How could you not give these guys a 5 star ?! They took my 30ft camper trailer parked in my driveway, ( with 1 tire missing on the front axle)...brought in the big flatbed, and skidloader , Masterfully towing it to the flatbed parked in front of an elementary school, and hoisted it up, and as pro's

This company is by far my favorite type of peoples. They care about your safety and have a great sense of humor. They took two of my crappy situations and helped without delay. My car died (alternator), they came and towed it to the shop, and then came back a few days later to help me break into my car when I couldn't find my spare (worst week ever). The people who work here are amazing and the best at what they do.
Call on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 looking for an 8 mile tow had to tell the dispatcher twice where I was and was then quoted $250 plus tax to go 8 miles. I have used arrow towing before and was not charged that ridiculous amount for a much longer toe. In fact the last toe was $175 to go from the same location to 67th and L St. in Omaha $175 plus tax This time 8 miles $250 plus tax a little on the ridiculous size for a Ford Explorer not some big semi or anything like that for a Ford Explorer to go 8 miles very disappointed
Absolutely insane. Was dispatched through Uhaul was told ETA was 45 minutes and they never showed. When Uhaul called them no answer and just ghosted. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.
They answered the phone right away on a Saturday morning, I received a call back from the driver within 30 minutes and he was there 10 minutes later. Less than an hour response on Saturday is amazing. Price was less than I expected. The driver Tony was so nice and helpful during a rough moment, he made the whole thing a lot easier to deal with. Thank you!

I left my car at their tow lot over night and got it towed to a repair shop in the afternoon the next day and when I went to collect my belongings in my car i was missing a lot of stuff from my car. I called and left messages for a manager 3 times and no call back I had to make a police report for the missing items and of course nothing will come of it but just so it tracks. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS STOLEN!!! (In a secure fenced in lot)
told me they wouldn’t charge the card until the vehicle was on the tow and that they would call me when they were on their way to get it. i called back a while later to see if i could use my AAA card and they said they’d already completed the tow so they couldn’t do a refund to reprocess so AAA would cover it. the dispatcher was nice but just don’t say the driver is going to call first if they won’t. i was waiting for them to call. that just cost me $160 for something that is covered by AAA
Highly recommend. I got my car super stuck in the mud in an unlit parking lot. Arrow Towing showed up quickly, communicated what they were going to do, and executed without issue. I like how they didn’t take advantage of a vulnerable situation and didn’t gouge or overcharge me. 6/5 stars.
At a time when quality service is rare, Arrow Towing is one of the few companies that still cares about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. My transmission died just off of 168th & Center. They got a tow truck out quickly, and we're professional every step of the way. I felt the towing fee was very reasonable. I had to get towed twice in 2 days and both drivers were exceptionally kind and patient with me. They got to me fast and and communicated with me during the whole process. I 10000% recommend this company for any towing u may need
They accepted my tow and kept me up to date on the service. They answer the phone and are polite even during chaos and storms. I ended up needing to cancel because a friend could help, but I will use them if I need a tow in the future. I recommend them because of their excellent service.

I had my car towed to a dealership and Donnie Kadel was there within 20mins from the phone call. They were quick getting my information and sending out the truck. The driver was polite and quick to get my car loaded and on its way to be repaired. Great place to work with and trust my car to.

This morning my wife frantically called me saying she was in a one car accident. When I arrived her car was precariously balanced on a retaing wall.I would like to commend Jeff and Aaron on their expertise on removing her car with minimal damage. They did a terrific job, and I was able to drive the car home. I would recommend Arrow towing to anyone.
Thank to Justin as you guys worked your butts off for over an hour trying to get my son out of this deep ditch! I will for ever be grateful!! It was a long wait but they where swamped with the flash flooding that happened in Omaha last night.
Great service. Was watching my daughter’s soccer practice with the windows down and when I tried to start the car nothing. So it was after 10 and I was an hour from home with the windows stuck open. Got a ridiculous quote from my insurance’s roadside assistance and was getting panicked. Called Arrow and they were amazing. They arrived quickly and for a small fee they stored it inside their shop and then towed it to the dealership in the morning. Highest recommendation.
Great customer service, especially for 6am on a Saturday. She took down all my information and sent out Tony within the hour. Very happy after being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Meeting Tony and riding with him was great as well. Glad to make a new friend on the road.
Top Notch! The dispatcher was extremely kind and understanding. It’s was late and he knew I was stressed! The service was prompt (within 30 mins) just as he had said. The truck driver was quick and thorough in loading the truck. Communication was open from beginning to end. And it was reasonably priced. I hope I never need a tow truck again but if I do, Arrow Towing with be the first call. Thank you!!!
I called Arrow to have them tow my mobility conversion van a few weeks ago. They did a good job, were friendly, and I didn't have to wait too long for them to get to my apartment. I would call them again in the future.
I was in need of a vehicle recovery, and Arrow responded very quickly. For my particular case, they were able to dispatch a truck within an hour of the call. It was a unique situation and they had to coordinate two trucks to get the job done, but they were very efficient. Your results may vary based on their availability. They have great customer service, and their drivers were very courteous and answered all my concerns about the vehicle towing. I recommend this company.

My car broke down on dodge in the middle of an on ramp and oncoming traffic. My Car ended up dying- making my hazards shut off as well. I was so nervous to be alone and on dodge in the dark. Anthony Anderson with arrow towing came in under 30 minutes! He hooked up my car so quickly and told me to stay in the police car( I was waiting in) to stay warm and he would come get me when it was time to go.
Anthony was nothing but comforting and kind durning such an anxious time. I felt so safe & taken care of. I could not be more appreciative of his timeliness & knowledge of what was wrong with my car.

Anthony was amazing. He arrived to pick up my daughters car at 9pm on the interstate. He arrive about 15-20 mins after we called. He got everything up on the truck bed in about 15 mins and we were off. Very professional, super knowledgeable and helpful.
Nate was the Driver. He was very professional. Told him my car was lowered. He brought out extra ramps to make sure to get my car on the trailer without damage.
