Repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner, and did a great job. Kendra was amazing to work with and also gave me a ride to my rental in her own personal vehicle - free of charge! I highly recommend.

We took our new truck to Crash Champions after 2 deer decided to run into us. Jordan knew exactly what needed to be done. They made our Truck look as if nothing had happened. Completed the job ahead of schedule. Noelle and the gals were super friendly and were on top of our insurance. I would recommend Crash Champions to everyone. Body work done on my Sequoia was excellent. I was kept updated as it progressed. They were kind and took good care to make sure everything worked properly.
In September 2024 my 1993 Chevy 2500 extended cab pickup was hit on the left front fender by a delivery truck, destroying the fender, left lights and damaged the grill and bumper.
I called a person in Columbus for ideas on where to take my pickup for repair. Crash Champions of Laurel, MT was recommended. I took my pickup there for evaluation which was done Sept 24th.
Early October I got the go ahead to submit to insurance. Crash Champions completed this task for me. They ordered parts for the job. I dropped the pickup off the end of October.
They were excellent to work with, keeping me updated every week on the progress being made on the repairs. This was slowed because of getting parts.
I was able to get my pickup on December 17th. I was amazed at the job they had done. It looked like the day I bought the pickup new.
You couldn't ask for better people to work with! I would recommend them to anyone that needs vehicle body work done. I have already mentioned them to several people.

Crash champions did a great job restoring our vehicle after a gnarly deer strike recently. Noelle, in customer service, was top-shelf; updates, expertise and overall communication were top-shelf. Jordan provided great support, information and assurances upon closing out the transaction for any issues that may or may not arise down the road. I could tell he was adamant about their lifetime warranty, and encouraged immediate communication should anything happen down the road. Great overall experience.

Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! This group made me feel valued and that they really cared about getting my family and I back with our vehicle. Ignored my concerns on a possible issue when I asked them to inspect the clutch because we hit a huge piece of metal that took out a fist size chunk of metal on the cross member and the fuel tank. I got it back they said the mechanic drove it from the other shop 12 miles away and didn’t notice anything. Jordan said He drove it around the block and didn’t notice anything either. I drove it 5 blocks home and noticed it didn’t feel right it was 5 o’clock on Friday so I waited until the weekend was over I took it back. They said it’s not their specialty so I’d have to go somewhere else and get it looked at. After I asked every time I talked to him when they had the car 4-5 times. I think they intentionally avoided it because it would have totaled it and they wouldn’t have made any money. Now the insurance company says they will fix it after I have it inspected and it is definitely the cause of the accident. It didn’t slip before now it does. But if I can’t prove that it was the accident 100% I have to pay the bill
Met up with a deer on i90 and needless to say, my truck didn’t take it lightly. I was devastated to see my pickup in such rough shape and planned on a month or longer to get it fixed. Not even close! Crash staff is the best! The entire side of our Suburban was destroyed, and Crash was able to get all the work done and completed on time. We received messages updating us along the way just to let us know what parts have shipped, parts they are still waiting on, and the progression or updates of the repairs. They did a great job on my repairs. I almost didn’t go there because there are no rental cars in Laurel. They drove me to Billings to pick up my rental car and when my car was done, they took care of returning the rental back to Billings. Within a couple hours of picking up my car, I got a text message from Enterprise thanking me for my business. Crash Champions in Laurel made it very easy!
Took my truck in after hitting a deer. The guys repaired my truck and even fixed a couple spots that they found extra and didn’t charge me. We had a check that was stolen from our mailbox that was for some of the repairs. I spoke with Noel and let them know what was going on with the payment that had been sent to me that was stolen. She was very patient and worked with us until the bank declared the stolen check fraud and was sent a balance check almost 90 days later. I give Crash Champions a big 5 Stars for the way they handled my business. Thank you Noel and the guys that worked on my truck.. I am completely satisfied with their service.

I was in a pickle and needed some quick and inexpensive repairs done on my little beater after hitting a deer, I didn’t need it pretty, I needed it functional. I called and spoke with them and they seemed great! Even willing to come take a look at it at my home. I wasn’t available to do that unfortunately an emergency called me away. I brought it in a couple days later and spoke with the gentleman about what I needed. He took some pictures and said he would get back to me. Two weeks went by and I called for an update. He called me back and said he was trying to track down some parts. For a 2003 Toyota Camry. Here it is a month in and still not even a quote. I know I wasn’t a big spender… but, that shouldn’t be the point. I have given up. So I suppose if you are working with insurance, you’ll do great, but if you are paying with your savings. And in a hurt, I’d look for another option.
The staff at Crash Champions were excellent to work with with. I had a little fender bender with my pickup. They had my truck repaired in less than 5 business days and the repair was outstanding. I highly recommend this body shop if you're looking for a trustworthy shop with great attention to detail.
Got in a wreck earlier today unfortunately and decided to go with these guys for the repairs. They got me in for the estimate right away, gave my son a cape and were so friendly and wonderful towards him, and even dropped me back off at home. So far I've had an exceptional experience with this team, would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates high quality service!
Red Rock was amazing. After a Ford Dealer in Billings gave me an estimate including everything I asked for and then said they forgot to add over $100 of service after I already got the money from the person who hit me, I turned to Red Rock and they were amazing! They were extremely understanding of my situation and decided to do all the work the dealer promised, and even more extra and thorough stuff, for the original quote price. Not only did they take my car the day I showed up for a quote and drove me back home and back to the shop, they even cleaned my car before picking it up. They were awesome through the whole process. I am happy the dealer screwed me because I got better work done for the same price. Would go again in a heartbeat.
As I chose them based on reputation, I was leery after discovering the shop was under new management. However these concerns were proven to be completely unnecessary. From the initial quotation up to delivery everyone I interacted with was top notch. All of my questions and concerns were addressed, the work was fantastic, and ultimately it's the best experience I've had with a body shop. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I will not hesitate to take a vehicle there again, and I will happily recommend them to my friends and internet strangers alike.
