SNAP Towing JunkYard in Henderson (NV)

The most nasty and unprofessional staff I’ve ever had experience with. My 22 year old sister was in an accident and metro called Snap Towing to the scene. She only had liability insurance so she asked the tow driver for the rates. All he said was “expensive” and walked away. Later on he mimicked and mocked her until she was in tears. Metro gave her the option to have Snap Towing take her car or call her own tow. She told him not to take her car and he took it anyways and then billed the storage $400 so she wouldn’t be able to get her car back until she paid it. We tried to call and get it sorted out. I spoke to three people including a manger over the course of two days. After explaining the situation, the manager said “Okay so what do you want me to do about that? What’s your question?” And then hung up on me despite me being incredibly nice to her. Nobody wants to be in a position where they need their car towed. Instead of helping an already difficult and stressful situation, this company and staff uses it as an opportunity to demean and prey on their customers knowing they will not be held accountable for their treatment of people.

This Tow Company is the example of why tow companies get a bad name. A call to NTA is in order!!! There is no reason to treat people like they are criminals when in turn its this company is guilty of being criminals. Not to late to train your staff to work with the public rather then against them! We aren't visiting the DMV or government agent. From one Tow Company to another, change your ways, it helps us all!!!

Worst experience! Called three times first two times great- then j got the reason the complaints are so- this lady called herself manager and wouldn’t hear me out about releasing the car to a insurance company all she concerned about is her fee if she would of stayed quiet and get it the gestapo attitude I would of paid and get reimbursed I’m talking a 40k Harley- I survived a accident and blessed to be alive- I own my own business you don’t treat customers like that cause they have questions and you lose company money or you trying to extend fees I don’t know it’s sad- stay away worst contraption!

Do not hire this company in any way until they clean up their act. Unethical and predatory towing practices stalking parking lots during the day. Snap towing truck 139 was spotted on several different days waiting in the planet fitness parking lot to tow cars while people are working out.

The Rudest, nastiest, unprofessional staff I have ever delt with. What happens when you give authority to a would be lesser person in society, TYRANT. The staff is very rude from the very first step into the office. They are not there to help. I don’t understand how owners let some people control their business knowing how they treat their customers. Not only is it bad service but I would have to say poor ownership to allow your employees to treat public customers the way they do. They definitely need to be recorded and broadcasted for the world to see. Accountability of your employees needs to start somewhere. If you have to do business in this office, be prepared for a very untrained, unprofessional, tyrannical staff. Good Luck.

Worst company EVER. I would give this company a o star if I could. Their driver Matt took 2 and a half hours to pick up my car 🚗. After finally arriving he was extremely rude and very nasty and still NEVER picked up the car. Then had the guts to say that he was going to charge me for the tow that didn't happen. WOW REALLY????? Don't walk but run from this company and their rude pathetic employee.

The first lady we dealt with was a complete c♡#+. She was rude and disrespectful and had the nerve to not even have the correct car pulled up. The manager was much easier to talk to but overall it was a terrible experience.

The lady that’s on the phone with an attitude is very rude and unhelpful. Disrespectful even. All I needed was info on my car that they towed after an accident.

Excellent communication. Quick and easy and even let us know they would be coming early. Driver was also quick, efficient and communicated clearly the expectations. Worked out perfect and would definitely use again!

Most horrible service ever , the driver would not give me a price only had to tow the car 11 miles and charged me 377.00 Driver told me that it would be cheaper like 185.00 but would not disclose price until he tried to hold my car for ransom saying this is the price or i'll take it to my lot and impound it. The driver suggested that I take my infinity to his body shop and not the one I instructed him and he would save me money, i declined and was overcharged and hit with a exorbitant bill or he would keep my car Beware of this company date of tow 3/16/2024 Terrible Terrible business practice

I went when my car was stolen. The G.I. Jane looking girl was just super rude. The other lady, the African American lady was such a sweetheart. She is great. I couldn't even go back to see my car. I showed i was the owner of the car and even still she said no to seeing my car. I get that they Get rude customers, but being out of state they would be understanding. No. Anyways, i would recommend being slightly more understanding of people. Overall i would rate the workers a 5 out of 5 and g.i. Jane a 1 star. The other lady a 5/5. If you own a Hyundai just install a kill switch cause it is easy to steal.

I was stranded approximately 250 miles north of Vegas on hwy 93 narrow road plus No cell service I was driving a class A RV. I had to call 911 who patched me to Quality Tow they had no one available but passed me to Snap Towing. From the lady who answered to Rodger who came for me then later Sam on a relocate all were very helpful as my situation was not good being stranded. The tow was approximately 11 hours from time Rodney left Vegas to get me then arrived in Vegas around 4am next day.I took a chance on Lazy Days RV but they were unable to even check I then called On the Spot mobile RV mechanics who spent 2 hours to trace problem apparently the coach was in a high crime area so we moved to the mechanic’s facility as parts would take a few days. Rodger said if relocate needed he would make the cost low, Sam from snap came out and moved both drivers know their stuff I was there both times. I was happy with the way I was treated plus the professional ability of both drivers

They Tow one Of Our Trucks back to the Dealer in Las Vegas, in February 05, the truck stay there for 3 Days and Yesterday February 21st. the drive shaft felt to the ground, I call the Dealer and my driver to se who install the drive shaft back after been tow and they both say the towing company did it, I call snap towing to se what they could do to fix their mistake and they won't accept their blame, now I am on the hook for $1,800 Repair . Beware of this guys, call anybody else and save your self fot a future nightmare

If I could give this company a 10 star ⭐️ I would do so. I would like to first start off by saying thank you so much Jorge for your great and wonderful customer service. This is the fastest towing I have ever had. I called to have my vehicle towed and I just knew it would take about an hour or so for the tow truck to arrive. This company had someone there at my location within 20 minutes. Not only was the tow company quick and efficient, but Jorge waited on me to arrive at the location. I was riding my bike 🚲 and if you live in Vegas we all know how hot it’s been, so my arrival time was thrown off. Jorge patiently waited on me to arrive. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Just know when you call for towing be close by because their response time is quick. This is a very reliable company. Thank you again so much for your wonderful service

Placed a bid on a car that the engine is blown in! Need to be more prompt and upfront with details was hours later that the response was “car doesn’t run or start. Scammers

Stay away from these people they are a rip off. My truck was 50 miles from Vegas they charged over 4.25 hours and $309 in fuel the total bill was over 1500. These people are road pirates. Stay away from them!

I did not use this business, but the reckless driving of one of their tow trucks told me enough about their professionalism and care for their clients. Their tow truck was weaving in and out of lanes going upwards of 15mph over speed limit (they passed a speed check) and all the reviews on google proved me correct. I would not trust this company with any vehicle I remotely cared for.

My son died in a motorcycle accident and snap towing was called to take his motorcycle from the scene of the accident. Since I've received several registered letters in my sons name for charges related to the tow. U can take the motorcyle and the charges and shove them u know where, u uncompationate, heartless people!

Damaged my vehicle and refuses to be held accountable. Theyre police contractors 🐷🐷🐷. All i gotta say..

This place is highway robbery, not only do they take your car and sell it for a big profit but they do not even allow you to properly gain your items that is in the vehicle. Only one person allowed to retrieve items. Deal where you must walk in to retrieve your items you cannot bring another vehicle to properly take everything for the one time free access.

Called the company to get one of my feet vehicles towed and the lady answering the phone was not only rude, she stated that they only do account tows and highway patrol. She hung up and didn't give an option to setup an account. This is definitely not any company that you would want to associate with, totally unprofessional!!! How do they have any City or State contracts with their level of service?

They did their job sucks that my car was towed but they didn’t give me not fuss about it we’re straight forward no attitude I can respect that.

We appreciate the fact they didn't charge as much as any other tow company would charge day by day... The man who answered the phone was real nice and helpful. I had my accident on Friday. My sister and I in front of cops asked their tow driver to take my car to our own body shop which was only 10 minutes away from the accident’s location. The driver said no and he said that it was his responsibility to take the car to Copart. I came to copart and they said that I had the right to take my car to a different location and they also told me that snap towing always do that to overcharge their customers! the accident happened in summerlin, why did they take my car to North Las Vegas? God knows! I called them again and the receptionist on the phone was super mean and at the same time rude! I asked her what was her name, she responded that she doesn’t need to tell me her name! Excuse me? If you’re a receptionist, you have to introduce your name. Anyway after 10 minutes putting me on hold she said: unfortunately we can’t find the driver! And she said her name was Julie! I am 100% sure that she lied to me because she knew I’m gonna report her! Do not call this place and stay awayyyyyyy from them, they overcharge you and when you call, they say that they are not responsible for anything! FYI, I’m also missing my AirPods! If I could I would give them a zero star because they are not even a one star!
