I’ve worked with LKQ for some time and had hoped their warranty would reflect the quality they claim to stand behind. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I purchased an engine advertised with a 3-year, unlimited mile warranty. After installation, the engine had low oil pressure and was found to contain metal shavings in the cylinder—clear signs of a manufacturing defect. While LKQ agreed to replace the engine, they only offered $50/hour for labor reimbursement—well below standard shop rates and far from what’s needed to fairly cover the time and expense involved in removing and reinstalling a defective engine. As a business owner who values time and integrity, I expect warranty support to include full coverage for issues caused by manufacturing errors. It’s disappointing that a vendor I’ve trusted is unwilling to fully stand behind their product. I hope LKQ reconsiders how they handle situations like this moving forward, because it’s costing them long-term relationships

I called in looking for a red hood for a Volkswagen Beatle and Makala was very helpful throughout the whole process. She said they had a hood in their OK warehouse and would take a couple days which was no big deal. On the day when it was suppose to arrive, Makala called me and explained that somehow they shipped the incorrect hood and she would make sure the correct hood would get shipped out that day. A couple days went by and I received another call from Makala letting me know my hood had arrived at the NE warehouse and was ready for pick up. After picking up the hood and I called Makala to tell her thank you for helping me out!

Makayla was excellent and had great customer service she saved the day I was able to get my alternator the same day and was back on the road Ill definitely recommend them and I'll be back again!

The person I mainly dealt on the phone with was Great. Unfortunately the people that pull and transport parts could care less. I got a back door that was great in pictures but apparently was dropped after removal because corner was bent. It's nice how they respond after they sell a damaged part. Just too bad they can't have employees that can remove and not damage in the process.

Drivers run stop signs in front of 18 wheelers and then give drivers the finger when they swerve and honk at them. I couldn't give less than one star or I'd give negative stars.what a freaking joke they are. Ridiculous, I wouldn't have them deliver a dead skunk

Go to place for used car parts. They have one of the largest selections of Parts you will find anywhere, and if they don't have it there, they can get it for you fairly quickly.

Order the parts over the phone, they get sent from Texas 4 days later. Go to pick them up and the wrong parts got shipped. You can’t do anything about it because the guy who hands you the parts has no involvement in any part of the transaction. So instead of waiting another 4 days to see if some one will send the right parts ended up just getting them off Amazon for 1/2 the price.. it’s such a stupid set up. Should be able to walk up to a counter and get visual confirmation that what they are ordering is what you asked for.

Nice set up. Could use sign above door to clarify where to pick up parts. They have little signs at their drives.

Fast, polite, professional and you dont feel like you are getting ripped off by the staff!!! Pretty good inventory of vehicles as well. I recommend!

Ordered a fender, with a specific paint code color SZ. I didn't want to paint. The salesman at the desk, Charlie, said "Yep we have it". No they didn't, completely wrong color. The salesman said "you wanted blue , you got blue, we don't match colors. It might as well have been black, not even close. Hey, how about the same paint code? Don't try to yell at me thinking I will just buy it. The next person might knock you out dude. And it took 2 weeks for a refund! Horrible, just go somewhere else. LKQ doesn't care if they sell you the wrong part. They just want your money. CROOKS, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst customer service. I have called 3 times for a part and was told no voice-mail so keep calling. Rather than helping me find what I'm looking for I'm told to just call back. Won't do business again. BETTER OFF OTHER PLACES

I have a lil shop in old town bellvue ordered a motor 4 a customer we got motor it's junk didn't even install called the had me call insurance they only wanted 2 pay 4 parts so I told em come get motor they said I have 2 pay shipping 4 them sending me a bad motor won't be using them again

Live an hour away called ahead of time told me they had 1 currently of part I needed in stock. They asked if I wanted them to hold it. I drove there got the part and they even opened it while I was there to show Me and ask if it looked right. drove back home had part installed in 45 mins and worked like a charm

Will no longer purchase from this company as they will not pick up core returns or defective parts, but they will call you for payment for the items you have sitting there for return, that you have called multiple times to notify them that you have returns to pick up.

I wrote my first review and I see it was never published I am very disappointed in what I have received from this company I called the first time on August fourth 2020 and inquired about a BCM grey Chevy S10 with a 6 cylinder engine I received this piece on August 6th 2020 during my telephone called to the salesman Charlie Mela Emmy l i a I told him that the numbers on the BCM needed to match 100% to what I have of the old one he basically told me I was a liar and didn't know what I was talking about I received the BCM from The Establishment in Irvington Road Omaha Nebraska two weeks later I find out from Charlie if someone packaged me up a BCM for a Chevy Suburban 2002 with a 5.3 engine I tried did not know this and put it in my S10 and it would not start so I called to exchange this piece during the conversation is when Charlie explained it was the wrong piece so he found me another one in Texas and told me it would be in on Friday the 28th of August I drove 50 miles go pick it up on Friday the 28th and I get there and I find out that my piece it was supposed to be there that day had been canceled I was not notified ahead of time that this had been canceled the guy behind a parts counter refunded my $62.25 for that one that I picked up the first time that was not right and is now looking for me a different one with the numbers that match during my time spent with the guy in the back I learned that there's been other problems other things that has been wrong on orders cuz this Charlie evidently is upside down and can't get it figured out so now I've drove 200 miles round trip to go get these pieces and still haven't got nothing now I'm waiting for the company to find me the correct BCM for my S-10 pickup I don't know when it'll be but I was not offered any kind of a discount a whatsoever when I was on the phone with Charlie wanted to charge me $80 for the new piece in Texas that did not show up I wrote an email as a review before my next step will be to contact somebody that hire up level I feel that this Charlie needs to be out back in the heat Taryn parts out of vehicles he's in confident and not trustworthy

This place is an alternative to UPullit. They pull it for you and they can order your part from their several warehouses. If the part dont work you can return for a full refund. Awesome place if they can find you a working part.

Not such a good experience! Initially the rep was very helpful and ordered my part. I assumed I was in good hands. Well the day he told me my part would be in I called but took maybe 10 mins to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. So the part came in maybe 1-2 days later than expected. And get this the part did not work! I had to go buy else where. Trying to return the defective part was not easy the rep too the part and proceeded to tell me. The refund will not be put back on my card for at least 7-10 days. I called back got a manager and he did the refund right away. He was very nice but the staff is very rude and not very welcoming. I thought I found a new place for my parts but I will not do business with them any longer.

Great place to get your parts ordered ordered incorrectly. Seven days later my refund still isn't posted to my bank account. When I spoke with Derrick on the phone this morning he had the nerve to laugh at me. Thanks for nothing!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had!!!! I called and spoke to an employee . named Adam. I had a simple request regarding an alternator for my Chevy truck and he couldn't have been more useless. When he wasn't distracted by speaking to other employees while I was on the phone and laughing at one of their jokes, he was getting my make, year and model wrong not once, twice, but THREE times!!!! I'm shocked how a place like this can stay in business!!!! Do yourself a massive favor and take your hard earned dollars elsewhere!
