Excellent customer service. Third try is a charm, other stores couldn't figure out the issue. Store associate behind the counter was able to diagnose the size issue with screws in seconds. Was out of the store in minutes with the correct part. Greatly appreciated! Would recommend coming here first for your parts needs.

Asst Mgr Kyle just provided the best customer service. He explained how he knew the battery was bad and he was right. The new one correct the vehicle issue. He was fun to work with as well!!

I came in asking for assistance on what I could buy for my air conditioning in my car. The clerk would barely make eye contact and did not offer any help aside from there could be lots of things wrong with it and listed a bunch of things. Then he said ok sorry I couldn’t help. It was a weird and uncomfortable interaction.

Great help at the store! The man I spoke to was very knowledgeable. Had an emergency and they had the cheapest solution of the "Big 3". Not always the case but O'Reilly's to me means quality over the rest.

I had a great experience at the Gretna location! Shoutout to Kyle for being patient, professional, and super helpful. Not only did he answer all my questions thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct parts. He helped assemble my wipers, ensuring they worked properly before I left. Appreciate the amazing customer service!

Service was so slow and poor I left. 30 minutes is a long time to wait for 2 grown men to find the right car battery. Embarrassing! I left and went to AutoZone. Unbelievable!

They had the parts needed for my vehicle. I haven’t had an issue with parts availability. It’s usually the knowledge behind the counter. If it isn’t in the computer, then it doesn’t exist. Wrong Other than that kudos

This particular location was ok. My car leaked all its antifreeze so I stopped to get some while waiting for a tow. I went in and asked where the antifreeze was and I was told what aisle it was in. It was a monotone atmosphere that time of day in the evening. Not at all like the nice helpful staff at Q St location. But, she wasn't rude so that's something. They had what I wanted & an option to choose so that's good. Happy staff would be amazing considering I broke down. Or for the people getting parts could use a cherry experience. After all, most that go into an auto part store are in there for a car that needs parts. Which a lot of the time means a car broke down . A smile goes a long way ?

Typical oreillys but nicer staff, prices are INSANE. Oil on average is $10 more expensive for the large bottle then you'll find at walmart, that's a 33% or more markup which is insane, batteries are also awful, and Walmart batteries actually are better based on Independent tests. It wasn't like this 10 years ago and it's unreal how this is happening now

Needed a part for my son's car. Made the call to this O'reilly's and they were quick to get us info on what we needed. When we got there, they pulled the part and we were in and out in 5 min. Great experience

I’ve gotten Great service every time I’ve been to this location. They always have the parts I need when I go in here and if they don’t have it in stock they order it in and it’s there for me by the end of the day. They are always happy to help whether it’s discarding or used oil, testing a dead battery for me, replacing a part, or purchasing something new.

Mathias was incredibly helpful. I had to buy a battery (which it seems is always somewhat unexpected) and the old one didn't want to come out. He basically wrestled it out and put the new one in for me. I'm very grateful.

Horrible customer service, had an employee tell me that’s he’s done more breaks in his life that I’ve ever seen. Not professional at all. Not giving any tips or trying to help by any means. You can feel the ego of his personality across the room..

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Basically locked the door in my face when I was stranded and needed and item that would have taken 30 seconds to buy! I spend roughly $30,000/year with O'Reilly's and got this kind of service! I've been in business for 34 years and I would fire Brandon immediately! I will be contacting their regional manager regarding Brandon's terrible customer service! I can't imagine how much business he costs that location! I would give that location 0 stars, but this will not post unless I give them at least 1 star!

Got what I needed quickly. Reason for two stars is the gentleman whom helped me was arrogant. I came up to the counter and he acted like I interrupted him, and he had an attitude. Most definitely will not be shopping at the Gretna store anymore.

This store has by far the most helpful friendly staff of any auto parts store around. My serpentine belt broke on the interstate and once I got to the store they went above and beyond offering advice, store loaner told and one guy even let me use one of his own personal tools. Well done guys!!!

Thank you Alex for letting me in the door as you were about to close up for the night. My truck's rear brake shoes had broken about an hour earlier that evening. As I was able to get to the store right at closing time, you could have sent me home until morning. Instead you let me in and had all the parts necessary for me to replace my brakes that evening. Really appreciated that!

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. One staff member showed us where to find the things we were looking for and even carried them to the counter for us. I believe the store must be very well managed, because I have had similar experiences each time I have been in the store.

The guys at the Gretna location are excellent! I have been to every location in Omaha and CB many times and the gretna location is by far the most friendly and knowledgeable. They go over and beyond just handing parts over the counter.

I wish they would have honored my 4.99 purchase rather than having to buy another item to get my 5.00 Oreilly's reward coupon minimum 5.00; in the past they honored it.
