L&I towing was wonderful to work with! Of course it was a FRIDAY that my son blew a tire and they were able to get his car towed before 4:00p and to the shop by 4:30p so we could have the tire replace before the weekend. Super friendly and nice, very quick pick up and tow. Will use them again.

Shane was absolutely amazing. He got there super quick and worked until he got the job done in his words and I quote “I wasn’t going to give up because I couldn’t leave you guys stranded on this road”. I had my three kids and my wife with me and he made sure that we made it home safely. He even went to the length of staying until he saw that we were on the road and headed home I could not recommend this Company enough.
I spoke with Lee today. Lee was very helpful, understanding and kind. Lee was able to get a driver to us within a couple hours. The driver was very knowledgeable and nice as well. He towed the car out of a rough angle and did a great job!
I had a great experience in both occasions that I dealt with L &. I towing and recovery. Both service technicians were professional, kind, and knowledgeable, polite and friendly! And also timely! I didn’t have to wait for hours, they were there quick, fast and in a hurry! No surliness or growling with these guys, named Steven and Matt! And even the dispatcher, after learning that I have used them previously, gave me the amended price match that he used only for a contracted business partner! I am grateful and more than happy with this company and would happily recommend them and their services!
L & I provided excellent customer service while transporting my vehicle! The driver was friendly and cleaned off the passenger seat for me to be comfortable! Pricing was comparable to their competitors but the initial phone call was pleasant, so I went with them.
I couldn't be happier or more impressed with everyone at L&I Towing. I have lived downtown for a long time and my apartment complex has used other towing companies in the past but none of them compare to L&I. From the gentleman who answered my call to the polite young man with a beautiful clean tow truck they all made a kinda of not fun situation of towing someone in my paid parking spot a whole lot more comfortable. Highly recommend L&I towing they towed my car about a month ago and did a phenomenal job. Also when I called today for a lockout that was an emergency they arrived quickly don’t remember the guys name that showed up but he did a great job quickly.
So my old truck got me to the store and let me down by not starting. I was told that l and I could help. So I called. Nice dispatch asked where the truck was and said they would take care of it. 40 minutes later my truck is in my driveway. The driver was down to earth and give me a couple ideas. Thank you so much for your quick response and the great care for my vehicle. Call them you won't regert it. Lol.

L&I Towing and Recovery towed my daughter’s car on Monday March 18. When we went to pick up the car and pay the $200 fee, we checked the car for damages. I’ve often used towing services for my classic cars as I know this is a common occurrence. We found damage to the driver side fender-two deep scratches. We went into the office and told Lee of the situation. He said they take photos of the car before towing because this comes up often. I asked to see the pics with the date/time. Lee said we can call back tomorrow and talk to the owner who can provide the pics. My daughter and I both called today. Carli answered the phone and said she could take a message for the owner to call us. I proceeded to explain the situation. A man came on the call and started talking without introducing himself until I asked who it was. He said Jeff and he is the owner. He was incredibly agitated, not allowing me to talk by talking over me. He rudely said that he doesn’t have to show us the photos they supposedly took prior to the tow, and he knows that the damage was there already. He even told me that I was just trying to get money from them and quote “her car has all kinds of scratches and damage to the back bumper so why would you even worry about this damage.” I told him that I am not asking him to pay for the cost of any other scratches or the back bumper as that was already damaged and we are aware of that. That doesn’t change the fact that this fender damage should be rectified. He told us to take him to court, and then he will prove to us that the pics show no damage. As I told him, if he can prove with pics they didn’t cause the damage, we will go about our day. Only a guilty party would hide the pics and not clear their business of responsibility. He said if we call again, he would hang up and sue us for harassing him because we called 7-8 times. I reminded him that we called him twice. My daughter once and myself once.
Please do NOT do any business with this unprofessional company and owner. He treated us like criminals and liars. I have never in my life lied to make a profit off a business as I also have a personal business where my customers are the reason why I do what I do.
I have spoken to the police department, filed a claim with the BBB and will be sharing this experience with many people who often use tow services.
When my vehicle wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery I called L& I Towing. They were able to tow the vehicle within the hour to the dealership. They kept in contact with me when they picked up the car and when it got to the dealership. I definitely recommend them.
Reasonably priced. Well spoken and courteous dispatcher. Good response time, only took the driver 15 minutes longer than estimated to get to me, which is fine by me. Very knowledgeable driver. Clean newer truck, what more could you ask for. I’ve done business with them twice, the first time I never saw anyone because I had my second car towed to a body shop when I was gone, but they picked up the car right when they said they would and they communicated with me at pickup, and when it was dropped off at the body shop. Second experience is the experience in the beginning of this review.
Needed my car towed to a tire shop for replacement, they came out to my house promptly and made sure to get it done. We did have a little mishap with a tow strap but Ian was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. They were honest and exactly what you want in a towing company. I would use them again.
Outstanding towing company! Called needing a flatbed for a classic car that died two blocks from my house; fast response on an evening; very professional driver; tied my car down like it was going across the country, and was able to squeeze it in my single car side on top of my car lift. Great communications back from dispatch too.
Driver was very nice. Driver also got right to work and was on the road within 10 minutes of showing up. Very affordable. The only complaint I had was when I call I was told 40 minutes and someone was going to be at my location and it took over an hour and a half for someone to show up but other then that I have zero complaints. I would 10/10 recommend.
L&I Towing recently began managing towing enforcement at my apartment complex. While they did issue permits to residents, enforcement has been extremely lax. Despite numerous unauthorized vehicles parking without permits, their drivers rarely get out of their trucks to verify permits. From what I've observed nightly, they simply drive through the lot without slowing down enough to check license plates or windshield permits properly.
On multiple occasions, I've gone outside immediately after their drive-through and found several unauthorized vehicles still parked. It’s frustrating to see that the company is not fulfilling their role effectively. If residents are required to follow permit regulations and pay for towing enforcement, then we should expect consistent and thorough monitoring.
At this point, it feels like a minimal-effort operation that does little to address the actual problem. I’m often forced to park blocks away from my own home while non-residents take up space that should be reserved for those with permits. "Permit parking only" should mean exactly that — not just a suggestion based on whether a car is in a spot.
Hands down the only Tow company in Omaha I'll ever use. I called Karlee the minute we broke down and we had a driver in less than an hour and it was a weekend evening. They made a very stressful situation SO much better and I'll always recommend them!
No one likes getting towed for illegal parking; however, if you're gonna get towed get towed by this company. I met the tow truck driver and the manager and they were both really fine understanding men. So I hate to have to give a recommendation to a tow company but if you ever get towed, you want this one. i'm a malpractice attorney. I really hope they send me a case someday!
L &I were very pleasant and easy to work with from the moment I initiated the call through the tow of my vehicle to our house. Even with it being an ice slick day on the roads, mine was mechanical, they picked up and delivered in a very reasonable time. I will definitely use their towing service again!
This place tows for the paid for parking spot at my apartment and I just have to shout them out. They were so kind, professional and quick. Calling a tow truck can feel very scary so I appreciate how nice they were about it. I would definitely recommend them.
Cocky and predatory these guys towed me from a private lot from a guest parking spot I was their for less than ten minutes dropping medicine for a sick kid new truck up to date and got mad because I called the cops took my cash and dropped the vehicle. Their theives. You would think in the guest parking with 8 more spots available on easter they would at least give 10 or 15 minute courtesy

Were on scene within about 10 min. I had just been canceled by another company who'd had me wait an hour just to tell me they weren't coming. The driver and trainee were both fast, efficient and nice to deal with.
They were quick and easy to work with. It was either a Friday or Saturday night and no other company was able to make it but they came within 5-10 minutes.

I called L & I Towing when I was having some car trouble. They answered the call right away, and let me know they’d send someone out. The driver showed up within 20 minutes of the call and was able to take care of my car. I hope I don’t need a tow again, but if I do I’d call L & I Towing. Great service!
