Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish there was more of my current vehicle on the lot to pull from, but I got my parts. Very reasonably priced used parts.

We went here to get a new tire and found one that we thought would fit we bought it and brought it maybe 100 feet out of the store and it didn't fit. When we went back to return it they said they wouldnt take it back even though it was 5 minutes after we bought it $60 bucks down the drain. Dont go here unless you like getting your money stolen

How do you have a junkyard with no cars? It’s like charging admission to an amusement park with no rides.

I originally planned to take my vehicle in myself but the battery wouldn't charge so I decided to skip the hassle of dealing with that. I had already spoken with them and found out how much I could get for my car. Anyway I called back and said that it would just be easier to have it picked up, and she said fine and put me on the schedule. The driver arrived, and I was a bit shocked at the amount they were trying to give me. Based on past experience I've never been told that they knock $100 off of the price they quoted if you're having them pick it up. No mention that I was getting $100 less. And keep in mind I live pretty close to U-Pull-It. Just down the street a few miles. Less than 10 minutes drive. I asked both my son and my ex and neither of them were aware of this change. So either they have never mentioned it to multiple people that I know and it's been a thing for decades, or it's new and they just negate telling you... Anyway, since they don't tell you when you call, I'm here to inform you that if you have them pick it up you will get $100 less than what they quoted you, and they won't let you know until the person arrives with a price set by the people in the office. If they had informed me of this when I arranged it over the phone I would have spent some more time trying to start mine instead, since the absolute only reason it doesn't just start is because the battery is bad. It's just wild that this is not info that they offer up when they've already quoted you a price and not told you that if you do decide to get a pickup it's going to change. I called the total of three times. The first was to get the quote, the second was to ask when the pickup would be if I decided to go that route, and the third was to schedule the pickup. That's three opportunities to tell me there's a price difference. The person I spoke with on the phone was really friendly, which kind of irritates me more that she didn't mention this, but it did sound like she was in a rush to finish the call. I've both, dropped junk cars off at U-Pull-It over the years, and had them pick junk cars up, and I've never had anyone mention that it's $100 difference either way. This is over 30 years and multiple cars. If it's a new thing that they're doing, they should say so. If you're calling them for information they should offer all that information up. I only sold my car because the central air in my home quit working the other day, so I needed to come up with money for the repair. That's now an unexpected $100 more that I have to try and figure out how to come up with because they didn't mention it to me, and it was easier for me to just give in and accept what they were offering once they arrived since the person helping me to get it started was no longer here. Just be transparent. If it's your job to talk to people that are selling their vehicles to you, give them all pertinent information. Please. Make someone's day better by not giving them an unwelcome shock when they're already down. In this country these days, chances are, they're already having a bad day.

Usually good picking but about 1/3 of the normal amount of vehicle. They were wholesale clearing out rows of cars going to the crusher.

This place has helped me and my friends and family with parts for decades now. Unmatched prices and they back up their sold parts with warranty for a small amount more to the final cost. Staff and management are easy to deal with and it has been a pleasure doing business all of these years. thx U pull IT see yall soon!!!!

I love a genuine honest company and a company who is willing to take responsibility over their mistakes and this business is just NOT that. No this business will make agreements with you over a car on a greed upon date just for them to never show up or call. Have you chase them down and call multiple times for them to tell you that they pushed the pick up date back by over two weeks and said that they discussed that with you when in reality they never did. Find a business that will make up for their mistakes, but even better find a business that won’t make this mistake in the first place.

When you go down to this establishment to pull apart, make sure you flip your phone in all directions to try to find the correct price. My son looked up the price on his phone which 99% of the people are gonna do and nowhere on there Did it say Environmental fee. The gentleman behind the register said oh when you look it up on your mobile phone, the websites not right it doesn’t show the core and Environmental fee If he would have seen that We would have just bought one from marketplace so I called the (boss) Lisa and right away, she cuts me off and says nope. They’re $750 or 100 core charge and there is an environmental fee. It’s on the website and I said no it’s not on the website. With an attitude she says Well you have to turn your phone sideways to see it, Who ever is gonna say maybe I should turn my phone sideways to see if there’s any hidden charges just my opinion of this company

The customer facing website to verify avaliility of model of car at location is not kept up to date. I found out the 2 chevy sonics that showed avalible at the North location were indeed not there after id paid admission . No refunds

Sold them my 2002 WRX to scrap because it was too rusty to be driven safely. They gave me $382 for an almost stripped shell with a blown engine which I thought was more than fair. Easy to do business with and came and picked up the car for free!!

The car is a huge part of American culture, which also symbolizes freedom and independence. It's hard to watch cars die. It's even harder to watch legends die who could have lived on and on. Mercedes 1977, Wikipedia is saying there only few thousands of this ones, every single part is unique, but a lot already broken…

Just want to thanks for accusing my kids and I for stealing spark plug wires. Brought a tool bag in with tools and some spark plug wires in bottom of bag I forgot about. They made us remove all the parts in the tool bag and said we were stealing them. We had to try to buy the wires I had in my bag from them. This was while I was trying to pay for all the parts we actually came there for. What a joke! And good luck getting through there parking lot without a flat tire.

Just for the public to know when they say they'll pick up your car. That only means possibly sometime that week do not take off work so they can pick up your car. Even if they give you a day, that is probably not true.

My 17 yr old son was ripped off he had 4 tires with rims from a 2004 f150 & a hard top cover. You only gave him $35 for it all. Shame in you I know you will sell the tires & rims for more than what you paid him. Major rip off. Would not recommend doing business with them.

they love their employees at first, then cycle them out the door with their drug, drunken friends who do whatever. Literally watched the owners best friend give parts away for close to free. his initals are ag. 828 for a motor you cant guarantee works? i dont want to gamble on that, being you get an in store credit, ( so your out of your money) its definatly a scam place. id sure want my money back if something didnt work, not a in store credit they wanted to use a bad excuse to let me go? there it is. Upullit is a dam scam to make max money! good place when burger king fires you and you know blinker fluid

I'm a flatbed driver, it was an awesome experience, I got here at 7:15 AM, they unload me very quickly and I was out at 8:15 AM. BTW, due to the construction take exit 450 (60th street) all the way to the end after the curve where there's a 13' 4" bridge, the entrance is right before the bridge, you can NOT miss the sign "Entrance 2 for truckers". The red arrow in the picture is the entrance and stay to the left.

Raul is the best manager and really makes it feel like home at Upull-it south. Whenever there was an issue he always made us come to our senses and shake hands and understand our differences. Raul is really genuine and I love coming in and being greeted with a nice smile and if they ever have pizza I was always offered some. Hope to see him again tomorrow!

I had a great experience selling my nonrunning vehicle. The transaction was easy and my minivan was picked up the next day. The tow truck driver Todd was very professional and towed it wihout any problems

A bit over priced, when compared to new online. Especially when they seem to core charge you for every little thing. So often this requires 2 trips back to bring core parts back. If you don't then the price isn't worth it. Not everyone live close,.... New parts online pay shipping, is the way to go, unless this place can make better dollar sense to their customers.

I’ve never had a good experience with any of the employees at either Omaha location. Always SO rude and make you seem like a bother for even coming in. I’ve been many many times over the years and it’s like that every time. And the hours say they are open until 7pm but they ALWAYS kick me out at 6pm and basically say they don’t care what the hours say. So for customer service, I give it 0 stars. I will say though, they do have good prices and good inventory!

Drove 3 hours to buy a few ABS pumps and a Master Cylinder for a few rebuilds I have and I was told the ABS pumps were 200 dollars and Master Cylinder was 300. On the website, clear as day, ABS Pump is listed as 49.99 and Master Cylinder ABS is 79.99. I did not purchase any of them and wasted a 6 hour round trip. Call ahead first, their online pricing is wildly inaccurate. They compound different charges/part prices to increase the price. Check the price list yourself and go pull the parts, they will increase the price at the counter by 200-400 percent. Joke.

I have always gone to U-Pull-it and never had a bad experience until just now when I called and asked some punk how much a specific part was. And then when I told him I found it much cheaper brand new at Advance Auto, and was about to ask if they'd be willing to at least price match it, his smart mouth pops off and says, "well why ain't you going to Advance Auto then?" And I said "I guess Advance Auto will get my money then." So people always check prices be you go to them. Because oddly brand new one was cheaper, but I will wait 2 days now for the part to come in at Advance Auto just because of his mouth. Thats the reason why I would have gone to u pull it because I didnt want to wait but I will after that.

04/04/22 Don't waste your money or time going out there. If you do call and see if they're keeping track of the rows they pulled. They raised the entrance fee and then started having only half inventory? I've been out there weekly for about a month, and they just keep pulling rows out but not replacing the ones they pull. Every section has about half of the cars gone. Makes no sense in pulling that many and not replacing them promptly as they just raised the fee. this place has gotten even worse, then their United Auto self serve lot ("that's not the same company anymore"). The pictures are all from different sections

Everyone knows what a great deal the parts are at u-pull-it. It's the staff though. They are great! Always willing to help you find similar cars where you might find parts that will fit. The yard is always kept clear and cars are cycled regularly. A good experience every time. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for. Thank you guys!

They have not sold airbags for more than two years, if you yourself removed the airbag for your car, be prepared to give it to them for free, and they will take advantage of your free mechanic service, but they don't have any sign at entry about that. ((
