Absolutely atrocious !!!! Please read the reviews before giving these people any 💰 money. I wish I had. The BBB should be advised. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs to hopefully prevent any other family's from being punked by these people. I ordered a part and when it got in it was broken. However, I only needed half of a two part piece. The part I needed wasn't broken but they wouldn't let me buy the other part separately. Then they reordered the part. When it came in it was missing the half of the part I need. Each time I had to take time off work to go there because the are only open 8-5. Then when I asked for a discount on the third order they said no
