Had the part I needed, the guy from Ohio was great, even the girl from the Upper Peninsula was great!

Excellent Experience in Every Way!!! Always a stressful time when making a decision to depart from a loyal car. But there is a time when it is necessary. After going through several options including considering investing more money into repairs I had to accept that the cost would far exceed the value. I called Pick-A-Part Henderson and spoke with Jackson. He took the information regarding my (S500 Mercedes 2004) Milage, Condition and Title. Of course I had already knew that the cash offered would be in the range $400 dollars. I received an offer of $425 of which I accepted. The cars suspension are shot and the car was parked on a downslope with the wheels turned to the curb. The car was literally sitting on the wheels. The Tow Driver (Julian) is truly professional. He displayed his expertise as he loaded the car within 5 minutes. I signed over the Title and received the check. The money helps with payment towards another car that I purchased. I figured all and all that I saved money from free towing and no expensive repairs. A Win Win !Thank You Pick-A-Part Henderson for helping me get through this with ease and precision.

The people working there were friendly and helpful. I went for a part for an old Toyota Highlander, they had three on the lot. When I went there to look you could tell people had come through and stripped all the easy to remove and resell parts off all three vehicles, there wasn't much havestable stuff left at all, so it was sort of a wasted trip.

They didn't have the vehicle I needed on stock during my visit, but the yard is very clean and well maintained. Great selection of vehicles and fully paved with concrete in some areas. Friendly staff at the gate!

Both locations are organized and easy to locate what you are looking for...via your smartphone on their website. The inventory changes quite a bit.

Yunk cars what do you spect? Sometimes you find the parts that you need lot of selection of cars I think if you need to go you really need to bring the right tools to pull your parts self service place other than that I have fun going there. Bring your water or some hydrating liquid it's gets so hot in summer ⏲

I used to love going to this yard, but their prices have gone way, way up recently. No longer worth buying the parts, they can keep them. Staff can be rude. They close at 4:30, but at 4:10 I was told by an employee that I had 5 seconds to get to the gate because they were closing. I definitely won't be going there much anymore.

Love how they've ill text you and infirm you when the car youre looking for arrives at their facility. Prices are way better than kingman AZ and it's not so far into las vegas that you have to deal with traffic.

Been coming here getting parts since my 1990 firebird in high-school and im 37 now the prices are cheap and I always find what I want eventually lol today I had to go find a new star for my Mercedes cause after I got it back from the body shop brand new some hater tried to steal it of the car just my luck the guys here are always fair on the prices and they have a warranty on all parts everything cost me 7 bucks trust me you cant beat that the guy at closing time was super cool and showed me exactly where to find my star wifey and i couldn't be happier

They have pretty much every part you need, sometimes if it's a specialty part you're going to have to go to the north town location they have more Vehicles there it seems. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and somewhat helpful to an extent.

Good customer service skills I just don't like the way they took their prices up

Great Place to get affordable parts. Huge selection from two properties. Use their online search system to find what you need.

I just picked up a few parts for my 2001 Acura. Pov A part is where to find all the needs for your vehicle and the customer service is great I love this guys

Always nice to visit because if you go to their website they will tell you what kind of cars they have and when they did arrive which is the most wonderful thing because I buy and sell cars and usually they have the parts for the cars I go there far. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who has a used car or two

One of the cleanest salvage location I ever seen good size with friendly helpful employees

This location is not huge but has a good selection of older vehicles. Nothing very new unfortunately but it’s only $1 to get in. Parts seem a little pricy for what you have to get yourself.

Espero el dueño mire esto es su negocio y pues son sus precios y eso se respeta pero pues uno va al yo que pensando encontrar piesas más baratas que en línea fui por un radiador y un par de abanicos para un honda 2008 el solo radiador 70 dólares en línea me salió en 56 dólares y el par de abanicos me salieron en 76 el par y en el yonque me los daban en 43 cada uno en total 86 dólares solo es un comentario para el dueño y respeto q es su negocio

Prices have gone up so much lately,some parts have doubled in price.I have been getting parts at full service wreckers like TNH and B & R for less $ and they pull the part

There really Stupid here, common sense drove right past this place...

04/18/23 This location sent out a driver who had a check for $375.00. it didn't clear the bank. It bounced. I don't understand how a business that was referred to me by another fellow veteran. I'm telling everyone STOP!! I'm currently on hold two days later filing a report. This is so frustrating people.i don't wish this on anyone. Shame on you PIC A Part. DON'T SELL YOUR CAR HERE.

Clean facility, friendly people, and wide range of vehicles to pull parts from. Saved about $200 in parts alone, tail light was $30, glove box was $12 and vent cover was $2.

I could not believe today. We were looking for a radiator for my son’s 07 Malibu with fan and shroud. We unbolted it and took it to the front office and for the used radiator that was a little banged up and the broken shroud they quoted me $165.00. I said no and went home and ordered all new parts for $195.00. It is no longer worth it to buy the used parts when they charge almost as much as new.

I was totally disgusted with the staff and how incredibly rude and abrasive they were to me. I will NEVER step a foot on ANY PART OF THIS PLACE AGAIN, I WOULDNT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE.DISCUSTING PEOPLE.RUDE & ON DRUGS HORRIBLE PLACE

Nevada Pic-A-Part, my husband's favorite place to go... He truly acts like a kid in a candy store when he is here. Me on the other hand..., honestly all these wrecked cars freak me the heck out! So I usually wait in the parking lot patiently doing my makeup or nails waiting for my grease covered husband to get in the car. This junk yard is pretty convenient for someone who works on cars (whether or be their own or it's their profession) that is trying to save some money on parts.

They used to be kind of shady a few years back ! I don't know if they got new management or someone bought the place ? However

It is too expensive,and bad attendants ,women need pay for entry to the junk.
