few days. Rodger said if relocate needed he would make the cost low, Sam from snap came out and moved both drivers know their stuff I was there both times. I was happy with the way I was treated plus the professional ability of both drivers

I went when my car was stolen. The G.I. Jane looking girl was just super rude. The other lady, the African American lady was such a sweetheart. She is great. I couldn't even go back to see my car. I showed i was the owner of the car and even still she said no to seeing my car. I get that they Get rude customers, but being out of state they would be understanding. No. Anyways, i would recommend being slightly more understanding of people. Overall i would rate the workers a 5 out of 5 and g.i. Jane a 1 star. The other lady a 5/5. If you own a Hyundai just install a kill switch cause it is easy to steal.

If I could give this company a 10 star ⭐ I would do so. I would like to first start off by saying thank you so much Jorge for your great and wonderful customer service. This is the fastest towing I have ever had. I called to have my vehicle towed and I just knew it would take about an hour or so for the tow truck to arrive. This company had someone there at my location within 20 minutes. Not only was the tow company quick and efficient, but Jorge waited on me to arrive at the location. I was riding my bike and if you live in Vegas we all know how hot it’s been, so my arrival time was thrown off. Jorge patiently waited on me to arrive. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Just know when you call for towing be close by because their response time is quick. This is a very reliable company. Thank you again so much for your wonderful service
