Traveling from California to Colorado and broke down on i80 close to midnight. AAA couldn’t find anyone so I called Fallon Towing and Gary was rescuing us within 45 minutes! Was extremely helpful and accommodating, and despite the circumstances we really enjoyed talking to him during the drive to Fallon. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope Gary from Fallon Towing is close by next time we need a tow!

Most useless, incompetent company I've ever worked with. Had an appointment for 0900 and made us wait for over 2 hours saying "they'll be there in 30 minutes" over and over again. Then they called to say we would have to wait another 2 1/2 hours. We asked for a refund and they charged us a $60 processing fee. Unhelpful and worthless. I called a different company and it went way better. If you have the option, go somewhere else to get towed.

I had a great experience even though we lost a vehicle the people at Fallon towing we helpful and patient. The communication with this company was great also. Made an annoying adult experience run very smoothly.

My friend bought a car in fallon, we needed it towed and it was my friend's very first car we're planning on fixing. We had a few misunderstandings on our part that inconvenienced the driver and he was still very friendly, personable, and professional. He even noticed a lugnut issue we had, which we promptly fixed due to him noticing, and the price was very very reasonable. Stranding my son at the side of the road because you don’t want to go to Reno was far more important because you might get a call sometime on Sunday. It’s easier seems to be the way this place works. I get it sometimes you want time off if you want to pick and choose the easy jobs and leave the hard ones aside. But towing and recovery is about helping people in need not about your convenience I even offered the driver $100 bill for his inconvenience because I just want my son safe and he said it wasn’t worth it I wish there were more options out here where we’re at would probably make these guys make better decisions

AAA assigned this company to pickup my grandsons car and was a no show. We waited in the hot sun for over 1 1/2 hours for them and called another service which showed up within 15 minutes.

All I needed was 150 foot tow to get pulled out of a soft spot and I got charged $300. They told me AAA wouldnt cover it because I’m assuming if I pay cash they make more than their deal with AAA. don’t even bother using them, call anyone but them. Scam artists.

The only reason to use Fallon Towing is because you have AAA and that's who they sent. You're better off paying any of the other tow companies in the area if it's out of pocket.

My insurance was unable to get a tow for me when my RV broke down. So I had to find somewhere around that could handle a midsized but still heavy vehicle. This place when I called was clear when they asked questions and understood the location just west of Fallon. The driver who showed up was so professional and friendly. He communicated with me so well and made what could have been a stressful experience on the side of a highway at night feel smooth and easy. One of the best experiences I've had when dealing with a mechanical issue even though this was just to get me to where I can get fixed. Thank you folks!

Worst customer service and lazy drivers. Find every reason to tack on charges then cancel your tow. Use Custom towing save yourself the headache and money.

My fiance and I ran out of gas(there's a 60-mile stretch with no gas stations) and Gary was there to help us(via AAA) within half an hour. Considering it was 95 degrees out, Gary's speed was absolutely clutch.

If you need anything towed,you found the right place...I needed my 5th wheel towed from Carson City to Fallon. I rode with Mr. Gary to go pick up my 5th wheel. He is a EXCELLENT driver, very professional, checked everything on my 5th wheel from front to back, he wrote down a bunch of numbers for his paperwork..hooked up and was back on the road in 20 minutes..and I got to meet/talk to Mrs. Gary who has a great sense of humor and very sweet.?...This is a EXCELLENT local company, all SUPER nice, HARD working people that go over and above all your expectations. Thank you for all your help..

MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE ER AND I HAD CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 - I ASKED FOR HUMAN KINDNESS AND RECEIVED GREED. OUR SUV BROKE DOWN 45 MILES AWAY FROM TOWN AND THEY QUOTED $430 - 450 TO TOW OUR VEHICLE. THIS IS NOT HUMAN KINDNESS OR COMPASSION, THIS IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN A DESPERATED SITUATION. WILL NEVER EVER RECCOMMEND OR USE THEM.

Saved our rear end ! Broke down across country in a motor home. Everywhere else was closed do to labor day, yet Gary was able to made it out in about 1 hour. Professional, fast, on time, reasonably priced, and cool guy to talk to. Hopefully I never "NEED" a tow again, but if I do I will call Fallon Towing.

My daughter who has only been driving for a year, had a tire blow out on US Hwy 50 East of Fallon on Monday, July 26th. She called AAA to help as she was on the shoulder of a main highway in 100 degree heat. John came out as soon as he could to help her out, changed the tire for her and followed her all the way to Les Schwab to make sure she was safe. We as parents are very thankful for John and his professionalism in helping our daughter out and making sure she got to where she needed to be. We would fully recommend this shop.

Love Noodles. Friendly staff and great service at this location. One of the best things about noodles is I have eaten their gluten-free items many many times and have never gotten sick. They are very careful in their food preparation.

John was wonderful. He was polite and got my giant truck back to my house for me. He was there within 5 minutes of the call. An he was always smiling. I would definitely call Fallon towing again. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing! In my time of stress and being stuck between a rock and a hardspot the driver who i for the life of my cant remember his name really took care of me and showed compassion and care along with the highest of professionalism. My husband had hit a deer 1030/11 at night coming home from the airport. Called me and said, "hey babe, could you call me a tow truck?" So me, I look at towing companies in the area (because we are new here), never having had to call a tow truck in my life, reading the reviews. Best option was to go with fallon towing and recovery. Alot of the reviews were bad, but it was our best option. Tom showed up when the dispatcher said he would, was super nice, down to earth and understanding of the situation. Without knowing I had told my husband about the reviews, thanked us for choosing the company even with the bad reviews. The price wasnt bad either, considering I've heard horror stories about towing prices over the years. Thank you fallon towing & recovery for taking care of us!

I highly recommend Fallon Towing and Recovery. It was scary and frustrating to break down 70 miles out of Fallon in the middle of nowhere, but Fallon Towing was extremely kind and helpful. Even in my confusion they were patient and did what they could to help us. I was obviously upset, but the tow truck driver John spent our long ride back telling us funny and crazy stories. We left this stressful situation with a new friend, someone we truly respected and enjoyed getting to know. Even though it sucks to ever have car trouble, call these guys when you do, they got your back! Thanks so much for being amazing Fallon Towing and Recovery. You rock, John!

Got a flat in the middle of nowhere and within 45 minutes they were pulling up to help us. Turns out we didn’t have the required equipment to access our spare tire, but John was prepared and got it down for us. We were back on the road in ten minutes. Super fast and friendly service!

I called my insurance company to get my truck towed from my home to a near by garage to have the cable fixed from my transmission to the shifter on my steering column. As soon as the tow truck driver got to my home, he started using the f word, all because my tire was resting on a rail road tie, and told me it going to cost me more money because he had to use his dolly. Then he was complaining a out me not having a key to unlock .y hitch. Told me" you're batting a thousand. ". No wonder you guys only have a 2.6 star rating. The tow truck driver's attitude really was terrible and very UNPROFESSIONAL . I will not reccomend your company to any one and if I call my insurance company to get another tow, I will most definitely tell them NOT TO SEND FALLON TOWING AND RECOVERY.

Guy shows up.i have a flat tire no tools no jack. He's upset I have a 2500, not a 1500 Dodge pickup. I tell him I have no tools. Driver wearing shorts and sneakers says"I can't help I have no tools either"!! So I manage to lower spare with a small adjustable end wrench, crescent. Then he wants me on pavement or his jack won't work. I have a flat left front. Truck won't move, back tires spin, fortunately I have 4 wheel drive. Two lane highway, blocking half the lane, 70 mph speeds, no safety precautions. RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL, MINIMAL EFFORT ASSISTANCE

Wow, had to make sure I was reviewing the right place. Called today as my Subaru just died in the middle of the road. Gary responded and, while he did arrive about 20 minutes late, was friendly and explained what had set him back. He was pleasant, focused on the job, and worked quickly to get my all wheel drive car hooked up. The ride to the shop was comfortable and Gary was easy to talk with. No trouble at all and would recommend.

Would not recommend to anyone! We called to have a vehicle towed .5 of a mile. The guy on the phone was very rude, not only that but he told us it would be $450 for a whopping mile.

For being the only tow service in the area for 1. you would think they have more then a 2wd truck and 2. Have knowledge of driving off road. I was stuck in a washout that came across the road that could be accessed but a 2wd Honda Civic, and they said would break their truck if they drove off road and to go find someone else...
