I looked online and it said they had two vehicles in the yard that I was looking for so I went in asked for a list and it said there was only one. And when I went to look the whole section was empty. Waste of time and money.

Went in on 10/19/25 afternoon. My buddy paid for yard entry and the guy behind the counter didnt like that my buddy paid with a debit card for whatever reason. The employee continued to make rude remarks to us and challenged us to a fight when hes not working. Went out and got the part, paid for it and went outside to leave. Fully expecting to see the employee in the register area, he wasnt there and wasnt out front. Would call in about this but nothing is ever done about the customer service in this place. Lincoln location. If i could give zero stars i would.

Sadly, Lincoln U Pull It isn't worth the drive anymore. Attaching pictures of what the lot currently looks like. Almost all GM crushed out and much of 2 other sections is empty.

Worst place, Pay attention and ask what being priced because they will raise the price or add stuff and mark it thrift.

A little overpriced for all the labor involved in dragging all the things off the vehicles also the Lincoln location in particular had a lot of precarious cars that seem like they're going to fall a lot of big holes just filled with mud and water that don't seem necessary a little maintenance could bring up to speed with Carney's U-Pull-It good selection tho

They don't care about customers at all. They will throw you out of their yard if they have to. They close at 6.30 pm not 7pm . Liars

Over half empty. To pull your own parts, they have to have vehicles to pull from

This junkyard is not run well. I asked about a part, but the price was way too high, so I decided not to buy it. When I came back the next day to ask again, instead of offering a fair price, they told me the part had been thrown in the trash. Also, many of the cars in the yard do not look safe at all — it feels very careless, and I honestly wonder how no one has been seriously hurt yet. Very disappointing experience.

Part I went for wasn’t in stock, but no big deal since it wasn’t guaranteed to be. Pricing looked reasonable on what they did have. Busy place too.

Sold a car to them they told me to place it along the fence they wanted me to drive through a brunch sharp things then so we placed it where we were told to this truck driver who was hauling scrap who worked for upullit came up and got out screaming at my son saying we can't put that there we got in our truck and went back to the office and got our check the manager was there and said we should have turned it the other way driving through more stuff

I don’t do reviews often but figured it would be worth it this time around. Tried to buy two camshaft sensors (priced at $11 each on their website) once I get to the counter they inform me the total is more than double what their website says. Guy at the counter couldn’t elaborate on why such a drastic difference except for “big sensor” and “core charge” neither of which is on the website. I understand a core charge for batteries, alternators, starters, etc but for a sensor that is $30 new? Very dissatisfied and won’t be returning to the yard anytime soon. Exorbitant prices for parts with a mystery amount of miles. A shame they would rather let a $25 sale walk and throw away the parts because they have no idea what those two sensors came out of. Staff needs training in customer service badly.

I will never ever do business with them again bought part on Saturday. It was all greasy. They wrote a number on it. I cleaned it up went back on Tuesday. They wouldn’t warranty it because I cleaned it. Don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

This car junkyard has improved a lot lately with the online technology that provides all the information about the cars in it. But they have to provide all the prices for each part or piece.

Bought a gauge cluster. Paid for warranty. The seller didn't sign it so they won't let me exchange it. I get there side of it but I'm paying for there employees mistake. No one said anything about it being signed.

Let me start by saying that the customer is not first in this place… every time i buy a part from this place with a warranty they have to mark it where you will see it if you install the part… now i have always asked nicely to get that removed and move the mark somewhere where it can’t be visible if you install it somewhere where you care about look… Somehow that’s not my right to ask for … and if do so i am teaching them how to work lmao So now this is my 3rd part to buy from this place this year with no warranty because the guy behind the counter thinks he owns the place and owns the part i just paid for and won’t change where he will mark it just to make statement. I would encourage the guy that actually run this place to look into issues like that from the customer point of view not from the worker trying to be tough… So here i am buying parts with no warranty because of this issue…. Oh also the guy was trying to fight me very professional

First time visiting a place like this. We looked online to see that they had the model we wanted. I expected a heap of cars, but it was very organized into numbered rows. They printed out a listing of which rows had the Cruz so we didn't have to look in every row.Found two out of three parts for a Chevy Cruze.Cost $3 per person, which was valid for 24 hours. It was very fun to look around. I wouldn't go if it has recently rained -- would be muddy. Wear good shoes because there are small car parts all over the ground. They need to build an elevated viewing box to watch the cars being moved around and crushed and charge admission just for that (to watch from a safe distance). Kids (and young at heart) would love that!

I have a 1993 Chevy K1500 pickup. Needing a manual transmission, transfer case and drive shafts. We also looked at an engine in a 1995 Chevy K1500

I've been going to this particular location for many years I've had many good experiences here with the employees and the other customers. We were always able to at least ignore Evans non-customer service abilities but no longer four of us will not be back. Until he's fired. He accuses people of stealing that are not that way. He treats people disrespectfully. He needs to find a job that is not in customer service because he's horrible and he's been skating by for years because people have been allowing him to be that way and we're not going to do it anymore.

Usually always have what I’m looking for. Friendly staff. Cheap prices. And they do t mind if you work on your car in their parking lot if you’re broke down. lol.

Today was my 2nd Saturday in a row going there from omaha. My local U Pull It got rid of all 95 ford's. So I had to go to Lincoln and luckily I found exactly what I was looking for. Not only for my truck but for my buddies Honda CRV great staff very big and all vehicles still in good condition. I was able to get the incredibly hard to find grill for the CRV boy it was my lucky day.

The funnest place in town! For 3 bucks you get to bring your tools in and explore and get the parts you need. It's allot of fun. Spend the day there! They could only be better if they had actual monkeys.

Gotta be careful with these places, they are very money hungry, they also pick n choose what to charge you, i bought an arm rest the other day realized i got the wrong side went back for driver side armrest n they tried chargein me 4x the amount n i told the guy i had the receipt for the first 1 i bought but wouldnt honor it so i told him to keep the armrest, they also dont do cash back even if u buy warranty all u get is instore credit n if u lose the receipt ur outta luck. These people are high as kites with the prices they charge. Buyin cars for 200 a ton then ask crazy prices for parts ull hafta pull urself, if any1 would like to open a real junkyard shouldnt be hard to overtake these dummies, anderson in kearney blows upullit out of the water, clean n organized, upullit employess dont do anything to their yard its like a damn battlefield..

I bought 4 tires, 50$ per tire plus taxes. I paid 232$. I later on find out that the size of the ring was incorrect. The manager was remorseless, said that there is no exchange or refund. The manager said he can give me 80$ for all 4 tires. My question is if you don’t exchange or refund, why give me 80$ when I spend 232 $? So dishonesty! Not serious at all!!

I have actually went to this place before to get parts for my car. When you go, bring your tools because you'll be removing the parts sometimes by yourself and you will need tools to do it with. But it is a great place. If you can find the parts that you need. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for them. They're very reasonable. I'm very helpful in finding what you need. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for used car parts.

A disappointment, waste of time, and loss of an easy sale. Simply put they list their business hours as 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 7 days a week. They had the doors locked at 6:46 p.m..There was not inclement weather or anything of that nature. Being there to purchase a set of tires I had spotted earlier in the day I was going to just buy tires and leave. I understand the idea of not letting people into the yard to look for parts after a designated time before close each day as a way to prevent stragglers that end up staying way after the closing time. However in this instance the doors were locked and no one even attempted to open them or make any contact whatsoever with essentially a guaranteed sale that should have taken only a matter of minutes to complete. The lack concern by the staff resulted in a lost sale and a frustrated very regular customer. While this isn't the first bad experience I have had it was one that stuck out to me and will have me giving strong consideration to shopping elsewhere in the future. Overall my experiences with U Pull It have been pretty good. After this last exceptionally poor experience I wont go out of my way to suggest them to someone else because the potential for the same type of bad experience is there. Customers are the lifeblood of your business so treat them with respect and understand they are essential to your existence.
