I bought a grill and wanted to return it. They did not accept the return because they said the grill should be wrapped in the original material. I have never ever used the grill just took it out from wrapping and put it back in the box. I told them, you can take the grill and I don’t want the refund since you not accept the returns. I drove 50 miles from Lincoln to Omaha and 50 miles back to Lincoln and lost my money and gas. Don’t recommend this sore to anyone.
I wasn't there for automotive care. Me and my friend ended up there because of 2 stray dogs. They were wandering in and out of 13th Street. We corralled them out front of their garage. These guys put 1 dog in their delivery truck, and used a strap for the other dog. I will be taking my truck there the next time I need any repairs. If they show their customers the passion, they showed those dogs, they're the ones, I will trust period.

My first time at Bumper and couldn't have been more pleased. Jimmy was patient, tolerated my lack of knowledge and many 'stupid' questions. At one point he went outside and under the car to verify the exact part needed. Prices were competitive with online too !
I was looking for a used headlight for my SUV instead of ordering a new one. I called them and they had only one in stock. The gentleman stayed 30 mins after close so that I didn’t have to wait until the next day.. very thankful

I bought a hood fenders inner fenders header panel grill and bumper for cheaper then anyone in town and it went together perfect I was expecting thing to be hard to match up for the price but it went together as good as factory panels I've bought in the past thanks for the great parts and the super price ill recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for parts
