I had a horrible experience with Charlie the guy has a nasty attitude zero customer service skills, he is rude and disrespectful, I don’t know how’s he’s been getting away with that kinda behavior, I will try my best to take this to corporate this is the second time this guy treats me poorly he it’s getting pay to help customers not to threat than so disrespectful ! To bad this place hires incompetent people

Drove over to pick up a part at the Irvington location. Had to wait an extreme amount of time for anyone to even acknowledge me.
Just to be told oh you have to go over to the other location and wait more. Oh and they basically closed are business account for. No reason

If you WANT to stay on Hold, call them, they are awesome. I've tried several times and sit on hold, all day long. Ridiculous. Do you even want to sell paint?
Charlie, Melanie, Amanda, and Machaela. Are all top-notch employees and a pleasure to deal with. There is another front counter guy that is also top-notch i just dont know his name. I wanna say Brian?

Please read the reviews before giving these people any money. I wish I had. The BBB should be advised. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs to hopefully

Good parts but rude representatives, impossible to get on phone was on hold for 15 mins. Phone number is actually the same as LKQ (who I actually called) but finding address online was impossible. I was buying a wheel and was told to bring back my core, I told him I had it in the truck, he goes no tire on it? I said the only things left on the TPMS I'm going to pull off his response then was you should have told me. At this point I will never deal with LKQ or keystone automotive again.
Awesome the person who helped me was really friendly and went out of his way to find the part I needed. I will certainly go back. Thank you Larry Hogan
I ordered a part and when it got in it was broken. However, I only needed half of a two part piece. The part I needed wasn't broken but they wouldn't let me buy the other part separately. Then they reordered the part. When it came in it was missing the half of the part I need. Each time I had to take time off work to go there because the are only open 8-5. Then when I asked for a discount on the third order they said no
Always have to wait. They never have more than 2 guys at the counter. There always bizzy. And when you are next; you still have to wait because the counter guy is constantly answering the phone. They had the cheapest nurf bars I could find.
