Franklin was great as he replaced the battery when 2 other locations wouldn't for my 20 year old daughter. Other locations wouldn't do it because of 2 tabs need to be removed on the air intake. They said it was too much work and a liability. Franklin never hesitated when the screen alerted him and treated it like any other situation.
Came in today for some parts for my Fiat, cannot express how thankful I am for the help that Tori and her team gave me. So many pointers and helpful information, 10 out of 10 will be back again. This is my new AutoZone location.
Store associate was helping me then drops everything for another customer before competing the task. Ridiculous way to take care of your guests. Drive caddy corner across the street to competition if you want above and beyond customer service. O'Reilly's was able to quickly diagnose the size issue, find the right screws, and I was out in minutes.
We went in today for new Windshield wipers and Spencer took the time to find the right ones for my Subaru and helped me put them on! He handled the very busy store and my wipers with amazing patience and with a smile! Great job Spencer!
Came here with an old spark plug in hand and they ended up giving me the wrong replacement spark plug. Only found this out after taking my mower to the shop as I thought something more was wrong with my mower. What should have been an easy spark plug replacement fix turned into a more costly shop visit due to this mistake. I wont be trusting their recommendations going forward.
Ms. Maegan was amazing she helped me put on my driver side light bulb and did a great job!!! This young lady deserves a raise!!!

My wife purchased wiper blades before a long trip. Asked for help in getting correct size, and worker installed them. On the trip the drivers side blade came off. She had the wrong size blades When I took them back they said they would not refund used blades even if they picked them out. Terrible customer service.
Very fast service kind hearted workers and Spencer was very helpful with running diagnostics on my car and he even went out of his way to fill the air in all 4 of my tires EXCEPTIONAL!!
I had a great experience with Spencer. I was thoroughly impressed with his principles and how he conducted himself. He went out of his way to help me in a pinch and I am grateful we got guys like this in Gretna. Will definitely be coming back.

Garrett has zero business working at this store. (Gretna. NE 68028) He knows absolutely NOTHING about his job and doesn't care to pay attention to what his customers say. Simple questions about a product he cannot answer. I asked if a particular preventive actually works. No Preventive will stop anything according to him. What does the word prevent mean? I asked again, does this product help or work at all. Again Preventive doesnt mean stop. So no it wont work. I gave my vehicle information multiple times........still couldn't remember it.
WRITE IT DOWN. don't care how bad a business is looking for employees, I would not hire this guy. I wish I had the interaction videoed. This guy.......wow.......
Incredible service and great staff, I came in because my engine light came on and one employee noticed I was driving on a spare tire and helped me refill and replace the tire. Very satisfied.
Came in with a bad battery. Got that exchanged with their help, and they decided to check my alternator just to be sure. Sure enough, it was bad. They didn't treat me like and idiot and were more than happy to help. Awesome service.
Spencer was able to help me figure out the make of my car and figure out the battery to replace it. He ran through the options I have available detailing the differences and then helped install the new battery to get my car running in about 15 minutes!
Jim, Brady, Garrett were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond helping me find the issue with my car. They offered a few different options to replace the battery, did the replacement themselves and gave a few recommendations on some maintenance that should be addressed; that the big name brand auto store has told me they are maintaining. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again, it was so nice to have good service and kind employees.
I had a great experience buying a battery at Auto Zone in Gretna. Jim was very knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service. I will recommend going to this store for all your battery needs. They earned my business.
This is the best auto zone ever Jim helped me with a issue I had with a locked gas take he came right out with out an issue to help me and he was very friendly and helped me with getting back on the road great job
We needed to change out the battery in my son's car. We started across the street at another auto parts store, and they couldn't bring up the correct inventory option. When they finally did, I asked if they could help replace it. They pointed to a note on the screen saying it was "difficult to replace" and said they weren't allowed to touch it.
I went across the street to AutoZone instead. They were extremely helpful. We were in and out in ten minutes, and they even offered to switch it out without me having to ask. If you're trying to make a decision between the two stores across the street from one another, there's no decision to make if you care about service.
Shane is an outstanding employee. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I had an issue with my vehicle that was somewhat technical and he gave me step by step directions on how to fix it. Even got under the vehicle and pointed it out. Very much satisfied with this store!
Just stopped in there for the first time needing replacement windshield wipers and a new battery for my garage door opener. Tyler had all three switched out and on my way in about five minutes. The battery replacement was particularly appreciated as I, Old Fumblefingers, was puzzling how to open up the opener (no battery hatch) without destroying it or breaking so many of the little tabs that it wouldn't latch properly. Bam, he had it done in no time flat. Getting ready to do the survey on the receipt as well, but wanted to take a minute to thank him here and hope management appreciates him, too! Thank you, Tyler!
Very friendly and they no more then the computer and are more willing to help with anything I mean anything. I bought wiper blaze from this autozone but didnt drive my car that night. Mind you nor did I work 3 jobs and couldn't find time to get back here to ask for help to put them on. These guys were willing to drop what they were doing to come to me in council bluffs. The autozone in council bluffs wouldn't help me He said they didn't sell my type of wipers
and that I probably got them from wal-mart.. And since I didn't have my receipt from the other autozone even though I called the other autozone in Gretna and asked what I should do.. I couldn't see it was storming bad.. this Gretna goes above and beyond there job for there customers. Thanks guys
Stopped in to get a new battery and was helped by Lewis. He was an absolute pro! The store was very busy close to closing time and Lewis managed to help 4-5 other customers while also helping me test my old battery, find the correct replacement, and install the new battery. He was a HUGE help and did a great job to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He even offered to stay late if necessary to make sure I had a working truck to drive back home (no need, he worked fast).
A++ service! I’ll be shopping here again for sure.
Had to replace a front park/turn signal. Did some YouTube searching to find a how-to video. Then stopped at local AutoZone in Gretna. Great customer service from Todd!! Help me change out the light. Very clean store. This will be a number 1 stop if my car needs a quick fix. A+
