My car broke down on base. They got here within 20 minutes and was super awesome about stopping and getting a pass for base access. Rate is less than half of the other company we called. Very friendly and helpful will 100% recommend. I know who to call next time I'm in a bind.

WOW! I was stranded about 8 miles out of Hawthorne, middle of nowhere,m towing a 5th wheel. Geico roadside found Custom Towing and I can't believe how lucky I am they did. Geico told them it was just fuel (spoiler, it wasn't, and I told geico that). When fuel didn't sold problem, driver worked on my truck with me for an hour, including using some of his own personal spare parts. When we still couldn't get my truck started, he made sure I got both my truck and trailer towed back to Fallon. Since it was after hours and there was no safe storage, they offered to secure my trailer in their locked lot until my truck was repaired. When the shop geico picked to tow my truck to said they couldn't work on it due to age (97 F350) I called Custom for help. First they recommended some shops in the Fallon area, but when those weren't able to fit me in for over a month, Custom towed my truck to Reno so I could get back on the road sooner. Honestly, it was one of the worst days I have had on the road, but Custom was the bright and shining silver lining on the clouds. They are amazing, and if you need anything and are anywhere close to Fallon, don't hesitate to give them a call!

I was in Nevada a few weeks ago when my F-250 just died. I was in a panic and assumed the worst. Things like a failed CP4 pump or a blown head gasket. The truck would not start. I called these guys and they showed up almost exactly when they said they would. They towed my truck on a rollback and my 40ft flatbed was towed with a classic F-250. None of my equipment was so much as scratched. Very friendly and very professional. Fair prices. If I am ever out there again I fully intend to stop by and say hello or maybe grab a drink with them.

I drove up with the owner when he towed my Honda out of Fallon to a dealership in Reno that would actually touch a foreign car. And he was such a pleasure to work with. We had an accident on I-80, and AAA worked to find us a tow from Lovelock to Dayton, but was unable to do so. After 2 hours, I started calling places on my own. I was just about to call Custom Towing because of their Google star rating when AAA called and said they had secured a tow with them. Every single contact I had with Charles on the phone was professional and positive. When they had secured our 2 rigs, we actually had a great ride home with Nick! Excellent service! My truck broke down on a dirt road out in rural Nevada due to rodent damage under the hood and Charles came right out and towed me to Fallon. Charles went above and beyond when I needed to get my truck unstuck outside of Austin, NV. After being turned down by multiple tow companies, Custom Towing left directly to come winch out my truck stuck in a mud bog. After 3 days of trying to get my classic car towed through AAA and unsuccessful, I found Custom Towing. They answered the call immediately and provided me with an accurate time of arrival for the tow truck, within 30 minutes! The driver was professional and with expert care, safely loaded my car onto the flatbed tow truck. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs.

I can not give Custom Towing enough credit. They saved me a huge amount of money and headache. I was fooling around driving off-road in Grimes Point with melting snow and got seriously stuck in some mud and water. The first tow place I called told me they couldn’t do anything for me, but Custom Towing came through. I sent my coordinates, and he told me how long. The actual owner came himself and found us even though my phone died. Although I was stuck in a tough spot, and the towing eye for my vehicle was missing from where it was supposed to be, he adapted to the situation and worked to get me pulled out, and quickly too. He guided me as his winch pulled me and did absolutely no damage to my car. The price he charged was VERY fair, and even if it hadn’t been a desperate situation I would have been glad to pay it. Great service. The truck driver arrived in the specified time. He was very courteous and professional. Great personal appearance which immediately inspired confidence.
