How to drive 70 MI twice just to get the right part. But eventually got it their communication in the front and to the back not so great the guys on the phone or out of Oregon but overall got the right part and they fixed everything

I just want to do a shout out for Shannon at the Henderson NV office for helping me get an engine for my Scion TC. They have changed there policy in June of 2025 here at the Henderson store. They will No Longer allow anyone to walk the open parts yard. I've been buying things for a 2002, F-250 4x4 single cab. I pulled some chrome tow hooks off of a wrecked Platinum and had to cut them down to fit on my truck and they fit perfectly now. I wouldn't have even thought about it if I wasn't walking the yard. I also wanted to get a tire from them as well to replace the 24 year old spare on the flatbed and I couldn't buy one......why Not!!!! Apparently the other B &R yard on the west side of Vegas has been completely closed since June. The web site has not been 100% either the yard personnel don't take very good pictures of the incoming vehicles. I hope upper management reads this because you are Not helping the local backyard DIY guys that like to do there own work. Please open up your yards again.

The lady was helpful but couldnt see what was in the yard. I need sideview mirrors and again nothing popped up on the screen. Rather disappointing I didn't get anymore information

If you need something from the yard don't go, apparently they don't let people back there anymore and if you want them to look for you it's a 50 dollar charge unless they don't find it.

From the morning onwards calling in English and Spanish and those who answer seem to need 100% English and Spanish service I am still waiting for the call. A total waste of time!!! A very bad experience

This has been a whole ordeal from the part not being as advertised to ordering online from them only to have prices be higher then parts not being shipped when delays happened we felt like we were not important enough to be notified calling to inquire about the part delivery was such a hassle they keep you on hold but never actually had any answers until we drive to the actual store very upset

Ive en countered SO MANY unpleasant moments here at B & R over the past 2 months but last Friday on the 6th has to be by far the worst I went in to check for a part. While waiting in line I experienced something that can only describe as ridiculous. The customer in front of me was there to pick up his part from what I gathered. He was treated extremely rudely by the woman who said she was in charge. I went out to the yard to go look at another part I need for my dealer and I hear the same lady yelling at what looks like an employee… no one wants to be out in the yard and hear “ oh I can get rid of anyone because the store manager dose what I say “ I don’t think I want to ever come back or refer anyone to this place, I’d rather take my shop business else where. We’re all humans there’s no need to treat anyone like an animal and be so disrespectful, If she doesn’t know how to treat employees I see why she definitely can’t treat customers right either. She seemed to simply be on a power trip and has no common decency on how to speak to people or treat a customer. Even the employees seemed embarrassed. Not a good look.

Whenever I can receive the part that I've ordered I'm generally satisfied, but over the last five times I've used the website to order there's always an issue. First, there's supposed to be an email or call when the order is ready for pickup, and there has never been one in the time I've ordered parts from here, which has been several years, and when I reach out they're usually unsure if it's completed or not, so I go down to the location. When I arrive either I'm told to go to the back where they're unable to find the part, or I'm told at the counter that the part is cancelled but they're unsure why. When it is cancelled they're unsure of who is going to issue the refund or when it may happen, and after asking several times I'm told that the commerce department needs to be contacted because it's not an automatic refund on a part that they cancelled. I’m unsure if this is a commerce department issue where every part I order has already been sold when I purchased it or my location, but it’s not the greatest waiting a week or two each time to find out the item I thought I was going to get, I will not be getting. I enjoy the ability to order online so over the span of a year I've just hoped that each occurrence is a fluke, but I cannot order a part without an issue occurring. The most recent part I ordered over a week ago has no update, no contact, I've had to reach out to them as the order still says processing. But although it still says processing my credit charge was reversed, which sounds like once again an order has been cancelled and no one has reached out. I've spoken to Michael from the Oregon location in the past who is extremely helpful and friendly, although it seems my particular location has issues. Michael assisted me in ordering a carpet for my car at one point to my location in which insisted they didn't have that was shipped from Oregon, but after him calling them several times, it showed up and was given to me less than an hour later in what seemed like dismay to them. Edit: I was spoken to regarding this experience, and on my most recent order there was a significant improvement in communication, including images of the item before it arrived. (Thankfully it wasn't cancelled.) The most recent experience was wonderful but to be expected after being spoken to, hopefully it is consistent in future experiences as well, I'll update as I have future orders to speak from. Edit 2: Just had my first order in five months, ordered online around the sixth of May, was excited to get it. Noticed I hadn't received a shipping notification so I checked my bank and the order was refunded on the thirteenth, no email reaching out, no phone call, doesn't say it on the website, waited several days after, currently writing this on the fifteenth. Sad and disappointing, not really any other way to describe it, and wouldn't have even known if I hadn't checked for the reversal of funds.

I didn't check the name, but the employee with a beard on his chin was very rude and sloppy. He wouldn't let me use the bathroom, and because the part was defective, he charged me 25% of the return price, and he also took a shipping fee from the return price. He was very rude, so I never want to come here again.

On December 2nd I called and had a side mirror pulled for my vehicle. Once I arrived in store the next day to pick it up they had pulled the wrong side. I didn’t really worry about that because I started talking to Seth and he told me that the side I needed they didn’t have at that location and he was going to have it shipped to me since I didn’t live in the area. Seth told me as soon as he got it shipped and had a tracking number he would call me back. Just over a week goes by on the 11th and I still haven’t heard anything so I called back and as it turns out the shipping wasn’t paid by anyone so the order was in limbo. I was unaware of this as I was told a week prior I didn’t need to do anything else while I was on site and they would call me with a tracking number. And no one called or notified me of this. So while on the phone I paid the shipping in hopes that I would finally get the mirror. Once again I was told I would get a call back with the tracking number. Two weeks goes by and still no call with a tracking number. I just assumed they forgot and the mirror was in the mail and almost here. So I called to get the tracking number and the status of the order. Seth couldn’t provide me with a tracking number because the order still wasn’t shipped or processed. That was on the 23rd and I was told once again they would get it figured out and call me with an update and a tracking number. It is now the 2nd of January and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I have already paid for the mirror and the shipping. And no one is communicating with me on this order. If you have to deal with them shipping anything don’t bother with this company.

Josh answered the phone and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere else I called they weren’t as helpful or polite. I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot. I’ve been in automotive repair for a while and can tell when a dismantler is trustworthy.

B&R is quickly becoming my go to for parts. Their prices are fair and sometimes even rival the prices of self-serve wrecking yards. Customer service is good, although, they're not super easy to reach by phone, however with their sales representatives and online live-chat, it's pretty quick and easy to get the answers you're looking for. The online ordering process is also fairly easy and low stress, although the website search functions are a little clunky and could use some improvement/debugging. The on-location staff is very friendly and solutions oriented. A part I recently needed wasn't quite ready, but was told it should have been. They offered to ship the part to me free of charge, especially since I had traveled quite a distance to pick the parts up. They are also pretty good with condition reports on the parts as well. The parts I received were in much better shape than described and came with parts attached to the assembly that other wrecking yards would've taken off, damaged during dismantling, or charged for at the door.

Would reccomend for a pinch. They were a little short or busy and my Spanish is terrible so no biggie. They are a decent sized shop and will work with your schedule, or let you source parts. $900 for a dmv inspection/cert, tow, after installing bumper, two headlights, tail light and trunk light. I provided the parts bringing it from $1800. This was a quote but if I had just nodded my head, they would have charged it. They had no problem with me leaving it there almost a month though. And you can source new parts from Amazon/partsgeek 30% cheaper than them, the parts yard down boulder 80%+ cheaper.

NEVER COME HERE!! They wasted so much of my time. They don't make it easy to contact them over the phone. When I did finally get ahold of them, I was instructed to verify that the transmission was in acceptable condition. I drove 45 min to be told they needed 2 days to pull it from the shelf! The only thing that kept my spirits up was that the girl at the counter LITERALLY fell asleep in front of me at least 3 times. I don't know but after a bit of negotiation, I left with the understanding that they would have it ready for me the next morning. Once again, I drove 45 min to pick it up and....... NOPE. Not even a call or notification that they could not locate the part. I will never be coming back to this sorry excuse of a business again.

My Rep Ted Miland took good care of me at B&R through out the entire process. He was very attentive and always quick to respond to my messages. There was an issue with the engine i bought, it was still under warranty, and they honored that warranty and got me back up and running . There’s always small issues that come up when doing an engine swap , but it felt good to know B&R and Ted were on my side the entire time. I highly recommend calling B&R first before going anywhere else for your parts.

Ordered a driver side seat with electric controls, the whole process was simple and quick over the phone, had to wait since it was shipped from out of state. The problem was when i went to go pick it up i did a quick inspection of the seat, some tears but i was told about that before I purchased it. For some reason someone im assuming from b&r decided to cut instead of unplugging the wire harness, which i thought was pure laziness because it was little to know effort to unplug it from the original seat i was replacing. Any ways what should of been a type of plug n play situation i have to spend over an hour splicing every single wire, thankfully the seat worked.

Made me stand there for 25 minutes waiting to check in, when it took me only 30 seconds to look at the item that Joseph suggested I come take a look at and realize that it was too damaged for me to use. Very disappointed that I had to wait nearly a half an hour to go into the public area, only to realize that I've wasted a half an hour of my day when we had to find something before everyone closed at 3:00 p.m. and not very cordial either. Do yourself a favor call the office and ask for Joseph, he'll find all the parts you need, don't mess with the yard until you've called him. You're wasting your time maybe like I did.

I Recommend going to the Henderson Location. Joe was extremely helpful, he walked us to the location of the parts, brought one of the cars down on a forklift and when we bought the AC compressor he hooked up a nice discount. I'll be going back for sure.

Honestly my honest opinion I love b&r the fact that I got my transmission sent from Washington to vegas was just amazing there customer service amazing the I got a core return so I got money back for a old transmission amazing I recommend b&r to anyone and everyone
